"Unless anyone happens to have some orihalcum, focus on electricity attacks." Following his own advice, he mixes some chemicals together and hurls a bomb that sparks with electricity.

Doc Bloodshank's Fort Save: 1d20 + 16 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 16 + 2 = 33
As Doc is pelted by the gears, he confirms they are made of the same material. Resist physical damage except from orihalcum and adamantine. Weak to orihalcum and electricity. He realizes even though they are a pile of gears, they are not a swarm. They do take up space, and they can reach. He hits the robot with electricity.
BakBat didn't hear fire immunity. So it's time for everyone's favorite spell!
Robot Reflex: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (6) + 19 = 25
White Reflex: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (18) + 15 = 33
Yellow Reflex: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (2) + 15 = 17
The Yellow gears are blown to smithereens immediately. He follows up with a smaller flame on the robot but it dodges it easily.
Argoni's RK: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (14) + 16 = 30
He quickly identifies the Clockwork Gear, possessed by shadowy energy from the Netherworld. He knows the gears can quickly disperse themselves in a burst that is blocked by walls. He also knows it can dump debris on anything it touches, making them encumbered. He uses magic to guide Jakoby's next action.

Doc nods. "Alright, then ... some preparation..." He mixes some chemicals together with a versatile vial.
Quick Alchemy to create an Energy Mutagen, granting resistance 10 to electricity (weakness 5 to acid, cold, and fire)
Properly prepared, he pulls out his tools to disable (or lessen) the device's damage output.
Crafting: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (7) + 19 = 26
Hoping that the path is now at least a bit safer, he begins trying to maneuver the robot's body to where it needs to be.
Reflex: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (7) + 15 = 22
Not sure what the consequences are of the sabotage attempt ... do I still take the damage? If so, it's only 21
