GM Aram Zey's Reign of Winter for PFS part 1 (Inactive)

Game Master SwampTing

Master of Spells Aram Zey has heard of a noblewoman who has gone missing near the Taldan village of Heldren. Kidnapped by bandits, is the rumour. Whilst a rather minor noblewoman in her own right, her disappearance coincides with the appearance of a curious pocket of winter reminiscent of the eternal frost that covers the land of Irrisen.

Intrigued by the opportunity to gain allies for the Pathfinder society amongst the Taldan nobility and to discover the reason for this strange phenomenon, the Master of Spells has decided to teleport a team of pathfinders to Heldren to look into the matter.

The skeleton once again dodges Guilford's telekinetic blast. As Guilford steps away, waves of cold wash over him.

Hopefully blowing its head to dust.

Pick one - your the GM. These aren't run of the mill skeletons thats for sure so I don't know what they pack but normally they have about 5hps. If a damaged one survived the drop we have a real handful. If, for the sake of continuity you need the one who failed to survive, the have it be the one I didn't shoot - challenge is good for the soul. That said, I shoot the one flanking the halfing to keep the sneak attacks off

Ted takes a small step away from the enemies while Eldanár reloads his musket. He then shoots the skeleton that just attacked him.

What was that? Must have been some evil magic! We need to figure out the source of it if we want to survive this horror! What´s wrong with those skeletons anyway?

Gil missed a telelkinetic fist and Shu tapped Eld with devillish magic.

The hooded figure looks around, then runs out into the snow. For a moment, all is silent...or is it?

You hear some chanting coming from the second floor balcony. Those amongst you well-trained in magic recognise the syllables of necromantic magic. Those amongst you less-so-trained can nonetheless still see the effects, as the brigand that Mu plastered against the door and wall earlier rises to his feet, a cold flame licking away at the flesh falling from his bones.

Oh and before I forget, the two guys in the south room fire on...Eldanar, as he is the only viable target through the doorway.

Let me check the cleric's statistics for his next action. Incidentally, someone should really do something about Mu. No one's dead yet, but alot of people are close. Guilford, you might want to start discussing with people who needs infernal healing most urgently before declaring your post.

Exiel should be able to hold him off solo for at least a round or two, so your main worry would be the archers down below. Speaking of which...
