sorry gm if Im just understanding this wrong. Round 1 both Kappi and Ali hit the green goblin. With Kappi's round 2 hit, it should be almost 30 damage. If Im wrong please forgive my ignorance.
RAGING VOJTEK!!!!
Vojtek steps over the fallen walking north with an intensity that chills the air. His lips curl back exposing his Wartooth and he slashes at goblin flesh with abandon. He shows no ruths whatsoever.

You are correct, I missed that. In which case, Kappi's last attack took Green out.

Kappi's axe lands squarely in the goblin's gut, and he opens his mouth tos creamin pain, only to face a torrent of flame from Ali's fingertips (who absolutely took a five-foot step forward to make sure the alchemist wasn't out of the 15' range due to being up on the roof, right?!?)!
He does not survive that.
Out of combat!
Ringeirr pulls off his helmet, revealing a brow drenched in sweat. Wasn't sure we'd survive that, he says. Them's the Back Alley Boys. Usually hidin' about here someswhere. Never here before, tho.
The old man then takes a frantic look about, heaving a sigh as he sees no witnesses. Hide the bodies, now. Cos, technically, by the laws of Whitethrone, ye are murderers for defendin' yerselves, and subject to execution.
Davosh the Wanderer
"hide them and take their stuff. This is about to become a wild ride methinks. "
-Posted with Wayfinder
GM thunderspirit
The goblins' "stuff" consists of three rusty goblin horsechoppers (not worth the metal they're made of, says Ringeirr) and ratty leather scraps that form a kind of makeshift armor. The alchemist, on the other hand, has a trio of potion bottles which Davosh identifies as cure light wounds, jump, and resist energy (cold), along with a an alchemy crafting kit. (The formulae book, IIRC, is not usable by any non-alchemist.)
Ringeirr keeps a close eye while the party hides the evidence, then grunts as he picks up his end of the cart again. Once we deliver the food, he says quietly, I promise I'll take you to the shrine of Milani.

Kappi Matarito
Kappi looks at his two bleeding wounds from the goblins, then he looks to the Oradin for perhaps some of Apsu's healing.
Kappi stays in his "fair skinned, blue eyed, silver haired" form and leads on w/ Ringeirr's subtle direction.
Davosh the Wanderer
"Allow me first"
Davosh looks at Kappi and then quickly grabs the lads face. CMW: 2d8 + 5 ⇒ (2, 7) + 5 = 14
I can heal each person that way once per day. I can do it at distance too. Grabbing Kappi's face was for effect.
Vojtek Wartooth
Vojtek nods as his chest heaves, sucking in the foul air. He watches Kappi's wounds close and makes the logical assumption that the ancestors approve of both his and Davosh's fighting spirit.
"Good work lad," Vojtek wheezes as he catches his breath, "and all of you too." It's unclear whether Vojtek is addressing the party, or Davosh and the Ancestors.
As he gets his wind back, the wiry northman pokes around the edges of the area on the lookout for witnesses or additional assailants.
GM thunderspirit
As the party cleans up and gets back together after their run-in with the Back Alley boys, the rogue catches a robed and hooded figure looking about as it glides along the road ahead. Ringeirr follows the rogue's stare and noticeably blanches. That's one of the mirror men! he hisses, motioning for the party to get out of its line of sight. They're spies of the Queen, with some magic way of speaking to the White Witches — they can see whatever the mirror men see. Hide! Quickly! And if it sees us, we can't let it escape, or else we're done for! Ringierr shoves the cart between two buildings and starts to climb toward the roof of one of them
The party has two rounds of actions to take before the figure is upon you. Second round will also require a Stealth check.

The wiry barbarian drops his stance as if he is ready to fight but then he sees the others hiding. Screwing his eyes down as if thinking, he scuttles into the shadows to hide, holding his massive greatsword in a crude approximation of Kappi's stealthy short sword.

Posting for Ali
Ali takes position to where she can see an ally way opposite us, and hides. Then she readies to cast the spell Ghost Sound (will dc 14) of retreating footsteps preceeded by a "to loud urgent whisper" of "crap there it is run away".
She will cast the readied spell if we seem to be discovered.
Stealth: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
Perception: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

We are not in initiative, rounds or no, so no readying. However, I'll take that as a reactive action on Ali's part. (Yes, it's nitpicking, but it's a pet peeve of mine, just like adventure authors who ambush PCs with boxed text.)
Ringeirr, atop the nearby roof, simply shakes his head at the Northman, who has tried to emulate a tree opposite the less-noticeable Varisian. The tall and lean hooded figure moves smoothly with a delicate grace until its mirror visage falls on Vojtek. It moves up alongside him, jabbing a finger with one gray, malformed hand as it holds an open palm to the barbarian with the other.
GM thunderspirit
If Kappi is gonna do something aggressive, then yes we can go into initiative.

SNEAK ATTACK!!: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 1) = 10
GM thunderspirit
Ali is correct, the mirror man does not have uncanny dodge and is still flat-footed on Kappi's Round 1 attack.
Kappi's short sword strikes home twice, though the hide of the mirror man seems to blunt the blade's effectiveness, neither doing as much damage as the rogue thinks they should.
The mirror man turns on Kappi and the rogue notices some of the wounds he just inflicted healing up a bit. It Quick Draws a wicked-looking longsword and retaliates with a full attack!

You guys are up!
Kappi Matarito
not part of round action, just some flavor
Kappi yells a little (somewhat girl like) as the MirrorMan's first attack scores a nasty cut. Though the second attack the lad manages a jerky and awkward dodge.
The rogue looks at the space on the other side of the MirrorMan. He certainly hopes one of his comrades (perhaps Ed, perhaps Ali) would move into flanking position...

Knowledge?
Ordinarily it would be Kn (arcana), but in order to know what it is you'd have to have detailed knowledge of Irriseni magic. That's why I had Ringeirr throw a bone to the party.
It's up to Davosh whether he's willing to try that hex.

Seeing Kappi get stabbed, Ali springs forth, drawing her sword on the move. she embues the weapon with magic (+1 Keen) and charges the Mirror Man.
