After 24 hours of straight travel and little sleep, we'e made it to Italy.

Very cool. Italy is in the top 5 of my places to visit someday. We plan to wait until my daughter is a little older first.
We would love to go back to NZ some day when we have a family. The plane tickets are so freaking expensive but once you're there it's probably one of the cheapest places to visit. We are planning on celebrating my phd and her masters completion with a trip to Ireland in a few years. Hopefully that works out.
Ireland is awesome as long as you don't stay in Dublin the whole time. Dublin is very international, so you lose a lot of the Irish flavor that you would find in places like Galway.
Yeah, we would stay in Dublin one day at most. We prefer small towns and country for exactly that reason. Also we like to do a lot of hiking and such.
Ireland is at the top of our list of places to visit. Both my wife and I are of Irish descent. She has been, but I have not. Neither of us is interested in the big cities, so we would be roaming the countryside when we go.
Apologies. Was visiting a friend with my laptop (to update) and then found out that the man lives without an internet connection.
The weekend seemed slow, so I wasn't pushing. I planned to post yesterday, but was waiting for things to develop a little more (then fell asleep).
The captain, coxswain, and Calrianne were taking but Kraygan wasn't with them.

I don't mind. Is there anyone else with acrobatics in this group that could use the belt of tumbling? If not, I suggest marking it to be sold.
Also, GM, was Tark's falchion special in any way? You describe it as golden, but since the loot list doesn't have anything unusual I'm guessing that was just fluff?
Ok, Jorgan is all leveled! Hops' AC went up a fair amount and he now has light armor proficiency so we'll have to get him some barding next time we're in town.
Perception increased to +10!
Also, Hops' Init increased to +2 although I think you've just been putting us together, which is fine.

@All Yakophiles: Spending a feat on Light Armor Proficiency is only a +1 AC bump as Masterwork Studded Leather Barding has a 0 ACP (e.g. no penalty).
Hmm, good point about the armor proficiency. And Jorgan has/will have spells to help with AC too. Maybe I'll switch to something else.
After Torgan's reminder about the prerequisites for Mammoth Rider I'll need to adjust Kraygan's skills this level.

Wow! That was fast. And I thought my APs were fast. I have some learning to do I guess.
Not that it's terribly important or pressing, but does our local VL know anything about PFS sanctioning for Giantslayer? I assume it will be sanctioned eventually but they also haven't finished Iron Gods yet so they are falling pretty far behind....
Sanctioning is supposed to be done for Iron Gods and Giantslayer, somet I me in October. With John covering Brock position, who knows.
The interaction of of light spells and darkness sucks. I avoided using darkness when I first started GMing because I hated it. Being spell level dependent vs caster level dependent makes it that more convoluted. Jiggy has a guide out there and a local VC gave me a guide he written, right before I went to GenCon a couple years ago, because I couldn't get the gist of it and darkness was the opening tactic of the BBEG.

I am leaving for vacation to North Carolina tomorrow evening and I will be gone until the 4th of October. I should still be able to update every day, but some days might prove inconsistent.
I'm on the plane to Florida with my lab to plant our winter field. It sounds like nature might not cooperate though so I may have tike to post anyways. We shall see when we get there!
I am going camping next week from Tuesday until the following Monday. I will have my smart phone, but posting will be limited to probably once every other day.
