Rules question: how does being large make you slower?

It has to do with how many squares it takes to move your larger size around. 5 feet is still 5 feet, but when you are large it takes extra movement to get around things like a door for instance.

That or one of the X buff Y was pretty much my short list from the get-go. If no one else suggests anything else more strongly, that will likely be it.
I had a Beguiler in 3.5 pretty much turn an APL + 4 encounter into a curb stomp with that spell once...

In that case, does anybody think this party needs a wand of Daylight, or do we think it would be rude to sell it off considering it was part of what Aravashnial gave us?

That loot was copypasted from the AP, it was supposed to be some stuff you could use. However, I should have adjusted that because I can see how a wand of daylight might be fairly useless for a group of ALL darkvision havers....How about we retcon that into a wand of 3rd level whatever from the Wiz/Sorc spell list with the same number of charges.

Probably a good thing that it turned out that way the first time around anyway, else I wouldn't have had enough gold to buy a suit of full plate now. GM Niles, at the conclusion of the first book, will you still allow me to adjust Barundar's stats and retrain the Combat Reflexes feat?
