Ok, I think I have everything figured out!
Gretcha performs some quick waggle-stick waving and the wounds covering our goblin heroes (villains?) vanish in an instant. Nurpus picks out a good spot for potential sniping while Torch hides behind a building, still smiling to himself at the plumes of smoke rising through the air and the crackle of flame heard eagerly consuming the nearby structures.
Before too long, sounds of soldiers can be heard coming from the south, and a line of armored warriors appears. In the back ranks stands a man in regal looking armor who is flanked by a robed human holding a long stick. As they approach the scene, the armored man calls out and the robed man begins gesturing into the air, calling down blasts of water from thin air, beginning to douse the flames that are working to consume the buildings. The soldiers slowly move forward, checking their downed comrades for signs of life and looking all around for any clue of where their attackers might have went.

Gretcha, using the surprise to her, and only her, advantage, blasts the front two soldiers with a brilliant explosion of magical energy, the colors of the rainbow washing across their stunned faces as they look up from the bodies of their companions. Amazingly enough both of the men shake off the magical effects and quickly prepare to strike back at their attacker.

"Yous not do that again!"
She first stares at the one of the longshanks in the middle, then casts murderous command on him, willing him to attack one of his allies.
DC 16 Will save this time, with a -2 penalty to the save from her stare.
She will then move back farther on the roof to make sure she is out of their sight ASAP.

Stealthily moving forward to peek around the buildings that he is behind, Torch takes aim on a group of the men and lets fly a bomb at the longshanks in the regal armor.

Ok, let's hope I have all this work stuff licked and can get back to business!
The goblins quickly scatter, some sticking to the shadows and others climbing around for a better angle to strike at the newly arrived soldiers. Its obvious from their general reactions that the sneaking goblins have completely eluded them. Gretcha peeks out from hiding to cast a spell at one of the men as she stares him down, commanding him to do horrible things to his friend. However, like before, the man's willpower holds out, much to the mesmerist's frustration! Nurpus fires into the crowd of longshanks, wounding one of them with a well placed shot. Torch, using the cover of the building to protect him, lobs a bomb directly into the middle of the mass of soldiers, hitting the heavily armored man and splashing his companions with burning fire. All of the men are severely burned by the attack, which draws their immediate attention.
Three of the soldiers, including the man in armor, rush around the building to surround the bomb lobbing pyromaniac. Sadly, the only one able to get off an attack is the captain, and he seemed otherwise distracted by the fact that the buildings were burning down around him. Two soldiers charge to the north, backing the crazy eyed goblin into a corner, their weapons at the ready. From the back ranks the robed man waggles his fingers mystically at Nurpus and several bolts of magical energy fly towards the gunman, blasting into him and bruising him deeply. The final soldier charges forward and throws a javelin at the sniper, however the attack is thwarted by the rooftop and the cover it provides the sneaky goblin.
Nurpus takes 10 damage from magic missiles.

Mugmuff comes out of hiding with a 5' step and strikes, hoping the surprise maneuver will catch the man off-guard.
there are SO many contingencies here, easier to ask first than post for all of them.. so here goes 1)do I get flank? (ie is Torch considered armed?), if so I would get flanking damage as well. 2) since the guy was not aware of me and I only took a 5' step out of the shadows, do I get a surprise type attack on him anyway (ie my precision damage)?

Kovak flies into one of the longshanks, his weapon nearly smiting the man down, but the soldier dodges at the last moment and takes a far less serious wound after all. Gretcha once again begins to work her magic, firing off a blast of color into the eyes of the two men engaging her. Much to the GM's eternal delight, both men refuse to fall victim to the cheesy magics of the goblin and grit their teeth in anger as they ready to smite the magic wielding trollop to pieces! Nurpus fires off another shot which wings the robed man but does little real harm to the caster. Bart flings a poorly aimed javelin at one of the heroic soldiers about to beat the snot out of Gretcha, but the projectile fails to connect, slamming instead into the building. Torch and Mugmuff combine attacks, bashing and stabbing at the soldier they have the advantage on, pummeling him into the dirt and leaving him quite dead for their efforts.
With a sense of renewed vigor, Sandpoint's finest turn their weapons towards the goblins and begin to hack at the nasty little creatures with wild abandon. The first soldier strikes at Gretcha as he steps towards the goblin, provoking a counter-attack from her that fails to land. His sword bites deep into her skin and his eyes burn with a true hatred for the little mesmerist. The second soldier steps up to attack, but his blow is clumsy and fails to land. The man on Kovak makes a half-hearted attempt to strike at the goblin but fails to even get close to hitting the creature. The armored soldier on Torch swings his longsword in a sweeping arc as he steps around to avoid being flanked by the two sneaky goblins. The weapon tears into Torch's chest, knocking the wind out of him and dealing him a crippling blow. His ally also makes an attack against the wounded goblin, but is so awestruck by the fine slash he observed that he fails to connect. The robed man, more than willing to trade blow for blow with the sneaky goblin on the roof, fires off another series of missiles, each one smacking into Nurpus and bruising his flesh with their magical energy.
Gretcha takes a paltry 3 points of damage. Torch eats a critical and takes 15 points of damage. Nurpus gets blasted with 11 points of magic missle damage.

Gretcha spouts off a series of vitriolic hate speech as she steps back from the two longshanks, then stares pointedly at the one to the left, casting a spell to make him hate his buddy.
Using mesmerist's stare on him, then casting murderous command, DC 16 Will save with a -2 penalty on the roll or he wants to hurt his buddy for the next round (and I believe he would provide flanking to Bart during that time as well)

Unfortunately Mugmuff cannot occupy the square he moved into, and thus cannot work up a flank. There is a small "shed" there!
Kovak makes a feeble attempt to hit the man with his weapon, but misses completely. Gretcha spews forth a scream of curses at the soldiers as she backs up and waggles her fingers and eyebrows at one of the longshanks, trying to convince him that he should bludgeon his partner repeatedly over the head. The man looks confused for a moment before turning on his companion with an evil grin spread across his face. Torch flails his flaming brand at the armored soldier, but only manages to catch empty air as his attacks fail to land on the man. Mugmuff makes a stab at the human, but his weapon meets the ring of metal as his attack is deflected by the man's fine armor. Bart, using height to his advantage, drops a flaming flask on the longshank soldier beneath him, the fire blossoming into a blaze as it impacts atop the man's head and sets his hair on fire.
The enchanted soldier swings his blade at his companion, hammering into him and dealing him a serious wound. The other soldier moves forward, trying to strike at Gretcha, but he fails to land a hit against the more agile goblin. The soldier on Kovak attacks and misses just as another of his companions comes charging down the narrow road at the bard, skewering him on his sword and nearly cutting the smaller creature in two. The soldier's leader lines up another swing at Torch and the weapon cleaves deeply into the poor goblin, dropping him to the ground as his torch falls from his lifeless hand. The soldier reverses his second swing, bringing the attack against Mugmuff and nailing him with the attack. The remaining soldier circles around, making an attack against the rogue but failing to hit. The robed man moves forward and raises a hand to the sky, quickly pointing it towards Nurpus as a blazing ray of fire streaks from the man's hand and hits the goblin center mass, blasting him with searing pain as he goes still.
Devastating round...Kovak takes 8 damage from a near critical, Torch takes 8 damage and falls to the ground, Mugmuff gets hit for 6 damage, and poor Nurpus takes 20 damage from an almost crit Scorching Ray. The cover from the roof saved his bacon.
By my calculations Nurpus is at -9 hp and Torch is at -3 hp. Both will need to start rolling stabilization checks this round.

Gretcha stares hard at the longshanks that she had affected last round, who just got some fire splashed on him, and he hurts a bit more. She then steps back from the edge of the roof, switches her stare to the longshanks that just swung at her, and casts another murderous command, this time on him. "Your longshanks buddy just hit you, you wants to kill him!"
The longshanks that wasn't hit directly with the alchemist's fire should have taken 1 splash damage, and Gretcha uses her painful stare ability to cause him to take another damage. Then, the longshanks with his hair on fire needs to make a Will save, DC 16 with a -2 penalty, or try to hit his buddy. And I'm pretty sure neither of them should be able to reach Gretcha now that she's not at the edge of the roof anymore.

Nurpus didn't stabilize, because at -9 thats a DC 19.
I also just realized you now have Gretcha on a roof, but there was no mention, or rolls, for her climbing. So for now I'm backing the icons up a bit and putting her on the ground, cornered, where she was supposed to be. :) I'll improvise for this round, but make the appropriate adjustments.
Mugmuff lashes out at the larger man, his small blade managing to find an opening in the otherwise solid armor, leaving a small wound in its wake. The longshanks soldier grimaces at the strike, but appears mostly undaunted and ready to return the blow in kind. Gretcha, backed into a corner, the two soldiers pressing the attack as one burns brightly, points her wand at the burning soldier and barks out a command, twin bolts of force spiraling from its tip and slamming into the wounded man, dropping him to the ground with a thud. Bart attempts a dramatic leap, but his big toe catches the edge of the roof as he launches, and he flips sideways through the air, landing in a heap on top of the soldier readying an attack against Gretcha. Despite his small size, Bart's massive head and armored body prove to hold enough weight to deliver the full force of the fall to the longshanks soldier thoughtful enough to cushion the goblin's fall, force which is just enough to knock the man out cold. Kovak's blade blazes with arcane energy as he plunges it deeply into the human in front of him, the tip of the weapon exploding out of the man's back and killing him instantly.
The captain and the other soldier begin work on Mugmuff, the two circling the goblin and attempting to get him into a vulnerable position. The captain's first attack slams into the rough with tremendous force and skill, the blade leaving a bright open wound in its wake on poor Mugmuff. The other soldier's attack is less effective, and the pressed goblin quickly avoids the blow. To the north another soldier works his blade against Kovak, but fails to find an opening. As the lyrical goblin defends himself from the obvious attack, a spiked ball of arcane force barrels down the road and hammers into him, knocking him back 10 feet and sending him crashing to the ground in a cloud of dust.
Mugmuff takes 10 damage, Kovak takes 14 damage. Bart takes 3 nonlethal from the fall, which was mildly cushioned :)
Gobs are up. A few dropped this round, but the big bads remain!

Bah! I meant for her to be on the roof the whole time, that's why I was confused, but I guess the forums must have eaten my post where I had her climb up on the roof before combat started. Oh well.
Gretcha moves out from where she was cornered, starts staring at the longshanks left in the center of the buildings, and casts another color spray at him.
I think that's her last 1st-level spell of the day. DC 14 Will save with a -2 penalty.

Kovak picks himself up, ducks behind a building, and casts a quick healing spell, the wounds on his body from the spiked ball of force quickly knitting themselves back together. Gretcha takes an advancing stance, coming to the opening of the narrow alleyway and blasting another brilliant display of color and rainbows towards one of the soldiers. Amazingly enough, the soldier remains standing, and Gretcha can only stand with shock and wonder if her magic has completely failed her. Nurpus continues to pump blood into the air as Bart, uncharacteristically for a goblin, quickly climbs to his side. Either the dark paladin was about to render some form of aid, or he was putting a quick claim on Purpus before any of the other goblins laid hands on the weapon. Meanwhile, back in the far alley, Mugmuff shanks the armored longshanks with an amazing strike, slashing hard into the man and then quickly vanishing into thin air.
"One of them vanished! Foul magic, be aware!" calls the captain, as he pulls a flask from his belt and quickly downs the contents, his wounds instantly looking less threatening. The remaining soldier in the alley stays by the commander's side, weapon at the ready and randomly swinging at shadows. The wizard, hearing the captain's words, chants a spell of his own and vanishes from sight.
