"I'm guessing a fight that didn't go your way, my dear paladin. You need to settle down or you will reopen your wounds. I think we should rest up cause that doesn't sound good whatever it is." He pauses a moment trying to figure out whats making that howl.
He whispers, "I think I can heal them if I could just meditate for a bit."

Tarvinda looks concerned, "Well if its someone howling in pain, we should at least go rescue them. To be stuck here in the dark alone, would be unbearable, particuarly with the deadly creatures down here." Tarvinda tries to move on, but her injuries make any progress towards the noise dreadfully slow and painful. "I don't know if I can go on like this, the pain!!!"
Do we have anyone with healing abilities? I will assume that the 2nd level abilities only kick in tomorrow after some rest.
Andwell Tactfoot
Save your strength, my brave friend.
Let me *gulp* crawl ahead and get a looks'y look first.
If you see me running away on quick feet. Follow!
Feeding off the courage of those around him, Andwell goes into stealth mode and moves forward to sneak-a-peak ant the mysterious moaner.

Andwell you creep forward and then open the door at F-2. This is a large chamber that contains a maze of pillars that obscure the far side of the room. Next to the door is a pile of empty saddlebags and three brooms. You enter into the room and while the wailing is slightly louder here you get the feeling who/what ever is making the noise isn't in this room.
Hey Etna could you get a map of the chamber up for andwell to reference please.
Tarvinda Darvelle
As the others move about freely, Tarvinda struggles to move at all, eventually finding a wall to sit down and lean against. This she does and lets out a huge sigh, her eyes close and she mouths a prayer. The words on her lips get slower and slower, as her head nods forward in sleep. The sound of her deep breathing can be heard in the absolute stillness of the cavern, but only by those being still and listening intently.
Xeros
Xeros stays by Tarvinda, and keeps an eye on her while the little halfing explores a little further. "Keep still, if you excert yourself in this condition it will make us wait longer hehe." He gives the warrior a friendly smile. He then pours some of his wine into his silver tankard and swirles it around just thinking, seemingly he starts to loose himself in thought about his new connection to the drunken god.
Andwell Tactfoot
Andwell stops in his tracks as he hears the words of Neculai and the others.
Yes yes, return I must. Rest we need.
But then his insatiable Halfling curiosity and rogue nature kick in.
I should take back one of these satchels and brooms to examine further. Yes yes!
but then again . . .
They could trigger a trap. That would be bad

Andwell silently backs out of the room, leaving everything undisturbed, and returns the door to it's previous position.
Your correct Neculai. That choice was obvious and easy to make. pause Anyone got an extra snack?
DM Mathpro
Seeing that leaving the paladin behind isn't an option and not wanting the rogue to go off by himself(smart) you all decide to take a bit of a rest. The days actions wear on your bodies harder than you expect and you all actually end up falling asleep. Once you awake you notice that the sun has set outside and as you look through the open door the sky is full of stars. Its a clear night which means that its also cold. As you get more of your wits about you, you notice that the wailing has stopped and that the crypt is silent which gives it a slightly more ominous feel.

Good breakfast everyo, eer, good morning everyone. Offers a a bright eyed and rested Andwell.
Would anyone object to me sparking up a small cook fire. Just a tiny one, mind you.
I can boil up some ground java beens. Rise some fluffy biscuits and sizzle a rack of bacon. Mmm nummy nummy nummy.
After all. Early breakfast is the most important of the day. It's what gives us strength to make it until mid-morning breakfast after all.
Andwell makes snacking noises as he dutifully begins preparing for the mornings repast.
Xeros
Xeros stares in awe at the wine bottle in his hands, still shocked that he was accepted fully by his god. The halfling shouts about breakfast stir him out of his thoughts, "Breakfast sounds good Mr. Tactfoot, and with so many still injured maybe a blessing for the drunken merc will wake us all up." With that the tiefling rings his silver tankard unleashing a wave or two of positive energy.

Oh my, Mr. Xeros. I now feel so . . invigorated. Heavens yes, my oh my. Very nice indeed.
In fact, I feel I shall throw on an few extra vittles to feed this energy.
The comforting aroma of hardy halfling comfort food should be melting away the dank ruins and ushering in feelings of a cosy mountain side inn.
Break-fast and hearty my friends. The grinning halfling murmurs through a mouth full of biscuit, gesturing for all to partake of the spread.
Tarvinda Darvelle
Tarvinda, sore and battered starts to move more freely in the morning. as she watches the tiefling ring his tankard, feeling a warmth penetrate her aching bones. "Thank you Xeros and your drunken friend." As she feels her wounds, they start to close up as she asks for help from Iomedae, she feels a new a new power grow in side her.
She joins Andwell, a healthy appetite to consume food for the day, the fuel of adventuring. "You don't know how much I need this." as she munches into so crusty bread.

Good to see the halfling still has his appetite lol. Nothing like the smell of rotting flesh and bacon early in the morning.
Etna make me a perception check followed by a knowledge local check to idetify the bodies. With the door to the crypt they are also starting to smell rather bad, though the smell from the cooking is helping to mask it a little.
Xeros
Such a good way to brighten the mood of the place, hehe.
"Who brings pillows to a crypt? Is there anything hidden on them." Holding his newly acquired pendent he says a prayer and looks on to the two bodies to see if the possess any magic or poison on them or the pillows.
Casting Detect magic and poison on the bodies and there pillows.
Then he looks over the bodies again, to see if he could find out what killed them.

Oh yes. My cooking has been known to draw folks in up to half a mile away.
After a moments reflection on his words, his grim turns upside down and he starts to kick out the fire.
Hurry, hurry! Time to move along. Yes yes. Go go go.
Tarvinda Darvelle
Tarvinda too looks down at the bodies, hoping to see how long they have lain their and what it might have been to cause their demise.

Tarvinda you're pretty sure that the nasty burning skeleton that was attacking Etna during the last battle was responsible for these men's demise. Their skin seems to have been burnt around the scratches that their claws made. It brings up a very interesting point as Etna didn't seemed to be burnt at all during the battle.
Tarvinda Darvelle
Tarvinda looks up from the bodies and the wounds that Pia took from the same foe. "It seems Pia" she starts, a little confused by the lack of burns on Pia, "that somehow you managed to resist the burning touch of that skeleton, unlike these poor people." Unsure of herself, a quiver, questioning her eyes, she says, "Surely, how did you not burn, it did still try and use its fiery claws on you?"
Her face a mass of confusion waits for the woman to answer.
Xeros
As Tarvinda questions Etna about the burns, the tiefling confirms that she is like him and not like Felix. Xeros gives Etna a knowing glance, "How are your wounds doing? I hope there healed enough cause I need help moving these bodies out."
