Shinami rolls to the next one and (if it's a man) beats him down senseless (if it's a female) "Hey pretty lady, mind helping us out here? Better than getting killed by my friends here, yes?"

Brynn cuts three down.
Shinami punches a powerful looking man into a puddle.
At Armen's words, the remaining guards start nodding, but they're feet keep moving forward, arms at the ready.
Kayla swings her sword at nothing in particular as she quips with Shinami.
___________
The single soldier that remains, runs straight at Armen's outstretched sword. He drops his own weapon, at which point his eyes go wide and he starts screaming, "No! No! No!". His cries are cut short as he runs his exposed neck straight onto the sword.
As the life fades from his eyes, he mouths, "I'm sorry."

Armen stares, wide-eyed at the man who impaled himself.
"I... He... You all saw that yes? He just ran himself through!"
Armen lowers the sword, letting the man's body slide to the floor.
"Let's find this Lich and be done with it.'
Cecil turns his nose up at the unpleasant scene. "Agreed."

Brynn Halistack |

Brynn looks around and smells the stench of death, fresh and old. Her emotionless eyes look to Master Genbu at the mention of using non-lethal force and she gives a slight nod.
She nods again at his plan of scouting, and speaks up this time, "Sounds good, except as much as I'd like to play sneakthief, I would only hinder you."

Brown snaps to attention.
"I will follow you milord. Just say the word."
So Owen, Shinami, and Brom are heading through the double doors? If so, give me explicit actions and 5 stealth checks and 2 perception checks to make narration easier.

1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10
1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23
1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20
1d20 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13
Perception (with scent)
1d20 + 16 ⇒ (12) + 16 = 28
1d20 + 16 ⇒ (19) + 16 = 35
This extraordinary ability lets a creature detect approaching enemies, sniff out hidden foes, and track by sense of smell.
A creature with the scent ability can detect opponents by sense of smell, generally within 30 feet. If the opponent is upwind, the range is 60 feet. If it is downwind, the range is 15 feet. Strong scents, such as smoke or rotting garbage, can be detected at twice the ranges noted above. Overpowering scents, such as skunk musk or troglodyte stench, can be detected at three times these ranges.
The creature detects another creature's presence but not its specific location. Noting the direction of the scent is a move action. If the creature moves within 5 feet (1 square) of the scent's source, the creature can pinpoint the area that the source occupies, even if it cannot be seen.
A creature with the Survival skill and the scent ability can follow tracks by smell, making a Survival check to find or follow a track. A creature with the scent ability can attempt to follow tracks using Survival untrained. The typical DC for a fresh trail is 10. The DC increases or decreases depending on how strong the quarry's odor is, the number of creatures, and the age of the trail. For each hour that the trail is cold, the DC increases by 2. The ability otherwise follows the rules for the Survival skill in regards to tracking. Creatures tracking by scent ignore the effects of surface conditions and poor visibility.
Creatures with the scent ability can identify familiar odors just as humans do familiar sights.
Water, particularly running water, ruins a trail for air-breathing creatures. Water-breathing creatures that have the scent ability, however, can use it in the water easily.
False, powerful odors can easily mask other scents. The presence of such an odor completely spoils the ability to properly detect or identify creatures, and the base Survival DC to track becomes 20 rather than 10.

Shinami cracks the door almost noiselessly; a small rush of air is the only sign of change in the room.
Now that it's open, those at the door can see into the next room. A lone guardsman at the far end of a large training room is practicing at the bow. As you stand watching, four more enter from the other end of the hall. One of these, a woman, seems to command great respect from the other three.
After a brief conversation about military formations, she calls the bowman over and sets the other three in a triangle around him. The bowman forsakes his bow and draws his sword. The four men begin their drills under the watchful and correcting eye of the lady.

Cecil Von Spirito |

Armen beckons Shinami back toward the rest of the group.
"What do you see?" he whispers at him, mouthing the words in an exaggerated manner so Shinami might pick up what he's saying.
Owen nods at Cecil.
Cecil raises a hand to keep everyone still. Concentrates a moment. Then says in a wiser to Armen and the rest of the non-stealth group." A lone guardsman at the far end of a large training room is practicing at the bow. Four more entered from the other end of the hall. One of these, a woman, seems to command great respect from the other three. They're talking about military formations and practicing. "
Edit: Cecil looked through owen's eyes for a round.
