Recruitment is now closed. Thank you all for your submissions, it's been an absolute pleasure reading through them all as they've come in.
Now begins the arduous task of selecting which of you I have to leave behind, and who gets to join me in the adventure ahead.
I'll be making my choices over the next three days, and aim to have the final decision posted here by this time on Saturday.

I'm so, so excited! From the moment recruitment closed I couldn't stop thinking about putting this party together, so it's here a little ahead of schedule.
Unfortunately I can't take all of you, but the more I look at it the more reasonable it seems to at least take on nine of you. There are some really great encounters and epic battles in store for those of you who get selected.

Congratulations to those who made the cut! I'm really sorry to those of you who didn't. I had to make some really hard choices, even allowing three extra places.
Nine companions, so be it. Please report in to the discussion thread. I'll be away camping for the next few days so I'll give you some time to get to know each other over there and perhaps figure out how your characters know each other too.
A warning though, that if you fail to check in within the next 48 hours, you run a very high risk of being replaced, there are too many good applicants waiting in the wings.
