With the creature rising above the melee, Sajna takes the chance to pull the trigger and fire her musket.
Mwk Musket Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22
Mwk Musket Damage: 1d12 ⇒ 2
Miss Chance: 1d100 ⇒ 80

DungeonMaster

At Darvan, I completely forgot about that. rounds till it can fly: 1d4 ⇒ 3 It did not fly up in the air is is on the ground, so if you all want to melee it you can

Now the rounds: Miss chance high is good
Yoshi punches it hard
Sajna shoots it in the head
Dunia tries to stab it but she stabs above the head too high
Eli protects the party with a spell

Darvan and Galt still have a turn I believe

Scarab Sages

Female Oread Spiritualist (Ectoplasmatist) 11 | HP 80/91 | AC 25(29), T 14, FF 23(27) | Fort +13(15), Ref +9(11), Will +15(17) | Init +3 | Perc +14(16) | Sense Motive +17(19) | Spells Remaining: level 1 4/6, level 2 4/5, level 3 1/4, level 4 0/2 |

In that case Dunia would have only gotten the first AoO, and would have attacked instead of readying, but since either her 2nd AoO or her readied attack would have missed, I don't think it's important figuring out which roll was used to miss :p

Yep that is the case

Scarab Sages

Male Human (Keleshite) Druid (Saurian Shaman) 4 [ HP 31/31 | AC 21/T12/FF19 | Fort +5, Ref +3, Will +6 | Init +4 | Perception +9 ]

As the blightspawn casts, Darvan attempts to interrupt the spell.

AoO (+1 Scimitar, Power Attack, Flanking): 1d20 + 7 - 1 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 7 - 1 + 2 = 10
Damage (+1 Scimitar, Power Attack): 1d6 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 5 + 2 = 10

Assuming that didn't connect, it still looks like we're still owed a concentration check for the creature casting blur (DC 22 according to Dunia)

Darvan steps forward and slashes with his scimitar at the creature.

Not an action: 5' step, as indicated on map
Standard action: Attack blightspawn
Attack (+1 Scimitar, Power Attack): 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (11) + 7 - 1 = 17
Damage (+1 Scimitar, Power Attack): 1d6 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 5 + 2 = 11

The Exchange

Female Velociraptor Animal Companion (Druid) 4 [ HP 32/32 (4HD) | AC 21/14/17 | Fort +7, Ref +8, Will +2 | Init +4 | Perception +5 (Scent) ]

Sahba attempts to attack the creature when it's distracted as well.

AoO (Talon, Flanking): 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 4 + 2 = 19
Damage (Talon): 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7

Dark Archive

Male Human Fighter 1/Wizard 1 HP: 14/14 AC: 19 TAC: 14 FF: 15 F:+2 R:+4 W:+2 Init; +7 Per: +5

Frightened of the Blightspawn and unsure he can actually damage it Uthraed takes aim with his bow and fires at the creature.

Longbow: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22
Damage: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (6, 2) + 2 = 10

DungeonMaster

In my last post I was misreading a lot of numbers. Like Sajna 2 damage looked like 12 dmg to me, thus the shooting in the head part. And I misread some of Dunia's numbers thinking they missed or rather I may have skipped here readied spoiler and just read the attack spoiler.

Okay,
1. so it took 12 from Yoshi all magical
2. 0 from Sajna via damage reduction, since it is nonmagical
3. Dunia hit it once for 20 dmg Aao
4. con save from yoshi: 5 + 1d20 ⇒ 5 + (3) = 8 It fails to keep its Blur
5. No con save needed from Dunia's hit since it has dropped its blur and miss chances beyond Sajna's post does not apply.
6. fort save from Yoshi or be knocked unconcious: 5 + 1d20 ⇒ 5 + (3) = 8
7. The unconcious condition causes both of Darvan's hits to hit as it has AC 9. 10 and then 11 dmg.
8. The dino bites it for 2 dmg via dmg reduction
9. Galt shoots it for 5 Dmg via dmg reduction
10. It is in fact dead and that is the end of the game.
11. I'll will get chronicle sheets up and the conclusions up tonight or possible tomorrow night.
12. I need people's email addresses to get those chronicles to you.
13. I hope you had fun.

DungeonMaster

With the sun’s rise, a new day begins in Ravenmoor. A
chorus of cawing ravens rings out over the village as
hundreds of the birds descend on the feast’s remnants.
The birds gorge themselves on the spoiling food, and not
a single soul stirs within the village. Shops remain closed,
rapped doors go unanswered, and the ferry does not cross
the Lampblack this day. Even before word spreads of the
massacre at the Chenowitz place, the people of Ravenmoor
can feel a difference in the air—their lives have changed
forever. Many of the villagers find it difficult to believe
that their beloved mayor—that the Dream Tender—had
anything but the town’s best interests at heart, and the
PCs may find themselves unwelcome in the town despite
the fact they have done the villagers a great service. No
one stands in the PCs’ way, however, if they simply leave
Ravenmoor—even if they do so burdened by treasure
taken from Kriegler manor or the Chenowitz place.
Once the PCs return to Magnimar and word spreads
of what was going on in Ravenmoor, the church of Desna
is swift to react. Several missionaries travel to the village
and quickly set about the difficult task of repairing the
villagers’ faith and the village’s infrastructure, but by the
time winter comes, improvements in town are noticeable.
The blight has been banished with the death of the cult,
and the villagers’ fate is once again their own. Under
the guidance of several helpful priests of Desna eager
to repair the damage several generations of infestation
have created, Ravenmoor may one day soon grow into a
healthy village.
