You can always add an perception check if you say you take a look at something. If you don't and there would be something to see I'll give you a spoiler, as you already told you're looking at it.

Your last check was at the entrance of the area. That won't give you any insights about what's to see if you look into the manor house. So another check would have been appropriate. But for nothing to see I wont stop the game to wait for the check ;)

Which main entrance are you going in? The manor house? Because your question about going around back makes no sense for the manor house as I described already what there is as I assumed you walk around (perimeter work).

And going into the Harrowstone makes no sense either at the moment as the area is rather huge and you are just halfway in on the way to the prison itself. and there are a lot of things to see on the way. A blood smeared gargoyle statue for example.

Darius, channel positive energy heals all those in a burst the same amount. Did you intend to heal only yourself, or did you want to cover all of us in that burst?

But I wonder about your counting. As far as I know you used 4 channel so far. two at the harrowstone and two to heal here. Which uses up all of your 3+cha mod, but you have extra channel on your feat list which gives you two more.

Harming undead with channel is problematic since Will saves are often their best saves and they have channel resistance which makes it even harder. Sun and Glory domains are best for undead fighting since with Sun, you add your level to damage and undead cannot use their channel resistance, and Glory gives you +2 to your channel DC


True, but the selective 30ft. burst range can be useful. Besides, at least at 1st level, it can make the difference between spending two or one attacks to take a zombie or skeleton down.

I'm personally in favor.

Personally, Channels can be great for stabilizing people later on, especially during some of my PFS games I'm in.
