I need one dim door to get in and another to get out. Then we would have to move normally back to the shaft where I could dim door the golem out. Would work.
But I couldn't dim door everyone out anyway.

Not everyone is as post crazy as we are. And the players are up to 8 hours apart.
I wanted to do a carrion crown and got enough players to do it twice. And as the first one proved to be rather slow and I actually can reuse many of the posts I asked the rest if they would like to play too. Now the second one is moving faster but it is still at about five to 10 posts for me per day.
The first one had one actual player post in three days now. So I can manage that.

About these spell you suggested.
Greaer Celestial Healing: Fast Healing 4 for 4 rounds (heling 16HP) for a 4th level spell. That is really weak. Compare the to a 4d8+8 CCW. A celestial healing (1st level) might be nice if you have some enemy who does bleed damage. But that is really lame.
But a lot of higher level spells seem to be lame. Mass Invisibility (7th) ends if one of the group attacks. I guess they ran out of ideas and simply filled the lists with graeter and mass without making them actually useful.

Also a lot of loot is in the chamber with the shard. Including a bag of holding to put everything in.
My idea was to run once we found and activated the shard. It's no use to stumble into an enraged end boss while prying off some platinum plate to get the last 750gp out of the dungeon.

The Lady's Light is an enormous statue located on the end of a peninsula in the southwestern-most reaches of Varisia's Mushfens.
By this image there is solid coast between the mushfens and Magnimar.
We can keep an eye on the weather and using survival we can predict it.
DC 15 Predict the weather up to 24 hours in advance. For every 5 points by which your Survival check result exceeds 15, you can predict the weather for one additional day in advance.
Tauriell has a survival of 7 so could take 10 for 17 and predict weather for 24 hours.
On a prediction of weather the rowboats wont survive we can head into shore

I have some special opinions about taking 10. Like Knowledge skill rolls. I'd say taking 10 is no option if you don't have some special bard thing that allows you to do so.
With the weather I'd say it's the same. You use your skill and you might take all the time you need to read the signs but you have the problem of the weather not caring about your prediction, no matter how well founded that might be.
The way to the ladies light is suggested as per ship, or per foot trough the mushfens, or per rowboat through the waterways in the mushfens. That way we wouldn't need the weather forecast.
