Gobbo!

Bart eyes Purpus and the potion bottle in his hand, glancing at the fighting below, down to Nurpus, and back to the potion bottle. His goblin nature torn between easy loot, possible death, and the burbling sound the goblin at his feet was making. Decisions, decisions. Kovak hurls a disk at the longshank soldier, nailing the man in the face with the flying weapon and dropping him to the dirt. Gretcha, with no target to blast, rethinks her options as the sounds of combat start to die down, much like her bleeding companions. Mugmuff keeps to the shadows, waiting for the right moment to land a blow.

The captain and his soldier head back to the main street, seeing the guilty looking Kovak standing above his recent kill, and giving the two men a rather insane looking grin.

Gobs are up. Gretcha can take a different standard action since her target dropped before she could magic missile them.

Nurpus drops to -12...

Gretcha runs forward, pulling out her wand of CLW, and tries to jump up and grab the edge of the building to pull herself up.

Acro because her Str sucks: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

but of course she misses completely, landing in a heap at the bottom of the wall.

Uneventful round to be sure!

Gretcha attempts a catapulting jump to bring her to the roof beside the slowly bleeding out Nurpus, but she runs head first into the wall and bounces off of it with a shudder, landing on her rump, a cloud of dust billowing up around here with the impact. Bart decides that Nurpus is better to him alive than dead, and forces the potion down the goblin's throat. The bleeding of his wounds stops, halted by the magic of the liquid, but there is no response yet from the downed gunslinger, no one to claim Purpus just yet. Kovak flings his weapon at the captain with the shield, who deflects the projectile at the very last second, sending it crashing away into the alley. Mugmuff continues to slowly sneak up on the humans, hoping to keep unnoticed.

Need a stealth check from Mugmuff please.

The captain, seeing the wand wielding goblin come bursting through the street and collapse, closes on Gretcha and takes a chop at her with his sword. Amazingly enough the prone goblin somehow manages to duck beneath the sweeping swing of the longsword, the weapon missing her by inches at best. The other soldier charges towards Kovak, howling a challenge to the goblin and cursing its existence. The man is obviously unfit for duty however, and his attack gets no where near the smaller and faster goblin.

Bart already has Purpus, I picked it up last round when I pulled out the potion.

Although reluctant to do two good deeds in one day Bart will cast Litany of Sloth on Gretcha's new boy-toy-shanks.

Bart will rummage through Nurpus's stuff for ammo and use it to reload purpus.

Seeing Bart affect the longshanks, Gretcha will stand up and move away from him 30 feet, then fix him with her evil stare. -1 to Will saves and attack rolls for the next round.

Nurpus' ghost reminds the bearer of Purpus that it is a human sized musket, far too large for any but the most elite of goblins.

This could be pretty bad, or pretty funny.

Bart, with a surprising turn of events, casts a spell at the longshanks captain, which amazes even himself. The captain's movements begin to quickly slow, giving Gretcha enough time to stand and quickly scoot out of the way before becoming mincemeat. Kovak lunges at the human in front of him, his glowing blade connecting and tearing open a serious wound in the man's chest. Surprisingly enough the man somehow manages to stay on his feet, wavering slightly but still in the fight. Silently creeping behind the captain, Mugmuff suddenly fades into view, his dogslicer biting deep into the man's back. He immediately begins to vanish once more when the sound of chanting can be heard from behind him. Still standing in the same place he was last seen, the invisible caster slowly fades into view, his prepared spell targeting the finally visible rogue. As the spell lands, Mugmuff's limbs immediately stiffen and he ceases all movement, trapped in time and held fast.

The man standing defiantly against Kovak takes a swing with his sword, but his wounds prove too much of a distraction as he barely manages to keep his grip on his weapon. The captain, turning to see the frozen goblin standing there, a dagger dripping blood in his hand, growls furiously as he unleashes a series of blows against the helpless goblin. Both attacks hammer into Mugmuff, as he falls unconscious from the beating, but somehow remains standing.

Readied actions for the win! :P Shame it took almost three rounds of sitting there for it to go off.

Mugmuff takes 12 damage against his effective AC of 2 and drops to -1hp. Bart, Gretcha, and Kovak remain standing in what is quickly turning into a bad situation.

Having fortuitously ended up precisely where she dropped her wand of magic missiles, Gretcha picks it back up and shoots some missiles at the guy who just knocked out poor Mug.

Bart, having finally saved Nurpus, Purpus and Gretcha from certain doom takes a moment to stand tall on the building and grin, clearly superior to all others.

Bart's lifts Purpus to his shoulder and hubris quickly leads to disappointment as he realizes Purpus is far too large for him to hold in any sort of sensible manner and be in a position to pull the trigger.

In a rage Bart hops down from the roof, running past Gretcha's favroite shanks and plows into the spell caster, swinging Purpus around like a greatclub.

He does pause for a moment to grin at the caster before laying into him with Purpus.

Smite Good.

Down to the wire. I give this 2-3 more rounds, tops. One way or the other, each side is looking rough. :)

Kovak expertly shanks the human in front of him, blood pouring out of the dying man's wounds as he collapses to the ground. Wary of magic headed in his direction, the bard quickly shuffles to the side, in an attempt to avoid any possible spells coming for him. Gretcha ducks back into the alleyway and whips her wand back into service, sending two missiles spiraling at the captain, who is rocked by the impacts but still standing. Bart, howling in rage, jumps off of the roof, Purpus in hand, and barrels towards the wizard in the back ranks, taking a shot to the back in the process as the captain attempts to follow the goblin's movements. Luck is very much on Bart's side as the sword cleaves into his flesh, but narrowly misses a vital area. The anti-paladin completes his movement to confront the evil, or good as it were, wizard, and swings Purpus with a purpose, but the weapon is too large and unwieldy, and the goblin misses the wizard by a mile.

The captain, knowing full well the dangers of the goblin with the wand, moves forward and does what any responsible warrior would do in this situation, and slices his sword in a high arc, not towards the goblin, but the wand itself. A faint crack is heard from the wand as metal meets wood and the sword damages the device. Gretcha looks down to see the fabulous wand nearly split in two by the blow. The wizard, faced with a furious Bart, steps backward and fires off one of his final spells. Another ray of scorching heat and flame leaps forward from his fingertips and launches itself at the goblin. The ray narrowly strikes Bart on the head, burning his skull and causing his skin to sizzle and crisp.

Sunder did 3 points to the wand, which is enough to give it the broken condition. Bart takes a total of 18 damage in the round, 4 from the AoO and 14 from the scorching ray.

The captain looks like he could collapse at any moment, all may not be lost!

Kovak moves forward looks a Gretcha then to Bart even though gretcha needs help the magic one will be an easier one to hit before Bart attacks again so Kovak throws a disk at him

Gretcha stares at her wand for a moment, dumbfounded. Then she turns her gaze back on him, furious. "You... YOU A&%$*LE LONGSHANK! YOU DIE NOW SO HARD YOU WISH YOU DIE SOFTER!!!"

She pulls an acid flask from her belt, knowing that it will provoke an AOO and not caring, and tries to smash it on him point-blank.
'ranged' touch: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17
acid: 1d6 ⇒ 2 plus the extra 2 damage from her painful stare.

She'll take the one acid damage from the flask's splash and his AOO with no complaints. Don't forget that he has a -2 to all his attack rolls from her stare. This guy needs to go down!

Bart, having learned that Purpus is not actually an effective weapon despite Nurpus's repeated claims tosses it aside and unstraps his good ole trusty horse chopper from his back. Free action from quick draw

then palms his one real alchemist's fire move action

then tries to light the wizard on fire with it.

Bart will then step up next to the wizard and grin.

Gretcha, cornered but still full of fight, draws a vial from her belt and smashes it right in the face of the captain pressing her with his attack. As the attack connects the man brings his sword to bear and manages to slice a deep wound into the goblin's small arm, wounding her gravely. The acid falls from his features as his skin burns, and a look of pure hate covers his features. These cruel and evil creatures had taken to much from him, his town, his friends, his very livelihood. He'd take something from them in return! Behind the longshanks, Kovak issues a challenge and flings a bladed disk at the man, the weapon clattering against his armor and falling to the ground. Elsewhere, Bart continues his epic battle with the wizard, throwing Purpus into the mud as it proves to be a horrible weapon for bashing faces. As if inspired by Gretcha, the goblin pulls forth a vial of liquid flame, and throws it directly into the face of wizard. The glass shatters as the device explodes, consuming the man's head in an instant and lighting his floppy pointed hat on fire. The flames quickly consume his body as he falls to the ground, very dead.

The last man standing, the captain, continues to battle on, feeling confident that he is facing a lesser foe and still seething over the acid burning into his skin. He first blow rocks the little goblin to her knees, as the heavy blade, easily as long as she was tall, hammers into her shoulder and splinters her collar bone. One thing I just realized, Kovak you only have one chakram, yet you've been tossing them left and right. Those weapons do not return, and have to be picked up and such to be used again. So consider yourself on notice for future attacks. :)

Suddenly, zinging in from behind the anti-paladin, a chakram zips past the goblin and imbeds itself deeply in the captain's chest, the man taking a moment to stare down at the weapon in disbelief and shock before looking up with a questioning stare before falling to the ground, quite dead.
