True enough, ninjas are excellent stalkers, but being stalked by a member of my own team just isn't quite the same as being stalked by a potentially dangerous or at least unknown person. You may have to be a girl to understand...I'm not quite sure what the guy equivalent is and I'm fairly certain my husband will just laugh at me if I ask him.

Ok miss Kayla, here is your side quest for the boom-box.
You'll need a clamor box to start. From there, 'break enchantment' must be cast on the clamor box. Once that is done. A bard under the effects of 'virtuoso performance' must sustain 2 minutes (20 rounds) of bardic performance with voice and instrument.
Once that is done, the box will mimic any widely known song. Th box can be heard up within a 200 foot radius on full volume, 100 foot radius at half volume, and 50 ft at low volume.
Happy Romancing!

This may have to wait until after this mission. Though Kayla will be keeping an eye out for a clamor box. I'm sure they are plenty of bards running around the palace, so that shouldn't be too hard. Plus we are mighty and brave heroes, the bards will be coming to us to hear our stories to turn them into song. :)

I need some DM clarification please. There are many arguments about the following with valid points on both sides. However, I need to know how it works for your game, regardless of what others say.
If Owen is wearing gear and he is dismissed (killed or otherwise) does the gear disapear with him (returning when he does) or does it fall to the ground? Both have pro's and con's I just need your clarification so I can plan a appropriately.
Edit: I'm sure there will be more, but that's the only summoner question that comes to mind a the moment.

That is a good question. Based on my reading of the rules on Eidolons, I have a certain leaning. However, can you give me a summary of the arguments for each side because I have not seen those.
When it comes to Eidolons and magic items, I know that the summoner and eidolon share magic item slots.
I know about the magic item slot thing, but that's when they.re on the same plane.
Basically the arguments are based on exactly how eidilion is summoned (ala summon monster VS a summoning circle). Also the fact that it's a class feature and not a spell seems to play a part. The real problem is that the DEV's haven't really spelled it out
Stuff goes back argument:
Pro: It's a class feature. The summoner shouldn't have to pick up after his eidilion if it gets killed. Arguement is basically that since the summoner is a focus it would work similar to the mage chest spell (the correct name escaped me). Also that the eidilion is stated to not work like other summon spells like not being effected by Profection from ALignment spells. etc.
Con: its a ritual summoning so stuff stays (Though I'm one exactly sure where this is stated it does kinda make sense).
Stuff stays: opposite of above.
I would prefer if stuff stayed with the eidilion, but honestly I can work with either.

Ok, in regard to intended actions.
I cannot intuit every eventuality. I try to interpret your actions as favorable as you intended, but I do need quantifiers.
If you want your action to happen before, after, or during another action, tell me please. Otherwise I will assume you took your action when you said it.
I cannot keep taking the game back to accommidate unstated intentions. This goes for me too. In the trail fight, I forgot the orc sorcerer's actions on two different rounds. That's not your fault so I didn't mention it.
Let's all take the time to say when things happen, and if we forget something: just go with it.
Think of this game as an exercise in improvisation. A scene doesn't work if people in the scene refuse to follow a train of thought or action.
The first rule of improv. is "say yes!"
So, please, let's all remember that we're writing a story together. You all are the protagonists of the story, but it would be pretty boring if the protagonist was perfect and never forgot things or made mistakes. This is how the characters grow.
I am not out to kill your characters or screw anyone over. I want to tell a good story for you and with you. I will promise to review intentions of an action in the eventuality of character death. However, if a mistake is made, and it does not result in your chracter's death, please just go with it.
Thoughts? Does this sound fair and doable?

Nope, just trying to make your life harder :P
Kidding. But seriously, I'm bad at problem solving and this is my first play-by-post, so I don't know anything better. Probably being too hard on you, sorry! I guess part of why I'm saying it is to see if anyone else will say, "Yeah, maybe we could do this instead." So...anyone? Haha
