My work needs one of those. It's why I hate my job, they seem to have no idea how to treat everyone on all 3 shifts fairly. They have no idea when they should fire someone and should you really have up to 6 or so people who are all related working at the same facility?

I can do a lot more than just HR, though HR is part of it.
