Hekran's acid misses the shadow. The shadow reaches a shadowy hand out and tries to touch Roland.
touch: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13 Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 2 strength damage
The shadow cannot seem to lay so much as an incorporeal finger on Roland.

Glok has a fortune hex from Neer, and guidance from Armenian; that should grant 2 rolls for that attack, both with a +1 bonus.
The Armenian Man remains by Glok's side, again blessing him with a small bit of Magdh's guidance.
With those ghost salt arrows, you're our best chance; gonna keep trying to help you hit!

Seeing Roland's book pass through the shadows without any affect Graktul looks at his heavy flail briefly before dropping it to pull out a knife.
Dunno if this will work but iron didn't seem to help lets try silver I guess.
Attack, BAB, Str: 1d20 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 1 + 4 = 23
Damage, Str, Silver: 1d4 + 4 - 1 ⇒ (4) + 4 - 1 = 7
Moved myself around assuming I could skirt the edge of the fire if not will have to see where I could have moved to get an attack in.
Also, Glok with Neer's hex you can make 2 attack rolls and chose the higher.

Graktul's mace goes right through the shadow not doing a single thing.

"Curious, a key? We haven't found a chest or door that we couldn't unlock yet, have we? Save it for later then!"
The Armenian Man studies both the key and the dagger, casting detect magic to see if either is enchanted.

Since Roland seems unable to get the door open, and nobody else's efforts seem to be effective either, The Armenian Man suggest another route. "Maybe we can get to the door from the other side?"
He leads the group back through the complex, all the way to the first antechamber, and approaches the door that they still hadn't explored past.

In the centre of this room is a large pool of clear water, fed by a fountain on the wall above it. The fountain has a stone statue of a weeping maiden holding the slain body of Kassen, but his head has been broken off and is nowhere to be seen. A voice booms out from the darkness, saying "Magic is the key." The voice slowly fades, leaving a dreadful silence.
Looking into the pool you see that it is roughly 40 feet deep and at the bottom you see what you would guess are about 100 keys.
