Here is how things are going to work. I'm not going to use any of the map options I've seen here, mostly because I'm old and cranky and don't want to learn anything new. Instead, you are going to describe your move in detail and I'm going to update the maps by hand and post them on my site with a link in the Gameplay forum.
EXAMPLE: Fred the Fighter charges to the attack! (Move N-N-E-N; attack!)
(Where N=North, E=East, S=South and W=West). North will always be at the top of the map, regardless of any compasses printed on the map.
Dice will be rolled here as normal
______________________________________________________
Players are expected to post at least once per day, seven days a week.

The GM is often wrong, but will do his best to be right. If I screw up in your favor, we'll let it go. If I screw up in a way that hurts you, speak up before your next turn and I'll try to get it straightened out.
______________________________________________________
I've had 36 years of GMing experience, but I still don't know every obscure ability you may have. If you're using an ability that is not common, please explain it and link it to the SRD or PRD so I can quickly determine what you're trying to do.

Rule #1 - Have fun!

Greetings all! Sarion Minos, Paladin of Sarenrae, reporting for duty.
A little bit about Sarion; He's a tank. But his HP kind of suck... When smiting, he can dish it out, though most of the time his damage is a bit low. His AC is his best feature.
In-character, he's a Paladin of Sarenrae. Charitable, lawful, good... his battlecry is 'We Rise Together' and he will do what he can to protect his allies and innocent victims wherever possible, but he's not the type to object to things like sneaking or lying in the service of the mission. That being said, he is still a Paladin, so don't push him. ;)
As a player, I will not insist on obstructing the flow of the game just because my character is a Paladin unless it is a serious alignment issue.

Jasmine's the name, explorer and pilfering is my game. I enjoy a fine wine when not out in the world. I may be a thief but don't call me one, you may lose your tongue.
I can do a lot, but not everything. My blade will be beside you, but not in you don't worry. I am chaotic, but not evil.
My best feature are my daggers, and I am very good with them, otherwise I am just average. I am not going to get into melee combat unless I can help it.
Sorry for the rambling, shall we go forth to glory and riches.

“Hello friends! Dristok Estlor here, and I’m ready to find some treasure! This little scaled critter (and no, I don’t mean me!) you see darting about near my feet goes by Zeke. He’s a little excitable, but a friendly enough sort (I still wouldn’t stick your fingers near his mouth though…). I’m quite excited for the adventure we will be undertaking together.”
While he's not a rogue by class, his fascination with discovering magical artifacts would challenge the treasure tooth (that is to say, like a sweet tooth) of any rogue, and his primary reason for adventuring is to discover interesting new things (particularly of the magical variety). That said, he’s a pretty go-with-the flow kind of guy when in the company of a party. He will try to encourage his allies to pursue the search for treasure as much as possible though.
In terms of his actual class…he’s a witch! And like any witch, he enjoys a good cackle, even if his cackle may be a bit odd compared to most witches (see the personality section). ;) In combat, he will probably do his best to avoid taking a painful falchion to the face by staying as far away as possible and trying to debilitate enemies. General debuff and control spells will be his goal, though the occasional blasting spell is certainly quite fun as well. Zeke will probably try to stay even farther away because he is made of the softest of soft dino-paper.
Looking forward to getting started with you guys!

A average height human with dark hair and eyes storms into the room. He is wearing a suit of fashionable dark grays with a red shirt under the suit coat. Even though he quickly enters the room the has an aura of calm, cool, and collected. I am sorry to be so late, I had gotten caught up in some independent research and lost track of the time. My name is Obed, and because I overheard how you all described your talents so shall I. I am versed in the arcane, both knowledge and practice. I have been researching the affects, effects... Is it effects? The effects that the stars and heavens have on arcane magic. I have a wonderful paper in mind, about angular summoning and star bound creatures.
I am excited to work with the society as I too have an interest in history and ancient lore. There may be some artifacts or items that I could learn from or help with my research.
As for combat my uncle gave me this. (Pulls out a crossbow that looks too big for him). I have been practicing all morning and believe that I figured out how to load it correctly. Tomorrow I will experiment with velocity, range, and height; a simple x+y=z formula. In a few days I should have the hang of it. I do prefer to use the few spells I can cast. The flaming fire cone, and rainbow cone; please do not stand in the cones if they are cast. With my lore in the arcane I have learnt to trick magic items like wands and scrolls and offer that service to any of you if you need it.

Jasmine, I'm going to need an avatar for the map. Please give your character an avatar. For now, you're the lone female among the PC's on the map (that I'll put up shortly), so it shouldn't be hard to figure.
Same for you, Obed. I'll need a male avatar to represent you. For now, you're the character all the way at the south of the PC line.

Evidently, I'm not being clear, 'cause ain't nobody getting it in any of the four tables. When in the granary, if you want to move half your speed, just do it. If you want to move more than half speed, you must a roll a number of Strength checks equal to the total number of squares moved. e.g., if you have 30 ft movement, you can move 3 squares with no problem. If you want to move 4 squares, you must roll 4 Strength checks.

Yeah, and it looks to me like there's a clear path. EX: From the stairs on the right and around the corner of this room. But no worries. Simple mix-up.
HOLY STINKIN' CRAP! You're right. That's a lane clear of grain. All this time I've been seeing that as an artistic rendition of mist. Sonofa... I owe everyone in several games an apology!

Quick rule question, seems like it is open for debate and I would like to know how you want to run it.
I just realized that tieflings get resist fire 5, could I spray them down with my burning hands spell (maximum 4 points of damage at this level) and not risk their gear to damage? I ask this because other spells and items do specifically state an additional reflex DC or catch on fire.
Here is the text for Alchemist fire, to show an example of the additional refex save mentioned.
Are the Tieflings cool with being bathed in flame if it has the potential to cause no harm?
School evocation [fire]; Level sorcerer/wizard 1
Casting Time 1 standard action
Components V, S
Range 15 ft.
Area cone-shaped burst
Duration instantaneous
Saving Throw Reflex half; Spell Resistance yes
A cone of searing flame shoots from your fingertips. Any creature in the area of the flames takes 1d4 points of fire damage per caster level (maximum 5d4). Flammable materials burn if the flames touch them. A character can extinguish burning items as a full-round action.
A direct hit deals 1d6 points of fire damage. Every creature within 5 feet of the point where the flask hits takes 1 point of fire damage from the splash. On the round following a direct hit, the target takes an additional 1d6 points of damage. If desired, the target can use a full-round action to attempt to extinguish the flames before taking this additional damage. Extinguishing the flames requires a DC 15 Reflex save. Rolling on the ground provides the target a +2 bonus on the save. Leaping into a lake or magically extinguishing the flames automatically smothers the fire.

Lol
I was under the assumption that since it was not mentioned it was not going to be a hazard. I am an EMT up in Boston and we have to learn all about farms hazards to get licensed (FYI there are no large farms in Boston). Other fun things are the gases given off by some grain will kill you dead fast, and drowning in grain.
Something else that is weirdly weird is wet hay spontaneously combusting in barns (again no barns in Boston).

Many years ago, I watched my high school chemistry professor burn off his own eyebrows when igniting a fireball made of psyllium husk powder over a lit match on the end of a stick. Evidently the fireball was quite a bit larger than he expected.
Same guy had us weigh gases, but ran out of whatever gas he was supposed to use, so he substituted chlorine gas. They had to evacuate the whole school and send two kids to the hospital.

Guys, a bit about timing. Of the four tables, you're running the slowest. I'm concerned to get this adventure finished before the start of the PFS PbP Gameday in case you want to run any of these characters in those games.
So first a question: Are you planning to do that?
Second, a quick calculation: We've been playing this game since August 29th. That's 19 days. Or 9.5 days per scene. At that rate, playing out the final three scenes of the game will take us another 28.5 days, taking us to October 16th.
Even if we drop one of the scenes (one is listed as optional but is pretty cool) we are likely to finish October 6th.
