My Gamemaster Sense in tingling. I suspect using Caelus as messenger is going to get used alot so we best set some groundrules. Caeus' survival is +2. If he's not just backtracking a trail then his chance of getting lost for a full day of travel is 15. I'm going to use the following DC's instead
1 hour or less Flying time DC 9
2 hours DC 11
3 hours DC 12
4 hours DC 13
5 or 6 hours DC 14
7 or 8 hours DC 15
(This is in line with doubling the number of effects increasing DC by 2)
So in this case Caelus can take a 10 and get back to the Post and means that as long as you stay within 24 miles of the Post, Caelus can get there without rolling. Obviously as he becomes familiar with the area he will begin to get bonus with the rolls but these are the initial DCs.

I'm not going to have you fight a Shambling Mound at 1st level even though that was the wandering encounter. The encounter is there if you want it, but I warn you this could be a TPK. The Shambling Mound doesn't attack it wanders off in search of caffine. Evidently they are a hazard out here in the wild and that in itself is useful info. I'll check back in a few hours see if you have attacked, If not I'm going to advance the action into the next day.

Felix, it's probably something I'm missing but please explain how Felix can Summon Monster I as a standard action. Usually it will take a full round action the creature appears at the start of your next turn and both you and the summoned creature get a full round action at that point. Summoners can do it as a standard action, that's one of the things that is cool about the class. And I think there is a feat out there that allows you to do it if the alignment matches but Felix doesn't have that particular feat.

As to regards Felix' channeling. I thought that keeping unconscious mites on the map was going to lead to confusion and clutter so I removed them. So they aren't getting back up. Some fights I may leave the unconscious creatures on the map in which case I am entertaining the option that they can return. So Felix, your channel does not revive any mites. It does return the kobold to consciousness and gives anyone 2 hp back.
Vors let me know if this is how far you wish to go on the map or if you'd like to go further.

@Dante - yes the entangle has effectively cut off the horde of mites. You are only facing two and see one still entangled on the far side of the chasm. You are certain its only a matter of time before the mites find their way around the entangle however.
@Felix - Let this be a lesson to all prospective GMs. If your party surprises you by diplomacizing an encounter and you need a name and you look for a kobold name. Mark It Down! Yes, I forgot. The new kobold's name has now officially changed to Terquail.

On the Viktor thread, the group has returned to Oleg's and it is a good time to start dividing up stuff. I am changing the Loot List so that everyone who has the link can edit. So if you see an item you'd like put your name next to it and how many (if there's more than one). I'll give it a few days for everyone to choose what they'd like and then sell off any non magic stuff and then divide by everybody (Marik will just take the alchemist's kit as his share). Viktor will take the gun yall found in the mite lair and sell it to Venkor in town (unless of course someone wants the gun). After I sell everything off I'll change the edit status back to just me. Viktor is still AFK and Marik has disappeared so I will have Viktor and Marik take the alcohol and wagons to Restov to get a better price and while there they can recruit (ie I'll open the recruitment thread) more settlers.

Just a thought for you Felix, you can use an aid another standard action to give Terquail a higher AC in addition to cover. It won't do any good against the missiles though. :(

That's the problem. Magic missile kinda says he kills whoever he wants and we don't really have any way of retaliating other than archers that have been tied up by kobolds and an eagle that can be brought down any time the casters targets it. If I channel I undo everything are fighters are trying to do so kinda at an impass here. Also I would need a weapon to aide another as it requires me to threaten.

I'm willing to let Felix aid another to AC with an acrobatics or BAB check, but the AC would only work versus attacks from the direction Felix is. Sorry about the gap in posting, I work for Wal-Mart and had three Thanksgiving dinners to attend, one of which was out of town. I was planning to post after the Iron Bowl yesterday, but that was one damn fine football game and the repercussions distracted me for the rest of the night.

Everyone can add 680 gold pieces to their characters and if you wish can buy items from Oleg.
After some haggling, Oleg and Viktor come to an agreement. For the weapons, wagons, armor and weapons that have not been claimed Oleg gives everyone in the group 540gp + 140gp a piece for bandit ransom (Total 680gp)
Money and Items came in at 3780.03gp, Weapons and Armor came in at 1070.5 for a total of 4850.53 which Oleg was willing to round up to 4860gp. Divide by 9 (I know there are 10 but Viktor is still iffy and if he plays then he just got a 10% bonus to selling price from Oleg)
The following items were not sold and are still available
5 Potions of Cure Light
4 Silver Stag Lord Amulets
2 Potions of Shield of Faith
2 Masterwork Handaxe
6 Riding Horses
2 Thunderstones
1 Gnomish Diary

Toward the bottom, you can mark people as Active/Inactive, NPC/Non-NPC, etc.
If you mark Sanita as not active (no check box), she'll drop to the Inactive roll and be listed as a 'former character' on the character's tab.
For that matter, you could also clean up the character tab by marking characters who are no longer in the game inactive, make it easier to figure out who's who. :)

Changing the subject to me, I took a second look at marionette possession and decided that I don't want it due to it only being able to be used on willing targets and switched it out for summon monster III. I hope that's okay.

If no one interacts with or starts a plan to deal with the undead menace by this evening, I'm going to advance the action and have you continue to explore north towards Oleg's. Felix is going to excuse himself from the group and go back to the Kobolds, leaving Dante in charge. As an NPC he will act as the liason between the kobolds and your nation.

Alright, Paizo if officially driving me nuts. Several days ago I posted a thread here that linked your thread to Wilhelms. I know I did, just as I know that I posted a post of Sanita and Fharn leaving. I discovered that my post for Sanita and Fharn had disappeared and the same thing seems to have happened in this thread. Has anyone else had similar problems and if so what seems to have helped.
