Jones shouts at the surrendered man as he fires past him at the other man at the far end of the book case. The first man doesn't drop to the ground as instructed however, as he flattens himself against the shelves, eyes wide, unsure what to do but knowing he doesn't want to be here.
Jones' arrow is accurate despite this, and Phoebee as well, as she stabs the man through the shelves with her glaive. He growls angrily at the wounds as he ducks back around the shelves out of the immediate line of fire, dodging past Phoebee's polearm and hurrying down the adjacent aisle to come at Jones from the far side before he can get shot again.

The first man takes that as a hint, and takes off down the suddenly clear aisle, away from both of them and around the bookcases out of everyone's reach. (withdraw action)
The armed man comes out from behind the bookcase swinging, his hammer coming down on Jones in a mighty overhand blow that dents his armor and causes a ringing in his ear. (7 damage to Jones)

The rat leaps off of the shelf, all its attention on Masym as the later moves away, teeth gnashing but not damaging anyone before it seems to break down and turn into a greasy black mist before disappearing entirely.
Technically, Jones, Phoebee, and Malusha would all get AoO on it... but since it missed and was it's last round of existence ... I'm not going to worry about it =)

Based on the map it looks like the swarm takes up 10 feet so I'm going to throw to the square closest to me. It appears that T'chak is not in that square.

Malusha: You can still crit on an alchemists fire. And you're aiming for the creature, not a square. If you aim for a square, you only do a single point of damage from the splash (the default if you miss)

Realizing that whatever the man in the corner is casting bodes nothing but ill for them if he succeeds, Nella decides to take a gamble and veer around the bookshelves toward him. As soon as she comes within sight, she brings her arm back and flings the vial of alchemist's fire in her hands at him as hard as she can.
Alchemist's Fire (Ranged Touch; Bless): 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 5 + 1 = 14
Fire Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 1

Nella moves to her current map position and flings the alchemist's fire at Vermund; if she can't hit him from that angle then she'll move next to him and throw point-blank.

Scavenged alchemical items in hand, the two clerics both do their best goblin bomber impersonations!
Malusha heaves his at the swarm of insects teaming over Wei Tchak. His aim is deadly accurate, and the vial breaks and splashes out over the entire area, engulfing spiders and centipedes and beetles and other biting creatures. Unfortunately, some of that splashes on Wei Tchak as well. (1 splash fire damage to Wei Tchak) The throng of insects seems to writhe and hiss, as it breaks out into chaotic frenzied motion in response. Many of them continuing to burn.... though whether the hiss is being vocalized by the bugs, or is the sound of them burning, is hard to tell.
Nella decides whatever magic the Shadow Lodge caster is conjuring up might be more worrisome. She walks right up to him, and lobs it in his face point-blank! Occupied by the final stanzas of his spell, he is unable to dodge out of the way. The vial bursts open as expected, but the perils of goblin workmanship quickly become evident, as the resulting flame is pitifully small, though not so small that some of it doesn't splash back onto her for her efforts. (1 damage to Nella)
edit: Oop, just realized she ran right up to him! That would provoke (but he doesn't have a weapon in hand) so you're good there, but it will splash you too!
Maintain Grapple: 1d20 + 11 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 11 + 5 = 32, 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

Despite the weakened flame, it still proves to be enough of a distraction that he loses his concentration on his spell yet again... and for the second time, his casting is interrupted! He snarls in anger as his pant leg suddenly catches on fire and he bats at it frantically, managing to put it out before it can do any further damage.
The animated whip, floating over his head, continues to loop its coils around Wei Tchak, holding him fast in the swarm of biting vermin and tightening uncomfortably. (5 non-lethal damage to Wei Tchak) The tengu is barely holding on.

Tchak pops the wand out of its sheath and taps himself with it, endowing him with fast healing 1 for 10 rounds. Then he falls unconscious.

Actually... correction! The interaction between lethal and non-lethal damage confused me for a moment.
So, Wei Tchak was not Disabled... (that's only if you're at 0 from all lethal damage).
Because he was/is at 0 from a mix of both, he is only Staggered... (still the same limit on what you can do, but you do not lose a hit point for doing strenuous things (as he would if he were disabled).
You can keep your action, you'll just still be conscious after using your wand. Still at 0 hp and staggered.
Or if that changes what you would want to do, you can switch up your action.

Jones stands his ground with his new foe, sending two quick jabs at the man, though only one of them connects. Phoebee then hurries around the shelves to come at the same man from the side, and slashes him with her glaive. Her blow proves too much, and he collapses to the ground.
On the west end of the room, Wei Tchak, barley conscious and held fast by the animated whip, manages to pull a wand from his wrist sheathe, and use it... but before the magic can take effect the swarm overcomes him, and he collapses to the ground and disappears beneath the mass. You can see little of him but a writhing mound of vermin where he fell. (6 damage to Wei Tchak). The fire from Malusha's alchemist's fire also finally burns out having destroyed many of the creatures, but not enough to disperse it.
Masym pushes past Nella, to face the caster directly, slashing at him with his sword and opening another wound.

Out of the corner of his eye Malusha sees Jones and Phoebee take down one of the assailants but then he also sees T'chak collapse under the swarming vermin. He pulls out his last alchemist fire and throws it at the swarm again.

Malusha pulls out another goblin alchemical agent, and goes to throw it again, but it seems like the mass of swarming insects start inching his way, and he hurries the toss. Instead of landing on the swarm, the vial crashes directly between them!
As luck would have it, the goblins seem to have overpacked this one with explosive, and it splashes everywhere, including back onto Malusha. (1 damage to Malusha) But it also seems to have finally made enough of a dent in the swarm, as the bugs start to scatter in different directions.
There are still many of them crawling over the unconscious form of Wei Tchak... but at least you can see the tengu now.

Vermund gestures at the whip over his head and it quickly unwinds from the unconscious form of Tchak, and whips around, lashing out at Masym. The warrior proves a far more difficult target however as he manages to avoid it.
With a curse, the last remaining Shadow Lodge member backs away, uttering some divine words of his own.
The sword in Masym's hand suddenly starts to vibrate and a strange keening hum starts to emanate from it, as if the metal itself were screaming.

Malusha sighs a sigh of relief when the swarm of insects disperses. T'chak's body lays slumped on the ground. Malusha fetches his wand of cure light wounds and then takes a few steps forward to get close enough to the Tengu.

Phoebee, I moved you up some, so you'd be in range to cast your spell.
As Masym's sword shatters into hundreds of steel shards, destroyed, he snarls and pulls out another of his many weapons. Axe in hand, he steps forward and delivers another slash to the remaining Shadow Lodge agent. Jones too tries to fire more arrows at him, but the bookshelves in between provide more then adequate cover, and none of his shots get through.
Phoebee uses her last spell for the day, but her foray into ungulate humor doesn't quite strike the chord she'd hoped and the man remains unaffected.
Malusha digs out a wand, and moves cautiously forward towards where Tchak lay slumped on the ground, scores of bugs still crawling around and on him (though not enough to threaten him anymore). The priest can see countless ugly red welts, some of which still have stingers or entire insect heads still hanging from them. The tengu still breathes, and occasionally convulses slightly, as he tries to fight off the poison in his system and the evil spell working its magic along side.
Need one last Fort save from Wei Tchak vs poison, DC 11, or lose 1d2 ⇒ 2 more strength before the poison subsides.
Nella once again blesses Masym's aim, hoping they can end the man's rampage sooner. (+2 to to Masym's attack roll again)
Melee vs Masym: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (1) + 11 = 12
But Vermund does not seem inclined to give up just yet! Once again, the whip floating over his head lashes out at Masym, but the narrow confines of the aisle and the massive size of the weapon prove problematic even for for an animated lash, and it comes nowhere near.
The caster snarls as he raises his hands and his eyes seem to cloud over into black beads. No longer human! Suddenly his entire form starts to shift and warp. Within moments where once stood a man, now sits a giant centipede, almost six feet in length! It hisses angrily at Masym and snaps its poisoned mandibles before it starts to scuttle up the wall! Hundreds of legs grasp and clutch at the protrusions there, until it is clinging to the vertical surface ten feet above the ground, just out of Masym's reach and directly over the unconscious Wei Tchak.
This will provoke a AoO from Masym as it moves upwards 10' out of immediate reach from the ground
You might still be able to reach him from the top of the nearest bookcase, but you're not sure how stable it is. A climb check (to get up) and an acrobatics check (to balance) if you want to try that route)
As mentioned in the earlier room description, the ceiling is 20' up

Malusha's mouth drops open when he sees the man shift into a centipede. "How can he do that?" he cries. He stares helplessly as the man, no centipede, crawls up the wall. A groan from T'chak reminds him of his goal. He stoops down and touches T'chak with his wand. A surge of healing energy courses through the collapsed tengu.

Wei Tchak's eyes will flutter open with a groan. He feels weakened, sore and itches all over. He finds himself looking up at Malusha, and above him, the largest centipede he's ever seen, clinging to the wall over the garundi man's head.
His katana and wand are both on the ground with him... along with a few hundred random bugs still crawling around
