"Your master is dead, your fellow thralls defeated. It takes the stupid arrogance of a dragon to keep flailing about when you've so obviously lost."
Vicious Mockery: dragon must make DC16 Wisdom save or take 2d4 ⇒ (2, 2) = 4 psychic damage and suffer disadvantage on his next attack before the end of its next turn.
I'll also continue cooking the vampire, just in case he's thinking of making a comeback. Fourth round of concentration on heat metal: Heat Metal (bonus action): 6d8 ⇒ (4, 5, 7, 7, 7, 1) = 31

Spidre |

Spidre stops in his tracks and cocks his head. He casually tosses a spell at the dragon, not breaking his stare at the fallen vampire.
elemental orb: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10, damage: 4d8 ⇒ (1, 1, 2, 6) = 10
Going from memory, using a 2nd level slot. Fire I guess? Since it's a blue dragon?
Edit: nailed it

Thyra will make a rather goading attack on the dragon, "Fight meh! Ya blue-liver'd lizard"
Attack + Goading Attack: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27
Damage: 1d8 + 7 + 1d8 ⇒ (4) + 7 + (5) = 16
if it hits, wisdom save DC 16 or suffer disadvantage on all attacks that don't target me
Attack: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (20) + 10 = 30
Damage: 2d8 + 7 ⇒ (6, 6) + 7 = 19

Thyra fells the dragon!
You pause in the sudden silence of a finished battle, then see the form of the vampire collapse into a cloud of mist! The mist begins to flow, hurrying across the room like a wind-blown cloud, toward a door at the other end. You follow it into a small, ornate chamber where Koriszegy's coffin lies. The mist seeps under the lid, and you can hear his body re-forming inside.
You kick open the lid of the coffin, and see an unimpressive, desiccated corpse with a look of fear on its face. Koriszegy tries to sit up, and while he struggles, you take the Spear of Halav and plunge it through his heart. With a sound like thunder, his body breaks into pieces, then falls to ash!
The vampire Koriszegy has been slain, and his plans to conquer the land have been thwarted!

Spidre commands his pet spider to enter the casket. He then closes it and commands the spider to bite the corpse for all eternity.
Once it is closed, he lays his head on the casket lid and caresses it with one hand. A small sighing sound seems to perpetually emanate from behind the elf's wooden mask.

Thyra Fireforge |

Grunting at the spectacle, "'Righto, well lets get back now, the Duke'll be waitin' fer us, sure he's got more missions fer us,"
She'll walk back over to the dragons, chop their heads off with a few hacks and start dragging their heads back with her as she makes for town.
