And number of crates and barrels containing ingredients for dyes and other materials that lie stacked to the north and south. Stinking undead with rotten flesh, long fingernails and tongues crawl out from behind those crates.
One of the ugly bats swoops down, at Grergof. The other one stares daggers.

In this storage room are materials used for the tailor's shop. Some patterns on the rolls of fabric could be called magic, but not in the sense Stam is searching for. If the adventuring group isn't set on ruining the guy by stealing and opening a shop of their own for competition, there is nothing of use to be found.
