I think you're correct...I can't see where it connects to on the second map...Paizo's proficient editing strikes again
Okay so you guys have reached a dead end so to speak. There is no door in the statue room(I was wrong) so you'll have to go back to the entrance room and then make your way through the other side of the crypt.
I'll get the top map ready again, Adding "Maze" Room.
Female Human Paladin 1
Tarvinda points to the other door (south) they found in the room with the pool. "Andwell can you try down here? Check it out, you might be able to unlock it."
Male Halfling Rogue; 2
Yes yes.
Andwell breaks out of his daydreaming and rushes to Tarvinda's summons.
hmmmm. advanced lock. four tumblers. little rusty.
He extracts his tool and a dab of lubricant and makes a twist and turns on the lock.
Alright now. Three. Two. One. . .

Male Tiefling Ranger(Trapper)-1/Cleric-1
Waits to see if anything happens to Andwell then moves in to help him out, "I believe your pick needs to be moved up here, hey let me show you." He moves in to help the halfling out.

"If this is a test,
the key to that room must be located somewhere in this crypt.
Like the southern door in the main room that has the double doors
that connect to the outside."
Female Human Paladin 1
"Well in that case, if Andwell and Xeros are unable to make our way through, then we'll go that way." she says a little put out that once more Sia's will be right in front of her 'boys'. The ones she's here to protect.
Male Human Bard 2
Unfortunately neither Xeros or Andwell are able to get the door unlocked so you are pretty much able to put together that Etna was right. A key must be needed and housed elsewhere in the crypt.
You enter the main entrance room once more and make you're way to the door in the south east corner. Andwell I believe you unlocked this door before so you're able to push it open. This large chamber contains a maze of pillars that obscure the far side of the room. Next to the door is a pile of empty saddlebags and three brooms.
I will need a marching order in this room as well as what direction you guys are going once Etna gets the map up.
You also hear the familiar wailing start up again but it still seems to be coming from the other room. Funny that its been silent while you explored the other side of the crypt(or you just couldn't hear it).
Etna grabs a brooms and asks
"Why do you think that there are brooms here and in this room?"
Male Tiefling Ranger(Trapper)-1/Cleric-1
"Maybe thats your gift?" Xeros says with a light hearted smile, "I think a chamber maid lives down here, think of it we found pillows now brooms. Put them together and we have..."
Male Halfling Rogue; 2
Xeros wrote: "Maybe thats your gift?" *CHORTLE*
After the amusing retort from Xeros, Andwell tries to concentrate on the wailing sound.
perception 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
Andwell you are pretty sure it sounds like the cries of a human and that they are coming from a chamber deeper with in the crypt.
Male Halfling Rogue; 2
Oh my! Oh my! The wailing sounds human. Perhaps someone needs help. We must go. Must go!
Andwell starts to move cautiously deeper into the crypt towards the sound of the cries. He nervously glances over his shoulder to assure his companions are following, them begins making observations for traps, bangs and booms as he travels.
perception and other checks as needed.
1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 6 + 1 = 8 (+1 is for traps only)
1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 6 + 1 = 8 (+1 is for traps only)
1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 6 + 1 = 27 (+1 is for traps only)
Damn! Two nat 1's followed by a nat 20.
You make your way to E-2 and fail to notice the trap there. I need a reflex save out of you as the floor drops out from underneath you.
Female Human Paladin 1
Tarvinda follows the Andwell, a torch held high, the yellow light banishing the shadows into the darker corners allowing Tarvinda to keep a watch on her little halfling friend.
"Well, that explains why the brooms are here,
it's to set off the traps.
Let's check this room out,
as I think this is a puzzle room."
Etna always uses the broom to check the next 5 feet in front of her as she advances to C-6.
Male Halfling Rogue; 2
Ayeeee
Reflex 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21
Andwell you're able to grab onto the side of the floor tile at E-1 and don't drop. You notice looking over the edge that there are pillows at the bottom of the trap.
Etna you are able to find another trapped tile on your way so make me a reflex save with a +4 circumstance bonus for using the broom.
Reflex: 1d20 + 8 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 8 + 4 = 22
"Found a pit."
You avoid stepping in it and set it off. Just like Andwells pit you find pillows at the bottom of yours.
she thinks to herself
"Pillows?
Oh crap,
I think one pit won't have pillows in this room."
Male Human Bard 2
Pits? That's not good. I think it'd be wise if we all got brooms. At least, I'd like to get one.
Female Human Paladin 1
Tarvinda, manages to stop a fit of giggles as she watches Andwell tumble and save himself in a mass of arms and legs chaotically moving around his body, as he almost disappeared from sight. She sheathes her weapon, before offering her hand to help him up and get back on his feet. "Got you, here up you get, you should be more careful you know." the concerned friend looks down on Andwell.
How deep are the pits? are they easy to climb out?
Male Halfling Rogue; 2
Oooooh. Pit trap.
He pause to look into the hole.
Pit trap with pillows? Strange I say. Strange.
Thanks for the hand up, Tarvinda.
Can I skitter around the edge of the pit to reach the other side so I can keep exploring in the same direction?
Tarvinda the pits are about 10 feet deep so I would imagine not to hard to climb out of(just jump and grab the wall..well except for our halfling friend)
Andwell you can do that but it would require a DC 10 Acrobatics check. If you fail you'll fall into the trap.
Neculai there are 2 more brooms in the corner so you could grab one and start checking for traps.
Etna you can go around your trap with the same DC 10 Acrobatics check but you have a stick to help balance so it gives you a +4. The trap you sprung was at E-5.
I'll add the pits to the map later, E-2, E-5.
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14
Male Human Bard 2
I'll take a broom, and start checking.
You make it across Etna so you can continue searching if you wish. I messed up the position of your trap it was at D-3.
Oh and Etna and Andwell you would have noticed a switch on the wall at D-1.
Neculai you start searching for traps heading north from the enterence of the room and C-8 with out finding any traps. Do you want to continue down the hall to the right or do you want to go left and around a corner?
Male Human Bard 2
Left and around a corner sounds good to me.
You make it around to B-11 and you don't find any traps. you passed a hallway at B-10 and checking the first tile there you find another trap, make me a reflex check.
Male Human Bard 2
Reflex1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12 +4, if the broom gives the same bonus.
You trip as you try to bang the broom on the stone and fall into the trap. You land on pillows but take 1 point of non-leathal damage. Do you let the others know you've found another trap and have fallen in?
1d6 ⇒ 1
Male Halfling Rogue; 2
ooooh. A switch. I wonder what it does, I does wonder.
Andwell pops his monocle over his right eye and takes a gander.
Perception to determine what the switch "switches". Also, if it currently in the on or off mode if applicable. 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
It does toggle and you can't tell if its on or off currently
Male Halfling Rogue; 2
Hey everybody! I found a lever. Hold still a moment.
This can't possibly do anything bad.
Three. Two. One.
Flip the lever.
Female Human Paladin 1
Tarvinda follows Andwell, however her armor doesn't allow the ease of movement. She takes a breath and jumps down into the 10ft pit, landing and rolling over on the pillows. "A very friendly place, other than the welcome." she jokes to Andwell.
Taking a 10 on the climb, gives a total of 8.
Male Human Bard 2
Hey! I've found one! Err.... I'm in one!
Male Tiefling Ranger(Trapper)-1/Cleric-1
Xeros stays back behind Tarvinda and takes out his wineskin. He drinks from as he enjoys watching his new friends cleaning up the room with there brooms. "Ah Carry one the good work my friends!"

"Ah Carry one the good work my friends!" Tarvinda doesn't have a broom, she just follows Andwell as his protector. Eta and Neculai have the brooms...so you may well be following one of them.

I know thats why I'm hanging out behind you, your not setting off traps hehe.
thats awesome Xeros...
Andwell as you flip the switch you hear gears move and click but nothing happens and after a few seconds the lever resets to its original position.
"Given this room's design I'd say there is about another five to eight pit traps in this room."
Traps @ E-1, D-3
Male Halfling Rogue; 2
Hearing the clicks, but seeing no effects.
Well. That was, um. Enlightening.
He moves onward, checking for the next trap as he closes the distance to the moaning sound.
