With combat over you have a chance to look around this room. Kassen’s sarcophagus is open, and the lid is lying next to it. His body is intact, save for the broken links of a chain that lie around his neck—the medallion it once held is missing. Asar has not defiled his enemy’s
body. Kassen is dressed in resplendent +2 full plate with a +1 flaming longsword resting on his chest.
A flame flickers in a holder above the sarcophagus and nearby a female human lies unconscious, her breathing shallow, but regular.

Roland approaches the human, trying to figure a way to wake her up. If she was injured, he would use a Cure spell on her.

The Armenian Man also wonders about the woman, and is glad to see that Roland is taking charge of her health. He instead starts investigating the room, searching through Asar's things, the sarcophagus, and any other place he can think of, hoping to find the missing medallion.

Roland heals the woman and her eyes flutter open. Who.. Who are you? And where are the skeletons? They captured me and dragged me down here. I was here with a group of men from the village and my brother. Oh Roald, have you seen him? Is he still alive? That big talking skeleton brought me here and questioned me. Asking about Kassan. I must have fainted after only a few questions.
The Armenian Man sees items on Asar's corpse (+1 chainmail, +1 longsword) and some items in the sarcophagus (+2 full plate
with a +1 flaming longsword). There is nothing much of interest in teh rest of the room.
The fire seems to be some sort of continual, eternal, ever burning flame.

Coming out of his trance/rage after the last skeleton crumbles Graktul moves towards one of the statues and sits down with his back to it just trying to regain his breathe waving at the woman.
The only survivor we found didnt really say a name...can you describe this Roald a little better?

”He was here when we came through. Honestly, though, he has seen better days. I don’t think he was in his right mind. I’m sure seeing you will help him, though,” Roland adds hopefully.

"We left him upstairs; let's go to him and see if you can help ease his wavering mind."
After gathering the items from Asar, but leaving the Kassan's gear in the crypt, The Armenian Man leads the way to where we last left Roldare, avoiding any traps along the way that would still be active.

You light the lantrn from the flame and the spirit of Kassen stirs from its rest and rises up to thank you for putting an end to Asar. He tells you all about Asar. Asar and Kassen were once part of an adventuring party. Years later Asar came and attacked the town the Kassen had founded with a group of mercenaries. Kassen is sure that Asar felt cheated after their last quest and that is why he came to attack the town. Kassen also notes that his amulet and that of Asar are gone, presumably stolen.
These amulets are part of a key that opens up the great treasure vault they plundered so long ago. Kassen remembers little about the vault itself, but he does remember that the amulet points the way to the vault if it is reassembled from its three component parts. The last part was given to Iramine, an elven sorceress that was part of their group.
A$er giving his thanks, Kassen reaches into his sarcophagus and produces several items. After handing out the gifts, he slowly fades from view, returning to his eternal rest.
a bag of holding (type I), a +1 bashing shield, an elemental gem (water). There is also one scale from his armour for each of you. These scales will grant them his boon in your hour of need.
One of the side crypts here is dedicated to the villagers and none of these sarcophagi are disturbed. The other side crypt is the resting place for some of the raiders that attacked Kassen so many years ago. The central sarcophagus has been disturbed, its lid lying broken on the ground in front of it. The corpse of a masked man lies beside it.

The journey back to Kassen is somber and uneventful. Roldare is thrilled to see Dimira again and seems to regain most (but not all) of his sanity.
When you finally return to Kassen, you find a celebration underway in your honor. Mayor Uptal is there to greet you at the gates, but his joy at your return quickly turns to horror when he finds out what has happened. The news quickly spreads throughout town and the harvest celebration turns melancholy. The folk do not blame you for what happened, and most are rather grateful that this new menace is ended. The grand feast is still held in your honor, but it is not the same as it was in previous years. This year, many are drinking to help forget that they have lost friends and loved ones. Plans are made to return to the crypt and bury the slain townsfolk.

The Armenian Man tries to liven up the festivities, but even his tilted mind can see the townsfolk need to live their grief, so he stays somewhat calm, celebrating more with his companions and leaving the townsfolk to their own emotions.
