The clamoring guards snatch their sword and scabbard to meet the challenge of the escapees.

ack. Your right. Hey you peeked. Jokes, will edit it to be surprise. That makes Grumblejack up first!

Grumblejack sensing his moment to rise has approached seizes the opportunity to be the hero of the group. He grunts as he steps over the table having it crunch over his colossal wieght. "Grumblejack..." is the only thing that you hear as he moves into the room. Squeezing through the door, and standing over the three shaking guardsmen. A low grumble comes from the room as he moved in "...Crunch...".

Will jump ahead a turn since its just Vlad's surprise action then just NPC's or Guards up first. The guard drawing his weapon provokes an AoO from you Kharn as well if you end up killing him in one round again you can negate the damage done to you.

The guards still trying to draw their weapons in a panic, did not probably did not expect to see an ogre stumbling into their bunks this night. One of the guards clumsily drew his blade, and Grumblejack took advantage on this and smashed his fist in a downward slam, hitting the guard upon the right should. Almost loosing it from it's socket.

The guards gathered themselves for a second wind. One speaking out to the others "Strike quickly before they can strike you back!". Two of the guards men lunged upon the ogre. One striking true, rending a gash along the ogres leg. The third of the guardsmen caught a glimpse of a wild haired man and took aim to cut him down. He swung and his blade caught the barbarians shoulder. The blade cut him superficially along the collarbone, a river of blood poured out. Yet not enought to subdue the oncoming onslaught.

Grumblejack looked at his leg then back at the foolish human who gifted him with the cut. His eyes narrowed and he growled "Grumblejack make you bleed now!" Grumblejack threw his fist into the guard, and in the process took another slice along his arm from the Guard. The guard still flew back along the wall despite his valiant effort and fell limp to the ground, motionless. "Grumblejack is hurt." he said as he took a quick look back.

He comes flaking the man with Vladamir, and aims at the man's neck with his Rapier:

Rules on Drawing Weapons:

Draw or Sheathe a Weapon
Drawing a weapon so that you can use it in combat, or putting it away so that you have a free hand, requires a move action. This action also applies to weapon-like objects carried in easy reach, such as wands. If your weapon or weapon-like object is stored in a pack or otherwise out of easy reach, treat this action as retrieving a stored item.

If you have a base attack bonus of +1 or higher, you may draw a weapon as a free action combined with a regular move. If you have the Two-Weapon Fighting feat, you can draw two light or one-handed weapons in the time it would normally take you to draw one.

Drawing ammunition for use with a ranged weapon (such as arrows, bolts, sling bullets, or shuriken) is a free action.

No it doesn't draw AoO's

For some reason I was thinking that they were picking their weapons up..OK well disregard the AoO's, three guards still up. Yes 1 and 2 made their AoO.

Did you remember to add the +1 to flanking from your trait argan?

Swinging wide, must have had a 'nerve' struck. The other guard scoffed at Kharn's wide swing and prepared to return the favor, in which he swung wide as well. His blank stare was all that was left when he was finished.

If Vladamir killed guard 1:
Argan will move across the room carefully (acrobatics check at half speed to avoid AoO), ending up behind the guard 3 and striking it with a mighty blow from his rapier.

"Care to say a prayer over these lost souls mister holy?"

Argan enjoys Kharn's comment smiling, but surprisingly enough he opens the book holding it in one hand while approaching the body. He raises the holy symbol of Mytra over the body, lowers his head and pronounces a not-so-low prayer:

"Oh, mighty god of charity, hear our prayers, and make them truth. We pledge you to bring us always more of these second-level unarmored soldiers, so we may slay them merciless and get ourselves to the twentieth level. We know you have a lot of them, and so we pray. We ask you because we need it, in order to kill the evil spawn Blackerly and make the world a better place for criminals to prey upon. Amen."
He drops the act, still smiling and stores the book and holy symbol.

How presentable I am in my guard uniform?

"Seriously now folks. The map show us that the front gate had a big table, and so it's probably there the guards are playing. I would go for the Tower on the south, since the guards on the walls are our biggest problem. That could put us very close to the outer wall inside the tower, and so we could use the window. Then, if we have the strength we could take the front defense from top to bottom, or even from both sides at once. The main problem is, is it safe for us to get to the south tower? What do you think?"

Eryan:

The Bottle from the chest containing the note from mom is magical. The other seems to be mundane. Wait I think Kharn drank it.
