Yeah, I was thinking the same thing, keep it as a group loot thing, but I still wanted to ask about it to make sure we had it. We may end up with 5 potions when this is over or none at all.
Also, I was told this adventure has plenty of Magical items, instead of dividing them by session, wait until we get done with part 4, see what all is there and then decide who gets what. This isn't Pathfinder where it just goes on the loot list and you can buy it, so we actually have to decide who gets what. I think there at least 3 or more in this adventure pack. One of us can run a scenario or 2, and maybe if we end up at 5, we can really divide it up, so we all have one. Like instead of deciding who gets the Magic item, wait until we have enough for everyone then decide it.

I have already put my 9.5 on my sheet from earlier. It is the current split I was asking about. 10 each plus two 50gp payments split 5 ways is 30gp each. I will update my sheet accordingly. I have no preference on who carries the remaining potion.

Well, it makes sense that someone has to carry the potion, but let it not be a front liner, because someone who is up is better off administrating a potion to someone who is down, than it is for a front liner give themselves a potion when hurt a lot.
At the end of all 4 scenarios, we will decide who gets to keep the actual remaining potions.
Edit: As far as the current split goes for gold, it is done by session. 9.5 gold a piece for lost mines of phandelver part 1. The 2 payments of 50 gold each gets applied to lost mines of phandelver part 2.

I do not understand the delivery of gold through parts of a scenario. What is our split right now? Like I said 10GP each plus 100gp, split 5 ways, equals 30gp each. Can I put this on my sheet, or not?

here is the official log sheet. Under Adventure name, you put lost mines of phandelver. Under Session, you put 1, because you completed part 1. Under date you put 4/16/15. Under gold gained you put 9.5. Under downtime + you put 10 . Under renown earned you put 0. Under DM name and DCI number you put the dms name and number. And under exp you put 375.
Now on the 2nd adventure you put lost mines of phandelver. Under Session you put 2. The 100 gold split 5 ways would go on part 2 of phandelver. You record all gold and experience at the end of sessions, and odds are we will find a lot more gold for session 2.

Right, DaWay...39.5, that is what I have. Once we track the data on the sheet, who gets it? Do we turn it in somewhere?
DaWay reports the session to wizards of the coast. As far as the sheet, you keep the sheet, and bring your character sheet and log sheet with you to cons and shops. A lot of card shops that sell magic these days host 5th edition, but few card shops host pathfinder.

I'm going to see first if the Nothic can actually leave the building in the first place. If it can, it would be a huge threat to the public that needs to be dealt with, since someone asked if it would leave innocents alone.

I just thought of something. How are you going to get the certs to us for the magic items when we complete all 4 parts? Claiming you have a magic item does you no good if you don't have the certs for them. Not sure if you can print off the certs via email after you sign them and do it that way. Or if they need to be the actual certs and not copies, the other option is to give our mailing addresses. I live in the United States, but I don't know about the rest of the group.

I have certs for some of my other characters that have magic items. My cleric for instance has a piece of cardboard like paper that says, wand of magic detection and it has a number on it and a place for the DM to sign his name.

The scroll is neither here nor there... I'll use it if we really need to but can we sell it and split the gold? Is that a thing you can do in Adventure league?
I think either Amber or I was holding onto the other potion we found?

Hey guys I'm getting a little frustrated using all my spell slots for cure spells. Did Sahil really need healing that badly? I'm on 11 hp and am in the front line Sahil stays at the back using his crossbows.
I'd love to be able to bust out some of my cooler spells like Guiding Bolt for example. 4d6 damage and the next person to attack the target gets advantage.
I'd love to be more than a hammer swinging bandaid.
All my spell slots are now used for the day. Jelly could have spent both his hit [/dice] at the shortest we took. Has Sahil used his second wind ability yet? It replenishes after a short rest right?
In the end I'm happy to be the healer. I did make a cleric after all. I just think we could be using our resources better.

apparently I just checked and the certs are not needed, you just record it on your character sheet that you got the item. Certs are only there if you plan on trading magic items.

Who has a potion currently? Basically that's all what Sahil can use. The sword, no use at all. And the scroll for our cleric.
For gold, if Amber wants none: 52gp 7sp 5cp
Otherwise 42gp 2sp
I may take the sword in the end if noone else claims it, but I was going to give the barbarian the priority.

I'll still play this guy as if he was the same level as everyone else here, but I do have a quick question for the DM, especially since he is an adventure league legal character. Any chance we can get the Adventure Logsheet info a Day early, as to what gold and exp we would get after this fight? Want to be able to play this guy today as my shop actually runs the adventures league on Tuesdays and reports it on Wednesdays, this is because of everyone's work schedules.

Anders is leveled to 3rd. He chose the Primal Path of the Totem Warrior (Bear). This gives Anders resistance (1/2 damage) to all attacks except psionic and the ability to cast Beast Sense and Speak with Animals as rituals. I also took the average for HP.

Technically we've all played AL... I have no interest in organised play outside of this PBP though. When I joined this game I was just looking for a 5e PBP.

I want to continue, I never got through phandelver. I don't mind a little homebrewing, or even solving problems with roleplaying that the AL version does not let you do. As long as you give me info for the gold and exp as if this was AL. As long as it doesn't stray far from the story or what is there. If there is a hobgoblin in place of a goblin or even a kobold, that is okay, but if there is a few undead skeletons or a veteran in place of a goblin, and some castle is underground instead of above ground, I'm going to have problems. Negotiating a truths with a pack of goblins when the AL version would normally not let you is okay.
