Phoebee, treat the 'circlular template' as normal light in both rings. Anything outside that is dim light for you.
So basically, you can see the entire room, just some of it is dimly lit. Though keeping the covered areas on the map for now, will let you know if you see anything important the others do not.

The remnants of a once-working brewery are neatly organized around this large, warehouse-like room. The light from Jones' ioun torch reaches only halfway across it. Huge metal colanders, giant steel pots, enormous fermenting vessels, and a massive steam boiler stand covered in cobwebs and dust, their edges coated in rust and their support joints and screws popping and bending under years of neglect.

In the southeast corner there are three tables covered in empty bottles, faded labels, and broken glass visible in the dim light of the torch. High above, thick oaken rafters are barely visible, spanning east to west supporting enormous wooden arches that reach up thirty feet above the floor to the ceiling, the roof pock-marked with holes and bird’s nests.

At the north end of the room, Phoebee can see the floor slopes down to large roller-doors that are chained and boarded shut, and a side room of some sort with a door leading into it along the northeast side.

The smell is quite rank, the chill air doing nothing to disguise the overwhelming reek.

3d20 ⇒ (14, 3, 10) = 27

As Jones and Masym carefully step into the brewery area, you hear low growls of warning. Jones light suddenly reflects off the eerie yellow eyes of some sort of creatures glaring at you from under the massive vats to your left. The sound of aggressive snarling rises in volume as three mangy disease-ridden dogs suddenly stalk out from beneath, fangs bared!

Phoebee... you have the choice, when you start a performance, to do it audibly or visually (ie: you can do it quietly, if you want to use a visual performance (mime in an invisible box, dance, et al) just everyone needs to be able to see you to benefit.

Jones steps away from the nearest cur and fires an arrow into its flank, causing the dog to snap at the offending missile jutting from its hide.

Wei Thack slashes his blade desperately as the creature turns its attention on its newly downed prey. His sword manages to slash across the creatures neck, and it falls down beside him, gushing blood.

You could have fired at the other dog with no penalty at all... not that it matters I suppose rolling 1's =)

All of the excitement and tension seems to be affecting Malusha's aim, as every shot he fires goes wider and wider astray.

Jones however is more used to such situations, and with a single arrow, he fells the nearest dog as the shaft buries itself deeply into the creature's chest.

Wei Tchak, the blue dog will be gone (due to the combined blows of Phoebee and Jones) by the time you stand, so you're good there. But there's no animal immediately there to swing it. I'll treat your attack as a readied action for if/when the other dog comes closer

Up in the rafters, twenty feet over your heads, you see small shadowy figures in the dim light. The unmistakable cackling and shouts of excitement immediately reveal they are goblins! Goblins throwing fire!

Immediately small flaming projectiles start lobbing down from above.

One of them hits the ground to Jones left, bursting into flame that spreads in an incredibly large area, some of it splashing on both Jones and Wei Tchak and only the intervening wall protects those outside the room.

Jones and Wei Tchak: DC 12 reflex save for 1 point, else 3 points of fire damage.

A second bomb, although it doesn't hit anyone directly, explodes at Jones' feet, splashing fire all around.

The last bomb, however is deadly accurate, crashing onto Masym and engulfing him in fire before splashing out into the room beyond to get everyone else as well.

I am reading this that Malusha gets a full round before the bombs and then needs 2 reflex saves and then gets another full round.

Malusha watches Jones' final shot skewer the remaining dog with a small bit of envy. How is it that he can hit with an arrow and I can't hit anything with my crossbow? Out of the corner of his eye he senses some flickering movement above the team and glances up. Goblins! He quickly pulls the lever on his crossbow and fires at the closest.

They have their own district in town (its the little mazey looking spot in the easternmost corner

Masym quickly pats out the fire, before it can do too much more damage, though he appears to have lost part of an eyebrow.

Malusha fires at the culprits up in the rafters, but they are far too quick for him to get a proper bead. Wei Tchak separates himself from the others, and yells a challenge up to the nearest goblin, smoke still rising from his exposed feathers.

"Eeyouch!" Nella yelps as bits of the bomb splash onto her, burning holes into her robes and her skin. Scowling, she draws her crossbow and moves into the room in an attempt to spread the group out somewhat. "Come on, we'd better take them down before they burn the entire place down!" she calls as she takes aim at the nearest goblin and fires.

Jones moves further into the room, pulling the only light source away from the group by the door. He fires an arrow up at one of the goblins above him, just on the edge of his light. Judging by the squeal of pain, he appears to hit it!

Nella moves in as well, sticking to the dimmer area, and also tries a shot, with her little-used crossbow. But her aim is not nearly so accurate.

The goblin closest to the door skitters along the beam for a clearer view and hauls back, intent on throwing another bomb at the cluster of folks there, but Phoebee hits a chord on her mandolin, and suddenly the little fellow starts reeling in confusion, his intent momentarily forgotten.

The other two are more focused. One tosses a bomb at Jones, before he too shuffles along the beam out of the brighter light, cackling.

(8 damage to Jones, and he's on fire!

The other one, snears down at Wei Tchak and the tengus words. "We Frostfur's not stupid!" He calls down, as he pulls another bomb out. "That's why bosses put us in charge! Big bird, make big meal!" He cries, as he tosses his bomb down at Tchak, who just barely manages to get out of the way, though the explosion still catches him.

"But needs cooking!" He adds with a cackle, before moving along the beam to the west, out of the brighter light of Jones' ioun torch.

Wei Tchak: DC 12 reflex save for 1 point, else 3 points of fire damage

Since Jones has the light source and none of the goblins are in the inner circle of light does that mean that we can't see them unless we have low-light vision?

Malusha, it looks like all three goblins are in dim light so they have concealment (20% miss chance in combat).

Masym rolls to his feet and grabs at his fallen spear. "Frostfurs! We already dealt with your bosses, and you are next!" He cries out as he looses his spear at the closest goblin.

Aye, dim light. Inner circle is normal light, outer circle is dim light... outside both circles, darkness.

And no, Masym was not prone. You're only prone if you choose to do so for the +2 on the save to put out the fire. You just rolled normal.

Not that you can see, no. Though you can't really see the sides well, due to lighting and all the brewery equipment.
