Thanks for the nod Silbeg!
I'll be playing up with a lvl 2 character.
Either the new and improved Gaz Gortag (Barbarian/Cleric), ashamed environmentalist and anthropologist dedicated to the migration and breeding patterns of Orc populations.
Or Rafael Sebjorn (Swashbuckler/Magus), a superstisious, wind-worshiping, and ship-wrecked sailor with an overactive imagination.
Selection dependent on if we need a divine caster, although he's not the best at it.

You could bring Arxus at 5, since we do have a 2.
Or we could have the all arcane party!

dot

![]() |

We finished tome. Kern is a melee transmuter wizard

![]() |

Folk, pick you character, and dot into the main gameplay thread like Gaz and Kern did, please.
If you know of someone who would be interested, let me know.

![]() |

I'll get my character info uploaded and dot in next week. Working 12 hour days this week and packing for a move...
Will be bringing Praesid. Armored Battlemage (Magus archetype) level 3.

![]() |

so we have... a melee cleric, 2 melee wizards and a Bert. very interesting

![]() |

And a bard monk that sticks critters with a dagger!
Wyvern Style for the win! Constantine has three daggers (cold iron, mithral, and regular ol' MW steel) to use on peeps. This allows me to flurry with a dagger. I also have piranha strike.
He has wands of bless weapon, mage armor, and CLW. I have no knowledge skills.

![]() |

Dude.. Gaz has to be a halfling.. what the duce

![]() |

It was a debatable decision before he played his 4th game. I know, it was hard to make.

![]() |

As a note Silbeg before things get under way, Gaz will be using his Seize the Initiative to try to get us to act first. Mentioning it now because PbP is a little different with timing.
It's written "This decision is made before results are revealed," I read it as after the first roll is made but the initiative order hasn't been setup.
Under this assumption, if you roll initiatives in a block for us I'd request that this triggers and the lowest ally roll gets a second shot.

![]() |

I believe your tagline link has the wrong Url Silbeg, it's taking me to Ungrounded but Unbroken.

![]() |

I reused a google slides doc... but it is weird that you wouldn't be seeing it correctly.
What does this link take you to?
Also, perhaps refresh the page?

![]() |

That one works!

![]() |

They are the same link :P
Computers, work on them all day but still can't use one.
After this, I am going say that it should be "the first init roll that is 10 or less" instead of the lowest... because once we know the lowest, the results are known.
Quite fair and good point, can we do "first less than 10 or last person in the order"?

![]() |

Sure. That'll work.
But, do you want to reroll if that person gets a 15? (What's the max you would reroll)?

![]() |

We'll try out max at 14, as in "for last person in order: reroll a 14 but don't reroll a 15". Thanks for being open to the ability, I can see some GMs finding it a pain in the back on PbP.

![]() |

Alright, I'm moved and settled enough to the point I should be able to post regularly(ish) again.

![]() |

As an FYI - we'll be pausing starting Tuesday through the next Tuesday for Gen Con.

![]() |

As an FYI - what she is saying is actually true. Bert was all the way down the hallway when he was attacked, I think where Gaz is currently standing, when he was attacked. That definitely isn't "outside the door".
Just saying, so that you get why she is reacting like this.

![]() |

Its a bloody DoDo.. if a small wild bird spurs them into an attack - then the deserve what they get.. its a bird....

![]() |

Why was Bert bloody?!
It would be pretty concerning to have a small gore-covered creature running through your house... /teasing sarcasm

![]() |

Hey y'all! I leave Thursday for vacation. I will have spotty internets connections during the time I am away. If you need me to post, text is best as I'll have my fone on me.
I return home October 8.

![]() |

Gents I am going to pull Prizm from this PBP as I have been unable to devote the time and focus to it as of late. Apologise.

Tiny, Diminutive, and Fine Creatures: Very small creatures take up less than 1 square of space. This means that more than one such creature can fit into a single square. A Tiny creature typically occupies a space only 2-1/2 feet across, so four can fit into a single square. 25 Diminutive creatures or 100 Fine creatures can fit into a single square. Creatures that take up less than 1 square of space typically have a natural reach of 0 feet, meaning they can't reach into adjacent squares. They must enter an opponent's square to attack in melee. This provokes an attack of opportunity from the opponent. You can attack into your own square if you need to, so you can attack such creatures normally. Since they have no natural reach, they do not threaten the squares around them. You can move past them without provoking attacks of opportunity. They also can't flank an enemy.
Emphasis mine
The opponent (who's space the creature is entering).
Still no rules anywhere about them staying in the square... nor rules on how they might leave. SIGH.

![]() |

Uh... guys
um... what do you all want to do? continue burning up? run way?
Just sayin, with out a cleric or area of effect spells those skeletons are gonna f~#* up up.

![]() |

What do you all want me to do? I can run away (withdraw) or surrender (not the first choice).

![]() |

Well, never had that happen before!

![]() |
