Initiative is a helpful tool to sort out when it's a players turn relative to the enemies.
With only one opponent who already acted it becomes meaningless as the order of the players relative to each other is not important here. So no. No initiative. Everyone gets to act and then the poltergeist again.

If you do a cure light wounds and don't manage to deliver it, you hold the charge still in your hand. So if you try again in the next round you don't roll again.
If you cast a new spell the charge is lost.
Are your channel's already used up? You have 3+cha and there was a night's rest before you entered the harrowstone again.
I know. I didn't want to search through the entire posts as Darius doesn't say 'channel' but uses nice descriptions instead.
But I get the feeling that besides the cold spot you didn't fight anything today that got channeled. And he has 4/day.

I thought I had only two channels left. And nope I was holding the charge from a cure light wounds. Though I'm gonna end that charge and use a channel now instead since it's a burst and might hit the invisible poltergeist.
If you hold the charge, you don't roll the 1d8 again. That is determined when you cast it and stays that way. That you rolled it again made me think you cast it again.

Hmm. I think the potions should be divided between Darius,Grergof,Aada and Halis. Spugnoir already has a Healer's kit so the next person who has the heal skill should get one so we are all covered.
Perhaps Spugnoir,Darius and Grergof have a smelling salt each and the rest be in a communal pool.

In general, Is suggest we each have a healing potion on us for emergencies. That said, I have Lay on Hands so I can heal without one, so I can go near the bottom of the list for picking one up.
I am more then happy to carry all the items. That said if anyone else wants any item he is going to pass them along without protest. He is just hauling them for future party research and has no idea the axe is magic.
