Hi, guys. To all my games: sorry I've been such a butt lately.

Basically, I was away from the internet for a while, but before and after that, I've been writing so much for work that PbP just felt like a chore. And I've come to realize that while I love my job, right now it's just not leaving me the time and creative energy I need forPbP, so, while I've sort of been sliding down that slope for a while, I figured I should actually tell all my games that I've gotta drop out.

Sorry to disappoint and potentially leave a bunch of people hanging at the end there, and I hope I was generally fun.

Thanks, but... my problem following PbP has mostly been when it's slow. Either I'm into it—and all my games—or I just forget to check back for weeks at a time. Not sure I'd be much use if I stayed.

We could role play a good faith crew exchange, where Vic stays on the Rock and one of their household staff (new PC recruit) comes aboard the Kiss as part of the negotiations for our partnership (assuming everything goes well).

That way, if you decide to come back later, Vic is still in the storyline (if indirectly).

The computer was, unfortunately, a complete loss. We were able to recover the critical data, but it's shot. Fortunately, through the graces of my lovely wife (thank you, Kanna), I was able to get a new laptop and I think that I have things back to normal now.

Okay, I have updated the map page on Roll20. I have elected not to block in the walls, since you would be familiar with the layout of the tower. Faegrim is on watch duty on the top of the tower. Satinder is sleeping in the master bedroom. Chumtooth and Dantes are sleeping in chairs in the guardroom. I also did not put the other household members on the map, but there is a guard in the room next to Dantes and Chumtooth and two on the tower with Faengrim.
