1) We end the scenario -- (without credit... never happened)
2) We continue with 3 + pregen
3) We wait until we find a 4th?

I'm not upposed to 1. This is a wonderfull idea (all kobolds sever dragons game), but it needs it speed. This way we could try again in real life (Con of the North maybe?)
But if people want to continue, either with a real person or a pregen, I will still give it my all.
Sadly, my real life quest for a replacement came up emtpy

Well, if Quinn is up for it and you are up for it, I'll all for ending this game and picking it up in real life at Con of the North in feb 2019, as I'll be there too :)
