The duke's daughter returns inside 10 minutes time.
"I've gathered what I think will be most useful. I'm Arya incidentally. I'm glad to have your help on this mission."
She opens a small bundle and explains its contents.
Scroll of Mass Bless Weapon
Scroll of Break Enchantment x2
Scroll of Daylight x2
Potion of Death Ward x17
Scroll of Consecrate
Scroll of Faerie Fire
Scroll of Halt Undead x5
Necklace of Fireballs - This item has several "beads" when thrown, the manifest as fireballs of varying degrees of power. This one has 1 bead that deals 10d6 damage, 2 that do 8d6, 2 for 6d6, and 4 for 4d6.

Arya looks sarcastically at Brynn.
"No I just wanted to show them to you and gloat..."
Anyone can use the necklace. you just pull off a bead and throw it. As for the scrolls, do check to see what you can use.
I meant I have to check my list for the rest of it. I know I can use the necklace.
Edit: None of those spells are on Cecil's spell list. He does, however have a +10 to UMD, so that's something at least.
Kayla Adrianas
Yeah, I should be able to use most of 'em.
Armen, are you trying to get killed by Brynn? :)
I woke up from my nap this evening and it took me 10 minutes to remember how to move my legs to get up. This flu really sucks.
Kayla will once again make sure she is between Armen and Brynn.
Brynn Halistack
Upon heading to her room, Brynn will take off the breastplate squishing her new chest and strap on the newer, better enchanted breastplate, fit just right for her. After squirming around in the new armor a bit, she asks Kayla, "So it feels like I have room to move in here, but how do I make sure it's not too much room? Gah, these things always seemed fun, but now they're just annoying."
Kayla Adrianas
"Here, you need to tighten these straps more otherwise you will get to experience how painful it is to have them bounce all over the place while running. That belt was quite generous with its proportions." Kayla helps to hold the breastplate in place with one hand as she points out the straps to tighten with the other.
"You should also give some thought to trying out you new body in a recreational manner before we find a way to switch you back. It may prove very educational."

Sensing his cue Cecil makes a wide eyed motion with his eyebrows in a mock flirtatious look.

You all gather around the wizened wizard, and the Duke speaks to you.
"Normally, I would never let my menundertake such a dangerous mission without putting myself in harms way too. However, my hands a bound here. I am counting on you Dragoons to keep them safe and value their lives above your own."
"I will pray for your swift success. Now, join hands and Maester Jonwyn will get you as close as can be to the lich's lair."
The moment the last hands clasp, Jonwyn's frail voice takes on a power to crush granite as he chants the incantaion. You feel your bodies roll in on themselves toward the navel until you are compressed as tightly as a crystal ball.
Next moment, 34 human feet, 8 hound feet, and 4 Owen feet slam into slimy stone strewn with yellowed bones.
The air is close and cold: it clings to exposed skin with a prickly menace like unto nothing you've ever experienced. Your hair stands on end as the whole place seems charged with static energy.
Looking around, you are in some kind of ruined antechamber. To the south is an open cooridor with stone steps leading up and to the east. To the west is a single, low wooden door. It's barely 3 feet across and not even 5 feet tall. It is locked. To the north is an entire wall of catacombs tripple stacked with ancient dead. The east wall holds more of the same.
"Cheery." remarks Arya in a mirthless tone.
What do we do heroes?
Cecil Von Spirito
The menagerie looks around for generally useful information such as footprints indicating traffic patterns, anything "odd," secret doors, etc.
Owen
perception 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (10) + 16 = 26(including scent indicators)
Survival 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (5) + 14 = 19
Cecil
Perception 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16
Poe
perception1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

"Cecil, come check out this door."
Cecil does so.
"Necromancy!" He states. "With an aura that powerful we should see what's behind the door. It could be the lich's phylactery or an undead army. In the latter case I say we don't draw attention to ourselves while we find and destroy the lich and queen."
Cecil Von Spirito
DSP says it's behind the door. And overwhelming in the sense that it could be masking any other auras that may or may not be in its area.
Cecil say's "It's behind the door. And overwhelming in the sense that it could be masking any other auras that may or may not be in its area"
Shinami Genbu
Shinami blushed. "I meant that if it's too much of a hassle, we should find another way to the queen and the lich in order to conserve our strength and magical spells for the final boss. I wouldn't want us to fight through swarms of undead only to find that we're spent when it comes time to fight the lich. From here on in, it becomes a battle of attrition."
