As the cannibal drops, Munkustrap turns left and right looking for more of the mad men. Daggers dripping blood, he scans the trees.
Not seeing any immediate threats, he steps closer to Neltji. "Shall we push on, or head back for a rest. I am wounded, but I could push on."
Thinking of the lighthouse and a potential rescue has Munkustrap a bit giddy with excitement.
Rii-Chi
"Thanks Ndombe." Rii-Chi says, offering the cleric one of his wide monkey grins as his wounds are closed. "Wish you were here when we found traps!" With that cheerful thought he begins scavenging his arrows as best he can.
Munkustrap
"Many thanks, Ndombe. I am feeling up to the challenge. Let's press on while we still have time."
I think we are following the river.

A jungle trail comes to an abrupt end at a fifty-foot-high cliff overlooking the sea below. A number of knotted ropes and vines hang over the edge, leading down to a rocky beach below.
DC 15 Swim check out to 50 feet from shore, unlike the DC 20 checks elsewhere on the island’s shores. The water is deep, averaging 20 feet deep even close to shore.

Nothus Adalis
Nothus spares a moment to search the dead... though he's not optimistic.
Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19
...
Knowledge (Nature): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
Looking at the beach, Nothus suggests, "The Cove here likely means oysters in the water. Could be a good place to harvest food, and might even get lucky and find a pearl or two along the way."
Neltji
Neltji was quiet after the att@ck as she had not realized there was so many hostile people on the island. That fact caused her to withdraw into herself until they arrived at the cliff overlooking the beach. Nothus mentioning oysters though caused her stomach to rumble and she looked at the others anxiously. I would be happy with just oysters and not the pearls at this point. I love seafood and haven’t had any oysters in so long I forgot what they taste like.
She knows her limitations though and asks for help down the vines. Once by the water she helps as she is able to harvest the delicacy.
Munkustrap
Munkustrap eyes Ndombe sideways. "If you aren't a fisher or rancher or farmer, you kinda need money to buy the food. At least that is what I had to do in the Shackles. Anyways, this is a good spot, we should remember it.
"Let's push on one more time before heading back to camp. Anyone see the lighthouse?"
Ready to move on - odd that a place like this isn't inhabited or claimed by the canibals.
Rii-Chi
She knows her limitations though and asks for help down the vines. Once by the water she helps as she is able to harvest the delicacy.
Rii-Chi scrambles up and down the cliff and the vines like a... monkey and is happy to support Neltji on her way down. His wiry frame is surprisingly strong.
The fishing on the other hand, he's much less helpful for and spends the majority of his time splashing around in the shallows.
DM RichD
@Nothus: Nope. They be nekkid canibals and their weapons aren't worth anything.
Neltji 1-5 Chance: 1d100 ⇒ 50
Rii-Chi 1-5 Chance: 1d100 ⇒ 30
Neltji and Rii-Chi harvest enough oysters to feed everyone today and tomorrow, unfortunately, do not find any pearls.
Moving on or staying another day? If moving on, where to next?

Nothus Adalis
Nothus perks up, "A tiger, you say? Could it be--" He then looks at the print, then sighs, "No. Those prints are too large."
Neltji
Neltji hangs back away from the idea of a large tiger on the island. Perhaps you should go first Nothus and Ndombe to see if your charm can work on this creature. I don't think I have communed with Anthony for the proper spells this day to assist you outside of protecting you a bit (mage armor) so I should just hang back so I am not in your way. That would be best probably.
Rii-Chi
Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25
Rii-Chi points silently, his tail sliding across to tap Ndombe on the shoulder.
Munkustrap
Munkustrap sheathes his daggers and takes out his bow. Notching an arrow, he asks ”What do you see?
Ndombe
"Do not attack friends."
Ndombe gambles that it is the tiger coming through the reeds where Rii-Chi has directed his attention, [tiger]"friend tiger, if that be you, know that we intend you no harmI can only speak with you briefly. Please go in peace."[/tiger]
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19

Nothus chuckles, "I've not learned to befriend animals that aren't bonded to me. Spent too much time learning to fight instead."
