FWIW, Asuriel, that ‘harridan strumpet’ remark you’re trying to throw back at Pavanna is stuff that she hasn’t had a chance to say to Asuriel yet, in-game. (Though she may be thinking such things, of course....)
That said, Asuriel openly applying the terms to herself does make for excellent (and free!) ammunition. ;D
Stop me if this sounds arrogant or egocentric, guys, but in re-reading the threads, I’m starting to get the sense that Pavanna’s taking tactical command has almost made her the party’s outright leader. Does anyone else get that same feeling?
I mean, Horatio and Saroune are (apparently) deferring to her judgement because she’s better-trained for combat, and while they’re more skilled individual fighters, Olivius and Thirzin seem happy to dance to the tune she calls. Granted, so far trying to give orders to Noro is working out about as well as obedience-training a cat, and Asuriel is listening to ‘the tiefling’ only because she’s about the only one she can talk to, but...
... if you guys are getting the same sense of the party dynamic that I am, I can only ask: how the hell did I manage to make my character a team-leader? She’s a frickin’ bard whose ability-scores only clock in at ‘decent-to-good’, and this is my first game of Pathfinder ever!

BTW, folks, I updated Pavanna’s profile a little, including a link to the picture which first inspired me to create a tiefling character. Of course, that was back in the FR/3.5 days, and the original concept I had of the character back then was a rogue/fighter who worshiped Lathander(!).

No WAY Asuriel let's this happen. If there is a group vote there is a better chance of hell freezing over than Asuriel voting for PAVANNA! She is precisely seventh on Asuriels vote board. Now, granted, she has proven she can direct in battle but that doesn't autoworker you leader.
Of course Asuriel could also be on her own island with a vote of 6-1 and still have her arms crossed in defiance.

‘That strumpet with the scimitar’ was, I’ll admit, something Pavanna did say in-game, right after the rescue of Aldern Foxglove, though I’m not sure Asuriel’s language-centres had properly switched over from Infernal when she said it.
The ‘harridan’ comment, on the other hand, was made in this very thread, not within Asuriel’s hearing in Sandpoint. Though it may yet be said, and even worse, if Asuriel keeps ‘coming the big ‘I Am!’ s&@#’, as they say in the UK. :D

BTW, guys, regarding the loot, are we going for an ‘even-Steven’ split, or more ‘horses for courses’?
In either case, a tentative suggestion for our current haul:
- split the CLW potions amongst the front-line fighters (Olivius, Thirzin, Noro, and for now Asuriel and Pavanna)
- the CMW potions go to the front-liners most likely to be the focus of the heaviest punishment (Olivius, Thirzin and Noro)
- the oil of magic weapon goes to either Olivius or Thirzin (given they’re the ‘tank-i-est’ of us right now, and most likely to make best use of it)
- sell as much of the captured goblin war-gear as we don’t need and can find a market for, pool the resulting cash, and split it eight ways (or nine, if Ping stays with the party as a DMPC)
Why an extra share? As a party pool to go towards incidentals and ‘surprise necessities’ like more potions, wands, the occasional raise dead at higher levels, etc. Unless people think that’s a daft idea, of course.
I agree with Pavanna's breakdown as stated. I'm ok with the extra slot for the split, it makes sense to me. Asuriel isn't going to be particular about loot, whatever is given to her she will take.
I like that split as well. And Thirzin would make an awful leader. I mean, look at his comparable Charisma score. :p
It's strange to see one of my characters' names with tank in reference to it. Very few tank-like characters in my repertoire.
But when certain things come to happen, I think Thirzin will take a more active role in leading and directing.
Eight ways is fine for now. Ping is a DMPC, but she doesn't need the gold at the moment. Besides, it's not fair to you guys to have her do nothing then claim a portion of the spoils.
(Sorry I got the itch to play her, and figured you wouldn't mind having a blaster-caster in the party ;D )

I got abused by a five-year-old at work, abused by a sixty year old librarian (also at work), was heckled on the train by some ass who accused me of being a fake metal head because I was wearing an Iron Maiden shirt, and then didn't roll above a ten all evening at my PFS game. I was so happy to get home, work on that post, and hey! A high diplomacy check! Usefulness!
Gah. I should just sleep. But I really want to know what happens now. This is the one PBP that I've lost sleep over, just through staying up to follow it.
Like I mentioned before. When you're suffering depression, you take joy where you can find it, and this game has always been a big one. This character is everything I'm not. Confident, attractive, talented. And also everything I am - scared, hurt, vulnerable. It's both therapeutic and an escape at the same time.
And I'm rambling. Argh. Sorry.
Especially Adam. He drops goblin strippers on us when he gets tired.

Olivius thinks of Pavanna as co-leader for combat purposes along with himself. You've just posted faster in the combats so far. :P
As for group lead? Olivius will resist a military-like ranking system. He's had bad experiences with strict systems like that.
