Drakr will move through and he will trip on a rotted board and fall through the roof. 1d6 ⇒ 2 falling damage.
It seems as though Drakr has interruptted a Bugbear talking to a female drow. The old bugbear is accompanied by a wolf. This chamber has been set up as a crude living space, with thick furs thrown on the floor to serve as carpets, old trophies hanging on the walls, a large bed to the north, and a brazier of coals burning brightly. A round table with several chairs stands to the south near the door. Near the table, on the floor, is a familiar unconscious dwarf who looks badly beaten.

She went straight through two doors and then there is nothing in a tower that has almost completely collapsed, although the ground floor has a little open space. Anders is currently walking along side the wagon, on its left flank, specifically.
male Human; DCI #9100704319 Fighter 3 | HP 31/31 | AC 16 | Passive Per 13 | Init +3 |
Sahil is on the wagon, keeping watch (over the ale as it seems).

Hello. The merchant has arrived. He would be next to the wagon. I would assume the donkey and cart would be next to the wagon. Arek walks by his stuff.
Male
So Jelly Gelly up front
Sahil, Amber and Drakr on the cart
Anders be the cart on left flank
Arek Kai with his cart assuming on the right flank.
Sound about right?

Just got a copy of Princes of the Apocalypse and it's pretty damn sweet.

I'm not terribly worried about resting just yet. I'm out of 1st level spells but I think we can keep going. After all we haven't used any of our hit dice for healing yet and all the fighters have those second winds.

Same here.
Btw., am away camping until tomorrow evening, and no clue if and how internet is there. They see free wifi available, but you never know. So just keep moving :)

I do not have second wind, and a short rest is and hour. We should have rested in such a good defensible position.

Sorry Anders the way you talked about moving those crates made me think you were suggesting a long rest so I could get my spells back. That's why I suggested we keep going. Drakr wouldn't want to rest for six hours without knowing Gundren's fate.

5e seems to be the most lethal version yet. Between this and my TPK at my table yesterday I've never had this many character deaths in the first couple combats.
Usually first level parties walk all over the 1/2 CR challenge creatures.
I am still a little disappointed I wasn't able to use Klarg to his full potential.
Yeah I've had a few almost TPKs in the 5e games I've run.

Makes sense for Anders to have at least one of the potions if not both. All the other front line fighters have a healing option right now.
Maybe I could have the other one to feed to anyone who goes down?
Male
Just a reminder this is Adventurer's League so hit points are half+1+con mod for hp.
Also as a courtesy to me. Please let me know if you are intended to multiclass or go up in your current class.

I will be advancing in my current class. That was not enough to advance a level, was it?
Male
75 from previous plus 275 from this portion puts you at 350. More than enough to advance a level.

since this is adventures legal, are we going to get adventures log sheets that shows we participated with your DCI number on there, or will that come at the end of all 4 parts of phandelver?

I will give you my information to fill out on the logsheet. No problem.

I remember a potion being there too that we found, is that rolled for, or was that used? I ask because when stuff like potions are found and not used, our DM has us roll to see who gets the potion.
Male
1 was used. There is one left. Feel free to discuss who keeps it. If there are multiple people who want it I will roll for you to determine who keeps it. But we are all adults (or at least act like it) I expect you to be able to work it out amongst yourselves.
male Human; DCI #9100704319 Fighter 3 | HP 31/31 | AC 16 | Passive Per 13 | Init +3 |
Let's play through it. In the end we can discuss it. It might get used.
