Dunia lashes at the brother putting some good wounds across his arms.
Yoshi gives the brother a few puches but his punches don't land as deep as he thinks, he does manage to trip and stomp him as well. He has damage reduction of some kind. He is very hurt. He is not human Yoshi, he has 24+1d20 for his disguise check, which requires a very high perception. But physically touching him with your fist is a different story, Go ahead and give me religion if you have it there yoshi.

Yes, magical does make a difference, you almost killed him. In order to make a religion check, first you have to match your beat his disguise of 36 with a perception of 36 or higher or physically touch him with your hands, or wait till he is dead and he will automatically revert back to his original form.
As the mayor gets hit with the sling bullet. ouch, your false god, it hurts. yes, the Mayor does have an XE alignment, I'm not telling you what the X is, that'd ruin the fun.

edit: Eli still has to go in round 1, then the cultist will go, the eli cannot target the cultist since he did not join the fight until round 2, unless he wants to attack a cultist not involved in the fight, in which case he will risk activating all of them, the spiders were also not summoned until round 2, so they don't exist for him yet.

Yes, I forgot to mention the Mayor summons as a full round action.
Alright Eli hits the mayor hard in round 2, Darvan has not gone yet in round 1 or 2, and the rest of you still have a round 2 to take. Being at the end I kind of forgot where we were at in battle. I will make concentration checks for the Mayor at the end of the round,
which he will probably fail.

Galt shoots the cultist dead. The Mayor casts gaseous form on himself and flys away or as far away as he will get in that round. It does provoke from the dinosaur. except it now has damage reduction of 10 to magic and is immune to crits, the dinosaur can't do anything to it.
The cultists see the Mayor flying away and the scream Come back but they continue the ritual and bother you know more.
Heroes are up round 3 Oviously the Mayor is still in sight, but he will try to run through the maze since he can easily go through the bushes and you can't

The mayor tries to escape, but Yoshi punches through his gasses, his body goes back. A creature pops out of the Mayor as the body dies and the cultists all gravel to the floor. Out pops a blightspawn The blightspawn is a cr 5 aberration for those who want to make the checks. You can all see it has wings but it will take a few seconds for its wings to work. I think I already know the answer to this, but does anyone wish to runaway from this combat? You all know you have the option of running away and not defeating this thing. If not I roll init and start the final round 1 of the game.

Actually it is first, it will cast blur on itself as its action and fly high enough so that melee people have to climb up or jump up 5 feet high to reach it. If you did melee already you can recon or do something to gain 5 extra feet of height. If you already attacked, roll that miss chance for blur, it does not have sanctuary on. If you climb the corn it would be dc 20 to do so without knocking it over or do it quickly before it falls over do to your weight, otherwise 20 jump check gets you 5 feet higher where you can just barely slash at it with your blade over your head.

When a blightspawn emerges from its host, it is fully grown, although its gore-soaked wings can't be used for flight for 1d4 rounds after emerging.
You'd said earlier that it would take a few seconds for its wings to work, but I never saw a roll and this would appear to be the first round after it emerged, sooo...

Since Dunia has Combat Reflexes it looks like the blightspawn provoked two AoOs from her, one for casting Blur, and one for leaving her threatened space.
