Your choice, I think you are the only one with any diplomacy so your choice how talkie you want the party to be. Tisha and Narciso are defiantly on act now and talk later end of things and Briggi seems to be a bop them over the head as the first option. But you seemed to want to talk so….

I’m totally happy to play a Special Forces party where we assume that we are going in after the talking failed.

She is asking how you want to be introduced. If you interpret this YOU as 2nd person singular, or 2nd person plural is up to you. Briggi seems to know how he wants to be introduced. As for group "Four guys who each want their share of the promised reward" seems a bit odd for an introduction. And you don't really have the time to agree on something catchy.

Ok, I have sketched a map for Zellara's home in the uppercorner of the 2nd map on roll20. The map is oversized, treating each square as 1mX1m (not 5'X5')...

The brown rectangle is the door, the pink line is the curtain hiding Zellara's bed and hearth. The brown ellipse is the big table (I have not drawn the chairs...

I propose that Briggi and Erhnild hide behind the curtain. I pretend to be Zellara. Once Tisha lets them in the door, and motions them through. I drop a color spray (Tisha uses the wall for cover), and then Briggi and ernhlid jump out...

Two things.
1) I’m going to be traveling starting June 16th and continuing pretty consistently for the next four weeks. So if you see me being slow just bot me.
2) Tisha will be watching and ready to answer the door starting about an hour before dusk. Can I use disguise to hide her studded leather under clothing?
Is there a limit to how long concentration can last? If not we can start the illusion an hour before and keep it up the whole time.

I moved Ernhild here to open up an opportunity for a Charge one of the guys- she'll cover up a lot of distance that way.

I've only used one Move action so far, and the GM allows it, I can Ready another Move to be by Narciso's side as soon as he's done casting his spell.

When discussing strategies, perhaps we could do it in the Discussion thread? I think it's an easier way to debate group tactics and ensure that everyone is on the same page than in Gameplay posts.

I disagree. Tactics discussion is an in game thing. Especially if there is one round of preparation and then someone starts a three day discussion here.

Narciso lays out plans of engagement everytime. If you just reacted to that in some way, for example:
- Sir, yes, sir
- Nah, not in the mood for preparations
- What? (confused look)
- Who died and made you the boss?
- Come on, it's two guards and we are four battle hardened adventurers! Lets improvise it.
- Why not add this as element of surprise and the positioning is better there, isn't it...

it would at least have the potential for some team building.

It's not that I don't want to react. It's that I think such information currently tends to get lost in a Gameplay post - which is why no one is reacting.

May I suggest relying on format to clearly highlight where the group discussion is happening in a Gameplay post? For example:
