            I don't see the issue with it, unless you have some plan in mind that requires 20 levels in your specific class very rarely do I even stay one class. Often I take things at the levels I need to make the character function as they should.
For the conversation Nacht is taking a level of Medium and I have to write up what happens because of that for later.

            I just like single class builds is all :). Swashbuckler gives a bunch of great things for dex/cha builds though especially since I could retrain Weapon Finesse for some other feat.

            I'm experiencing a bit of burn-out in PbP; I'm sticking with this campaign but, at least for a couple more weeks, I won't be really helping to push the game forward, just checking for new posts and posting when needed.

            Ok, so very roughly
Ninja level 8 gets Hisao
* d8 hit die
* +0.75 BAB (assuming fractional BAB if okay)
* +1 Reflex
* Improved uncanny dodge,
* A ninja trick
* FCB
* One level closer to 5d6 sneak attack.
* Capstone still in play (lol)
Ninja 7/Swash 1 (couldn't find any interesting archetype) gets
* d10 hit die
* +1 BAB
* +2 Reflex
* 3 Panache points tied to Hisao's high crit range kukri
* Derring Do, Dodging Panache, and Parry and Riposte deeds, the last one being pretty amazing (Question here, why ever use Dodging Panache instead of Parry and Riposte? Just for the repositioning?)
* 'Free' Weapon Finesse so Hisao can retrain his one Weapon Finesse for some other feat.
I don't know... Seems like a dip in swash seems warranted. Talk me into or out of it guys!

RULADIN SHALL INFORM YOU OF ALL THE.... wait I'm not him this time.. wait a sec.
Anyway, the basic question here is how much of the Ninja do you value as opposed to Swashbuckler?
I will tell you this, at least for this level, Hp is about the same, FC bonus can make up the difference. Bab is also the same, at 8th level it shall be 6 regardless.
The ninja trick vs Deeds is the real clincher here, while its true that Hisao is mostly safe now our enemies will eventually see through invisibility. Parry Can assist with that but similarly so could the Shadow Clone Ki power. Now the Free Weapon Finesse only applies to certain weapons so be careful there as well.
As for why one would Dodging Panache? Parry Requires you to roll before the attack may or may not hit, if you fail to parry you get hit IF you get hit its possible to get the AC bonus and move away, possibly enough to stop a Full Attack for example.
I cannot stop you, but I will not that PF in general does not look kindly on Multi-classing unless you are sure you were going to do it from the get go. I personally am not too much a fan of Capstones anyway but I will acknowledge some classes are better off the same throughout.. those tend to however be casters.

            Yeah. A lot of Hisao's tricks are going to be stuffed by see invisibility. I gave him shadow clone AND Vanishing Trick for no really good reason :).
I think I'm going to stick with Ninja and use the Ninja trick to pick up the Rogue talent Offensive Defense. +5 dodge AC is nothing to sneeze at and Hisao needs to be sneak attacking anyway.

            Offensive Defense is a real weird case. Seems like by RAW if Hisoa hits with three sneak attacks in a round (Ki+2 full round attacks) then not only would he have rolled 15d6 for sneak attacks but would also get +15 dodge AC!
Leveled up BTW.

            That's mighty nifty, I believe there may be something that allows yoou a full turn while everyone else gets a standard but regardless with your Cloak it possible to get in on that.

He's still playing in my weekly tabletop 5th Ed D&D campaign, though he insists that he HATES 5th Ed lol.... Pearls before swine, I say! (Got to bust his balls a little for being a dork lol)

            Just burnt out a bit.
Lots of games going on at once plus real life makes it hard to catch up with this one.
Maybe in the next couple days I'll read over what I missed and return (if I'm welcome back) -- though I have hit a wall in adventure design in my Saturday campaign and I really have to figure out how I'm going to DM this thing before anything else game-related.

            Unfortunately Iommi is the only one in our party who knows anything. Alphonse's good at talking to people though.
Edit: And good Kn:Religion for the paladin. Seems like the most important Knowledge in this game in any case.

            A couple years ago I told Mike he could run my PC as an NPC if I were unable to play. This was in the weeks leading up to the start of the campaign; I wasn't sure if I could join but wanted to make a PC anyway. We figured that, if I couldn't be in the game full time, maybe I could at least show up from time to time as a kinda NPC to help with, you know, Knowledge checks. (We were thinking more historical stuff, such as my informing Mike of the historical Witch of Eye.) But Mike can have me show up or have you come find my estate in England and roll a d20 and add 25 or so plus the d6.
I won't be able to get back for at least another week.

            We don't Quite know to run yet. He hasnt done anything to make that needed. You both landed on the Dragon, Nacht has been setting up.
Though Funnily if he gets one hit in its possible to have the Dragon retreat.

            Yeah you are seeking 20's. It'd be about 30 more and I'm not sure he would last that long.
That's the problem with being flightless 7+
Now a bow would have made it less bad but then He'd be fishing as much as us, though he would bypass DR because paladin.
