Kn Rel: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
....okay, that's just embarrassing. Fortunately, my deathwatch spell that I cast as we approached the boat will still let me identify these as undead, at least.
Zora's face has been relatively expressionless ever since she first met the others; now, it contorts into something like rage, her eyes burning like white stars.
"DESECRATION. BLASPHEMY AGAINST THE GODDESS OF GRAVES. Du Moire, your cruelty has damned these souls to their current state and you will be held responsible for it by Pharasma herself. Warpac, throw him to his victims," she says with her voice ringing with cold fury.
"These are undead. We can do nothing for them now but destroy their cursed forms. I regret only that I do not have more of Pharasma's wrath remaining to deal with them."
She takes an adjusting step backward, drawing her wand of cure light wounds with one hand and keeping her shield at the ready with the other. She casts, and the wand is charged with holy energy, glowing white.
Boop, what a time to only have one channel left, heh. Plus can't get many of them given the current position, so there's my turn, holding the charge.

Zora raises her shield and charges her wand as she awaits the oncoming horde.
Isabel attempts to intimidate Du Moire who's doesn't seem to take notice of her squeaky voice as he stares in wide eyed horror at the undead leaping about the room. He turns to Warpac frantically. Let me go! You don't want to do this! He struggles against the rope.
Warpac breaths a prayer to his Goddess asking for a bit of luck as he is going to need it.

I believe they do just because there are a couple of blessings such as travel that specifically say that they do not provoke when used. I could be wrong but couldn't find anything stating one way or another. But either way doesn't matter in this situation as the yellow undead is grappled by Roscoe.

The group easily finishes off the three remaining Lacedons, their bloated corpses fall back into the shallow waters.
Along with the ghoulish passengers, the hold contains a small padlocked chest of wood and hardened leather. Inside, wrapped in moldering velvet, rest four tablets each crafted from a different material— copper, gold, lead, and black slate. The crudely fashioned tablets are incredibly ancient forgeries of the original tablets marking the royal seals of four of the Old Azlant’s noble houses. Regardless of their non-authenticity, their uncanny detail provides great insight into lost languages and historical data associated with the four houses.

Zora exhales in relief as the last one falls.
"That could have gone far worse," she says. "We should be sure to have priests look at any who were injured, when we return to Absalon. The dead often have foul rot in their fangs."
If Zora can diagnose possible disease with the heal skill?: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27
"At least the matter is concluded."
Warpac

"I recommend getting some anti-plague for that nasty disease rather than take a risk for anyone that feels the slighted oddity from their bites and scratches."
Warpac resumes his sentry duty over DuMoire probably just as he comes out of the paralysis.

Breathing heavily Evan puts his wand away with a shaky hand. "Let's get the tablets and get off this boat." Evan guides Flower and Fang up to the deck then onto the pier.
That was a very scary Scenario with a Level 1. Thanks Zora for keeping me alive.

Let me tell ya, wasn't a walk in the park as a level 2!
Dusting off her outfit, Zora will sheathe her wand and Sword "Parasol"and motion to August to bring the captive. "Lets go, darling, we are dropping you off with the authorities,"

By defeating the Hydra’s Fang and providing positive evidence of Du Moire’s defeat, the Pathfinders receive the rewards and blessings of the Chelish and Andoren embassies for saving their home countries from entering into what was sure to be a bloody war. Regardless of their public display, the two countries remain at brutal odds. Not that any such politicking matters much to the Pathfinder Society, which is only pleased if its field operatives succeed in getting the tablets.
The End. I will get the chronicles out soon.

Great Game!!! Thanks for running it.

I had a lot of fun too. Warpac is usually the low man on the totem pole, paired with DPR fighters that drop everything so fast his slow and steady style doesn't help, so it was fun to have him actually be useful.

*salutes!* That's my job! Glad you pulled through.
Zora takes an earnest leave of her companions. "I can frequently be found in the Ascendant Court at the healer's ward, should you need anything that I can provide between missions. May the goddess guide your steps safely going forward. Excuse me. I must go purchase a new spear."
