It's my max hp too. When injured, I post my current hp.
Guys, Ikkaky has had to drop out which leaves us with two potential problems;
1 - what to do with the character?
2 - the lack of a front-line fighter.
I have a couple of ideas about the first thing but I'll leave it up to you to discuss the second.

I can imagine three things regarding point 2:
- Do nothing :D
- Recruit someone
- One of us re-rolls?
I would rather not recruit someone. Having six people means I can largely up the challenges and loot by 50% which is easier than with seven where things get awkward.
I will be using the rules from Ultimate Campaign for players to retrain various aspects of their character going forward but since we are still so close to the beginning of the Path, if anyone wants to redesign their character as a front-liner then go for it. I will allow people to redesign any aspect of their character as a one-time only deal either now or at the point of leveling up to 2.
Caradwen, I know you were originally interested in playing a fighter for example.

Thats fine mate. As you say its a farming implement which is all she (Jorfa the Dwarven smith) has call to make at the moment so modifying the cutting edge will be a nice change

And joining two of them wih a length of chain makes it a double chained version. Pretty simple tool, but effective. Will you allow if though? It is a monk weapon in the Eastern Weapons list.
Yeah talk her through it and she can turn her hand to it. Does using it as a double weapon incur two weapon fighting penalties?

I just checked out the chain kama, Seb and you aren't proficient with it. Being a monk weapon means you can use it to flurry but you still need to take exotic weapon proficiency to use it effectively. See the FAQ below;

Since we are keeping the group as it is, my Barbarian will stay in his mountain home for the time being - Caradwen will roll into the Town Hall in a couple of minutes.
I am not tied down by any crazy desire to change characters - the barbarian frontliners is something I've wanted to try for a long time now, and whenever I find a good GM, the urge returns :D

It is not a case of wanting to change and rebuild Caradwen - it was a simple matter of crunching her to something else I ALSO would like to play, while at the same time meeting a better balance for the group.

Olav, if it is ok to give you my opinion on this, I would like to say two things - on the one hand I was really liking the way you were building up your character, on the other hand... I think we are very worse off trading a sorcerer for a fighter.... Waaaaaay worse.
So I would rather you would not change, I thought we were discussing this before doing any changes :/
