Short story. You are on your way to you clan Hold (mountains south in Elsir Vale)

you are coming West into the Vale on the main road. during your travel (a few days: 5-7) you heard a lot about roaming bands of Hobgob that came from the north West mountain range on the map.

These roaming band have been coming for years. But recently they are more numerous, better armes and better trained.

you got in Drelin's Ferry this morning.

you heard about galdamor and the offer from the council to fight against them

(check the game thread a few pages ago) you got same offer from Captain Sorana.

you follow and appear at the end of this combat.

I have been playing this game since the White Box editions. My biggest problem is not all groups play with the same ruleset version, and I play/run various other rule sets.

While I do like to add the RP to the games, if I start going overboard let me know. I am just used to it from running so many NPCs.
And that being said.

you can redistribute only the loot acquired during the adventure (noted on the loot log) among yourselves and the new PC. The equipment that Denlin and brian started the adventure with is send to their relatives along with the cash they had.

@Silvanius: If I am reading the map right, the keep doesn't start until 'Q'. We are standing on the grounds outside of the keep, on the trail leadup up. I don't think Grook'o can go where you want him to, unless he has sprouted wings and can hoover.

But I have been wrong before on my map interpetation skills.

If I am reading the Party Loot spreadsheet correctly, we have two unclaimed magic short swords. I would certainly love to have one of those /twinkle in the eye.

rufa you only take 2 spikes for a total of 16 points of damage and silv 17 points of damage

in 3.5 you die at -10. when you go in neg you get a free stab roll (10% stab chance) then on your turn your roll a stab roll (10%) or loose a hp

Silvanus currently the beast if flying 60ft above ground level. The two front tower are about 30ft up.

the ape could climb on the wall and be 30ft up. he then would have to jump and other 30ft up/5ft forward with no running start => impossible

Currently the beast and hit any spot in the innercourtyard / front entrance etc.

Only the 3 structures inside the castle could provide cover with their roof and closed door (or at least you know as you currently don't see if there aren't any gaping holes in each of them.

Goblins came from the north door
Hobgoblins cames from the West door
