I'll cast Detect Poison and Disease as a ritual just for kicks.

Thyra Fireforge |

Thyra will sit down next to the dwarf, He isn't tied him up but he has been stripped of his armour and weapons.
"Nézd, legyőzte könnyedén, az Ön vaskarika tényleg érdemes meghalni? Segítsen nekünk, hol van a többi táborban, vagy ha a fő táborban."
Looking to Mirrel to offer some back-up maybe.
Persuasion: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (5) + 0 = 5

Mirrel |

"I think you know how this goes," Mirrel says as he sits on the other side of the dwarven prisoner from Thyra. "Your people made a mistake. They've angered the duke and he's sent us after you. That means you have nobody - your leaders aren't going to be pleased we trounced you so easily. The duke doesn't care what it takes to bring you to justice."
"Your only hope in getting out of this is to give us what we need. We don't have any interest in people like you - we want the leaders of your band. Where can we find them? How many of them are there? You know what we need to know and you know we'll find out soon enough."
"How can it hurt if you look after your own skin? Who's going to know where we heard it from?"
Persuasion(exp): 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (18) + 11 = 29

GM Jiggy |

Saved by the bell bard!
The dwarven prisoner doesn't even acknowledge that Thyra spoke. He tries to look like he's ignoring Mirrel at first as well, but his face shows that he's seeing some sense in the bard's words. Looking rather resigned, he answers:
"Fine then. So I assume the duke is looking for his daughter, then? She's being held at a site about two miles from here, heavily guarded." (insert directions here) "Satisfied?"

GM Jiggy |

Having gotten directions to the camp where Duke Stefan's daughter is being held, you knock the dwarf back out and rest in peace. Meanwhile, Pietro confirms the absence of poison and disease in the vicinity, and Halsere identifies a slew of magic items:
+1 rapier
+1 shortbow
+1 greatsword
+1 greataxe
+1 studded leather
+1 studded leather
+1 full plate
+1 full plate
healing potion (4d4+4)
healing potion (4d4+4)
Also, the elf had a spellbook, whose contents I'm not going to spell out. As Halsere is the only one with a use for a spellbook, he can pick one 1st- or 2nd-level spell he doesn't already have in his own book and say that it was in the found book, and the rest of its contents are spells he already knew.
Once you're finally ready, you begin heading toward the designated campsite, a couple of miles away.
5d20 ⇒ (7, 18, 9, 7, 15) = 56
Way to barely make that group check.
Just as you feel you must be drawing near the camp, and think that maybe you see it in the distance, you lock eyes with a group of sentries!
Halsere: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22
Mirrel: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16
Pietro: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
Spidre: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
Thyra: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12
Sentries: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
Halsere is the first to react!
It's a group of three humans, each in medium armor with a sword at their hip. They're about 20ft away. No cover for anybody unless you either get more distance or deliberately specify that you get behind a tree or something.

Halsere Chael-Oren |

Halsere rips off a fireball! The intent is not to catch them in the centre - that would toast him but rather at one of the fireballs far edges with the bulk of the blast extending towards their guard post/guardstation.
Fireball DC15 Dex Save: 8d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 4, 3, 5, 5, 3, 6) = 30
If this is same day? Scratch that spell if so :( I'm out of level 3 spells - He'll firebolt one of the guys instead firebolt: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16 for firebolt: 2d10 ⇒ (5, 7) = 12
Halsere is taking one of the Studded Leather +1 suits as well as the 2nd level spell 'Suggestion'

GM Jiggy |

With a low roar, the sentries are engulfed in flame!
DEX: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
DEX: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
DEX: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Aren't you glad those weren't attacks? Yeesh.
They each draw their swords and steel their resolve!
Second Wind: 1d10 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Second Wind: 1d10 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
Second Wind: 1d10 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
I'm gonna assume that Thyra and Spidre are in front, so...
The sentries look at Thyra's tin can, then at Spidre's light armor, and converge on the elf!
Stabbity!: 1d20 + 7 + 1d8 ⇒ (3) + 7 + (8) = 18, Damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
Stabbity!: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19, Damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
The first sentry takes a swing that seemed an easy miss, but flips it around at the last second, nearly stabbing Spidre and getting him to barely lean into the second attack!
Stabbity!: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27, Damage: 4d8 + 6 ⇒ (3, 7, 8, 8) + 6 = 32
STR save DC 15: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
The second sentry runs Spidre through, sending him to the dirt!
Stabbity! ADV+7: 2d20 ⇒ (20, 1) = 21, Damage: 2d8 + 6 ⇒ (7, 8) + 6 = 21
ALL OF THE TWENTIES
On the ground, Spidre becomes an easy target and is stabbed once more, then stops moving!
The third sentry then turns his attention to Thyra!
Stabbity!: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20, Damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
Stabbity!: 1d20 + 7 + 1d8 ⇒ (13) + 7 + (8) = 28, Damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13
The final sentry misses with his first attack against Thyra's magical metal, but follows up with an expert strike!
Party up!
Damage tally:
S1: 19
S2: 9
S3: 8
EDIT: Got ninja'd by Halsere's edit. We'll go ahead and keep basically the same post for the baddies, except that they didn't need to use their Second Winds because none of them are injured.

Pietro Elitov |

Pietro tosses a quick healing spell at Spidre, then calls out "Halt!"
Healing Word: 1d4 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Hold Person as a 3rd-level spell, targeting the two fighters on Spidre. DC 16 Wis save or paralyzed, new save at the end of each turn.

Mirrel |

Mirrel also heals Spidre as he directs his attention to the sentry fighting Thyra.
Bonus Action:Healing Word: 1d4 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Action:Vicious Mockery: sentry must make DC16 WIS save or take 2d4 ⇒ (4, 3) = 7 psychic damage and has disadvantage on next attack before the end of its next turn

Thyra Fireforge |

Looks like according the condition in the campaign tab, attacks are auto crits.
Thyra will draw her axe out and give one of 'em a solid choppin'.
Attack 1: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (10) + 10 = 20
Crit Damage: 2d8 + 7 ⇒ (3, 5) + 7 = 15
Attack 2: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18
Crit Damage: 2d8 + 7 ⇒ (2, 4) + 7 = 13
"Hah, Spidre, its like fish in er barrel!"

Thyra Fireforge |

Oh I thought we were all standing next to each in a little bundle so I could target one of those blokes as well.If not, my attacks redirect towards my active guy and it looks like subtract 5 from the first attack's damage and 4 from the second's damage.

Spidre |

I mean I'm sure that you can, I just thought you might want to manage the more immediate threat. But more dead soldiers is nothing I'll complain about.
Spidre stands, picking up his short sword on the way. He takes a moment to catch his breath, then stabs at the paralyzed soldier before him.
Second Wind: 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
+1 Shortsword: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9, Crit Damage: 2d6 + 5 ⇒ (3, 3) + 5 = 11
+1 Shortsword: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23, Crit Damage: 2d6 + 5 ⇒ (5, 3) + 5 = 13

GM Jiggy |

I listed all the rules for the various conditions (such as paralysis) in the Campaign Tab. For a paralyzed target, attacks against them have advantage (not auto-hit), and if you do hit them from within 5ft, then it's an auto crit. Now, Thyra's rolls are hits, so no need to go back and roll more d20s. But for Spidre's first attack, he got a 1, so the advantage roll will need to hit in order to get that crit:
1d20 ⇒ 19
There we go, then.
Thyra and Spidre pulverize one of the paralyzed sentries! The other paralyzed one is toward the other side of Spidre, so Thyra would have to move away from the active one in order to reach him.
WIS: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
The active sentry winces as Mirrel's spell takes hold!
Halsere's turn. One sentry is paralyzed but uninjured, the other has 7 damage and disadvantage on his next attack.

Halsere Chael-Oren |

Halsere hits him with a firebolt!
Boom: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27 for ouchie: 4d10 ⇒ (6, 1, 10, 2) = 19

GM Jiggy |

You didn't specify which sentry, so we'll go with the damaged one.
Halsere roasts one of the sentries!
The non-paralyzed sentry focuses his inner resolve!
Second Wind: 1d10 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
He then tries to put Spidre back down!
Stabbity! DIS+7: 2d20 ⇒ (20, 4) = 24=11, Damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
Stabbity!: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10, Damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
Ain't no crits with a bard around, amirite?
WIS vs Paralysis: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11
Paralyzed guy still uninjured (but still paralyzed), active guy has 16 damage. Party up!

Pietro Elitov |

Spidre |

Spidre focuses his strikes on the active soldier, leaving the other for those with larger weapons. He snaps his fingers to recall his dagger to his hand and stabs swiftly.
shortsword: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17, damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
shortsword: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27, damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8

Halsere Chael-Oren |

Quiet now... I don't think they managed to raise the alarm. What are we going to do when we hit the camp? I think we need sneak up and scout it first - I'm out of area damaging spells so if its a large active camp? I think we may need other tactics other than brute force.

Thyra Fireforge |

Thyra will check the wounded, stabilizing any of them if she can and then immediately gagging them with a scrap of cloth or something.
Medicine: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (9) + 0 = 9
Medicine: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (17) + 0 = 17
Medicine: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (2) + 0 = 2
Listening to Halsere, "Could split up, hit 'em in different places, make 'em think they're bein' attacked by a large group."

Thyra Fireforge |

Thyra'll drop her pack and roll out some rope and begin binding the man. "Get tha chance, he should stand trial for banditry,"
Looking around at the bandit, "Unless ya have some valuable info about yer camps weaknesses"

Pietro Elitov |

"We were sent to rescue a young girl. Would your parents be proud to know you'd been reduced to kidnapping children?"

Halsere Chael-Oren |

Thats right up there with defiling kids my friend, you really want that hanging over you? Share what you can and wipe your conscense clean.
Persuasion: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
With the others 'aiding another', hoping thats worth advantage on the roll... Persuasion: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6 oh well :(

Thyra Fireforge |

how drastic!
Thyra will give him a solid thunk with her lobster plate glove, knocking him out.
"Let's just leave 'im here tied up and gagged, give 'im time ta think about his life choices"
After which she'll hunker down, prepared to try and sneak up on the bandit camp with the rest of the group.
should we gather up the bodies and hide them/loot them?

Mirrel |

"I think we could definitely use some scouting. We're unlikely to be able to defeat the whole camp, but if we find where she's being held perhaps we can organise a distraction elsewhere whilst one of us slips in to free her."
"Either way, someone should head closer for a look".

Halsere Chael-Oren |

I can make you invisible - if you are trained in stealth that would hold for about 5 minutes, giving you plenty of time to come back and report.

Mirrel |

Unless someone else feels more qualified, Mirrel will wait for Halsere to send him invisible and then sneak off to scout the camp. Given the five minute timeframe, he'll head straight for where we think they are and then look around for likely places a hostage may be held. He'll also keep an eye out for sentries.
Presuming he can get some useful intelligence within the timeframe of the invisibilty spell, he'll then head back to report to the others.
Stealth: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18;Advantage: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18
Perception(exp): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10
Just how bounded is this accuracy?

GM Jiggy |

Okay, still feel a little loopy, but I think I can get us moving again. Sorry for the long absence; that flu bug hit me like a truck.
Mirrel passes invisibly toward the camp and scopes it out a bit. It's a bit bigger than the last one, having a comparable pair of tents in addition to a third, larger one.
In front of the larger tent is a pair of humans in heavy armor, each with a shield and longsword, apparently guarding the tent. Elsewhere in the camp, a cleric sits on a fallen log, leafing through a prayer book while a simple quarterstaff bearing his dark holy symbol on one end leans against his shoulder.
A creature about 7 feet tall crouches over a piece of carrion, whose meat seems he seems to be almost finished gnawing off of the bone. The creature is vaguely humanoid in shape, but covered in brown fur, has elongated arms with large, paw-like hands, and has a face like that of a wolf. Another such creature sits at the other side of the camp, observing a pig that's rooting around idly at the base of a tree.
The creature that was watching the pig suddenly looks up, and begins sniffing the air suspiciously. He looks in Mirrel's direction for a moment, then makes a small snarling noise in the direction of the other creature, who looks up from his bone, sniffs the air a couple of times, then makes a dismissive snort and goes back to his gnawing. The first creature's tension gradually seems to fade.
Once it seems safe to do so, Mirrel creeps back to the group and reports what he found.
So what's the plan now?

Thyra Fireforge |

Listening to Mirrel's story, "Let's split inta two teams, Pietro, Halsere and Ai will walk right up ta their camp and draw their attention, Spider and Mirrel will sneak around and try steal tha girl"
Was there any loot or anything of value from the scouts that we could have piled up while Mirrel was on his scouting trip?

Spidre |

Spidre shakes his head in the negative at Thyra's suggestion. He speaks.
"I will take to the trees and attack them from above. When they give chase, I will lead them back to Thyra, Pietro, and Halsere on the ground. Mirrel will free the girl and then reinforce us, coming at them from behind. They will be dead before they know what happened."

Mirrel |

Mirrel nods in agreement, although it's not clear whether that's in support of Spidre's strategy or just relief that they won't be working together.
"What if they don't all follow you though? I'll sneak up and try to cut my way into the back of the tent, but those guard things seemed to be pretty alert. Perhaps you could focus your attacks on them - try and lure them after you?"
