I may very well be unable to post for the next couple of days.
I'm going out of town with no guaranteed internet access other than my iPad (which isn't always guaranteed either) and visiting family.
However...
GM Umbral Reaver's Eyes only:
Every turn I will grow my new colony. The general plan is to also generate a number of armies equal to half my population (after I've increased my population each turn).
Also, if possible, after the above are accomplished:
1) generate enough science for survival twice; all other science generated goes to agriculture
2) shape N-6 and then M-6 to wet hills
3) establish colony on mining site to get armor and weapons; craft meteor (eventual plan is packing up/going home and sinking this back to -2)
Source, did you want to post your turn for this cycle? My post stating you'd just get power and nothing else for this turn was assuming you had disappeared from the game this turn. Since you're here, you're allowed to have a normal turn.
Hopefully, I'm successful. If not, it'll be a second time my people were killed off. I wasn't thinking of the new religion (even though I was using it) when making my plans. Sigh. :/
NIce of you to alert us, Prexus. Thanks man. I think we all appreciate a head's up on these things. Try to post by tomorrow for sure, but I don't imagine it is too big of a deal.
I'm still struggling to keep hold of my sanity. Right now I'm in a cycle of sleeping for about 3-5 hours, then being awake for 2-3 hours, then sleeping again. It's not good. It doesn't feel good. And I can't seem to break out of it.
Welp. If I did have a chance, that's it. Ah, well.
Also, I didn't forget distance: it didn't seem like there was distance, because they are adjacent. I see that the assessment of distance was incorrect. Oh well.
He who is Within and Without, the Father of Thought.
Sorry, but I'm pulling out. It is not that I'm not enjoying it any longer, but there's only so much time and energy I have and right now, life is sucking up way too much of it!
To make the game more interesting, I suggest that Prexus' lands go to the Dark Seer. Assuming he'd want it.
Rationale: The game will suffer from losing one player and another player being very weak. It would be better to give that one weak player Prexus' lands, rather than have him languish in weakness.
