Where's the flood troll now? I assume he's not in L5 after pouncing at Kranzer. If he charged to N5, I don't think I can get around to close and will have to wait for Kranzer to pull back and us to switch places.
Bormann looks for a way to close with the troll, now that there is a worthy opponent and not just some rats and centipedes. "Kranzer, let me take the front! I will make this thing regret facing a dwarf."
If delaying is what Bormann needs to do to coordinate a switch with Kranzer, that's what he'll do. If he can find a way to get through this round, even if it means risking an AoO, he will get into the room to try to attack the troll.

Sorry the map didn't update, but its updated now. From what I read, you would get AOO by switching places. Therefore the way I see it, You can make an acrobatics check to move to a side of the flood troll and maybe not get an AOO and attack this round or delay until next round and swap places with Kranzer and definitely get an AOO.

Seeing the half-orc emerge from the passageway behind the party, Drosk takes a step back beside Greta as he reaches into his spell component pouch. The dwarf wizard utters a word of mystical power as he flings his hand toward the half-orc, releasing a handful of red, yellow, and blue sand that instantaneously transforms into a vivid cone of clashing colors that washes over the half-orc. Drosk draws his warhammer after casting his spell.
5-ft. step back to square P-7. Standard action to cast Color Spray on the half-orc; DC 14 Will save negates. If the half-orc is 2 HD or less and fails the save, he is knocked unconscious, blinded, and stunned for 2d4 rounds, then blinded and stunned for 1d4 rounds, and then stunned for 1 round. If the half-orc is 3-4 HD and fails the save, he is blinded and stunned for 1d4 rounds, then stunned for 1 round. If the half-orc is 5 HD or more and fails the save, he is stunned for 1 round. Looks like it's Kranzer, the troll, then me - so consider this Bormann's plan if nothing changes
Bormann maneuvers around the troll in an effort to try to move opposite Kranzer (to M5) and trap the troll in a flanking maneuver. And, having been struck, he rages as he strikes back at the troll!
greataxe, raging: 1d20 + 5 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 5 + 2 + 1 = 21
damage, raging: 1d12 + 4 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 4 + 3 = 14
Raging AC is down 2, but +4 dodging vs giant subtypes, so net AC is currently 18 vs the troll
Also, I forgot to apply my DR 1/-- to the first hit, current hit points (with raging) are 28.

Kranzer misses with his hopeknife, but his shortsword solidly connects. Ghaer howls in pain and tries to claw Kranzer, but only one claw connects.

Claw 2: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10
Claw 1 Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Bormann moves into position behind the flood troll and with a mighty swing of his axe, the beast falls.

Kranzer[BOT],hurting badly, will move into the room and keep an eye out on all the exits. Bormann, his ire up, goes to attack the half-orc from the rear.
Daktani, hearing Bormann approach behind him, knows his ally is dead. Seeing all avenues of escape closed off to him and an angry tiger and an even more angry hammer-wielding dwarf, will say, If I surrender and give you information, will you let me go free and clear?
@Jocosa & Drosk: You can tell he is adamant about his freedom being part of the deal. If you accept that and his surrender, I will let you change your actions. If you don't want to be bothered with him anymore, than we can keep your actions as is. Your attacks would leave him bleeding out but not dead.

Gnok, hearing the half-orcs plea, ignores it and lets Jocosa finish his attack.
My action stands as well.
"I told ye we'd be knockin' ye out an' takin' ye back to town for questionin'," Drosk says grimly as the blow from his warhammer drops the half-orc to the ground. "It's not our place to let ye go if ye're involved in Rodrik's murder... or plottin' any other threats to the town of Trunau."
"Gnok, Greta, can either of ye stabilize him, but keep him unconscious for now?," the dwarf wizard asks his companions.
After the half-orc goes down, he will move up and cast a spell on the half-orc.(Stabilize).
"From what he said to his friend in the other room, he's not too keen to have the folks of Trunau learn of his involvement with whatever's goin' on down here, " Drosk explains, providing a translation for what the half-orc had previously said in the Giantish language. "Let's see if we can find some clues in the room he and his friend were in, an' then take him and his dead friend back to town. I'm sure Kurst and Chief Defender Halgra would like to have a word with him - it should be up to them to decide whether they want to let him go in exchange for his information."
