Urgeon will try to go back to sleep. His familiar will keep a silent vigil.

The party lets Sanvil go, and he gives you his address and the address of the Warehouse. (marked on the map)

You finish your rest. (Everyone gains their level in HPs and all spells and resources EXCEPT the ones you used in the Sanvil fight)

Please post memorized spells

Kovax:
When you awake, you find you have a splitting headache ... a low grade pain that rests right around the crown of your skull. It doesn't get any better as the morning progresses. You take a -1 penalty on all Intelligence, Wisdow and Charisma based skill and ability checks.

Aftera bit, Val comes in to make some breakfast and lets you know that Khonnir is awake and lucid.

Urgeon will visit Khonnir and will tell him everything that has transpired. "Old friend, if Sanvil is to be trusted, Garmen Ulreth must be stopped. We plan to visit the warehouse first thing this morning. What are your thoughts?"

Urgeon's updated spells are posted in his profile.

Actually, forgot my own house rule. You gain level plus Con bonus from a night of rest

Additionally, for successfully ending a Technic League threat to Torch, you gain 150 xp each since Razorend has the associated trait.

Ridic will also go and visit with Khonnir

Ridic looks at Khonnir with the sigh of great relief. "How are you feeling today? You look much better, thankfully you are ok! As Urgeon was saying, Sanvil is not be trusted. He has been corrupted by the Technic League and was conspiring with them."

By my account that has us at 4750XP, 250 shy of leveling

Khonnir is sitting up in bed, sipping on some cold grains mixed with milk in a bowl.

He smiles weakly but his face has much more color than when you saw him last and the shrewd intelligence is apparent in his eyes as he focuses on you as you all barrage him with well wishes and your thoughts from the last night.

"Well met, again, friends. I see much has transpired since I've been ... incapacitated by those, those ... robots. I think they were trying to ... cure me? I had some notes on a couple things I'd observed, but I don't see my journal here. Did you happen to collect it on your way out? No? Well, nevermind then, but if you do see it when you pass back through ... if you wouldn't mind getting my things."

His face darkens a bit as he listens to you talk of Sanvil. He mutters, almost to himself, for a moment, "The Technic League, here?" but then continues on to your pressing questions, "I will trust in your judgement of the man, but will be sure to keep an eye on him. I would like to question him once I am at full strength. There are Technic League specifics that I would know more about," he pauses for a moment as if considering his next words before continuing.

"Garmen Ulreth is a problem. But he's a problem that we have no hard evidence to eradicate. If this warehouse lead turns out to aid in removing him or at least his influence from the city, you could provide a significant boost to the city's struggling economy, and likely some very tangible gratitude from the City Council. I would know ... I'm a member, you see," he smiles at his own joke, but frowns quickly.

"However, I did not discover the source of the Torch's disruption and it sounds like you have not either, so you need to consider which of these things you think is most necessary to accomplish next. Those robots were deadly, and you may want to research more effective weaponry or spells. A raid on an Ulreth warehouse may aid in that, so I can see the cause for a diversion. But ultimately, it's up to you."

Male Android Stalker 7 :: AC 22 (t17, f15) :: 53 hp

"Checking the warehouse might turn up a clue related to the Torch... Sanvil said the purple-haired woman was discussing the warehouse with Ulreth before the disruption. Something's going on there, Nethys knows."

Urgeon nods at Khonnir and Razorend, "I agree, let's investigate the warehouse first."

He smiles and winks at Khonnir, "Perhaps by the time we return you'll be fit enough to join us for our return expedition to the ruins? Who knows what kind of trouble you'll get into this time?"

He turns back to the others, "Let us be on our way."

"Ha! No friend, I've had enough of that young man's game," Khonnir replies with a weak laugh and then his face falls.

"I still see them, being cut apart by the robot and drug off screaming ... the spore creature infecting Saunders ... no, no ... I don't need the reminder of my failure."

M Human (Kellid) Blight Druid, S16, D10, C14, I10, W19, CH10, HP59, AC17, Init 1, Perception +14 Level 7 Druid

"I agree, the warehouse is the place to start. We may be able to satisfy both needs from that location."

"Do you have a plan moving forward? Couple of you are still bleeding. Take this note to Joram. He will heal you up."

Khonnir scrawls a quick writ for healing on his tab for today.

"Thank you Khonnir, we could certainly use a little help."
Ridic will take the note.

Male Android Stalker 7 :: AC 22 (t17, f15) :: 53 hp

Razorend nods his thanks to Khonnir. "Last night was not very restful. How about we use the day to heal up and get ready, then make our move on the warehouse tonight... after midnight, perhaps?"

Urgeon nods, "Good point Razarend. Perhaps we can sneak into the warehouse undetected."

Urgeon will spend the remainder of the day preparing.

Assuming you rest through the day, and no more shopping ... you gain your level in hps (no Con bonus this time) and you can restore resources you used the prior night against Sanvil.

And with that e'll will move to the evening. Flex time any discussions (not related to the Warehouse) with Khonnir or others that you wish

The Abandoned Warehouse

You arrive just after nightfall with enough time to take a circuituous route around the building before hiding yourselves in the trees across the street behind a fairly sturdy fence. You find a couple holes that you can look through.

The warehouse itself is boarded up and appears to be abandoned. All the doors on all sides of the building are boarded up and nailed in place. There are stairs on the western side of the building leading to a landing and a pair of doors that appear to access a second floor, but those are boarded up as well.

Perception DC 15:
The boarded-up appearances of the double doors to the north and south are only a disguise—the boards nailed over each door don’t actually impede the doors’ use. The other doors
are all securely boarded up

M Human (Kellid) Blight Druid, S16, D10, C14, I10, W19, CH10, HP59, AC17, Init 1, Perception +14 Level 7 Druid

Perception
1d20 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13

Ridic will just stay focused on the building as a whole, looking for any lights that may flash.

Ridic will hit himself with the wand before we head out. Anyone else need any healing?

Wand

Male Android Stalker 7 :: AC 22 (t17, f15) :: 53 hp

Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15

"Those doors are fully functional -- the boards are just a clever disguise to make it look abandoned," Razorend whispers. He looks over the warehouse slowly. "I can have a closer look, if you guys will wait here."

Make both a stealth and perception check if you move over Razorend. Move your token as well

Stealth: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (16) + 15 = 31
Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (19) + 10 = 29

Taking up the Body of the Night stance, Razorend melts into the deeper shadows and slips across the street.

Razorend sneaks across to the door, checking and listening carefully. He hears the faintest constant humming sound ... definitely not made by a human. He can also hear a faint cough and the sound of a couple men speaking, but he can't make out the words.

Male Android Stalker 7 :: AC 22 (t17, f15) :: 53 hp

Continue to circle the building, looking for any openings or gaps to peer inside.

Razorend circles the building and verifies what he noticed at a distance, but nothing new.

Male Android Stalker 7 :: AC 22 (t17, f15) :: 53 hp

Razorend returns to the others and details the humming noise and voices.

Male Human Mechanist/Savage Technologist Level 7

Have we seen anyone coming or going from the warehouse?

Any way to identify the humming sound?

No one coming or going

Only Razorend has heard it, and can't identify it

"I think we need to start planning out entry. Razor, which door seemed like teh best option for us to get in quietly.....or at least furthest from the sounds inside?"

Male Android Stalker 7 :: AC 22 (t17, f15) :: 53 hp

Razorend shakes his head. "No way to tell, really."

Was there an entrance up the stairs on the landing?

Yes, but it is for real boarded up. You could pry them away with some time and a disable device. It's likely to make a lot of noise, so some extra time and stealth would be required to muffle that

Urgeon whispers, "The boarded-up doors will make too much noise. Let's enter through one of the disguised doors."

Urgeon will move up to the double doors on the north and will quietly attempt to open the door.

Stealth: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

Ridic, can provide Urgeon with a charge or two from the CLW wand prior to us entering the warehouse?

Male Human Mechanist/Savage Technologist Level 7

We are healed to full, Khonnir paid to have us fully healed.

"It might make sense to see if there is a changing of the guard and take out one of those groups for a key or to see if there is a secret way in"

Male Android Stalker 7 :: AC 22 (t17, f15) :: 53 hp

"I'm pretty sure the fake boarded up doors is the secret."

Razorend sighs as Urgeon stumbles around noisily. He hugs the shadows beside the door and draws his kukri.

Stealth: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (1) + 15 = 16

Male Human Mechanist/Savage Technologist Level 7

I will attempt to disable the door silently

Stealth - 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26

Disable Device - 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28

Helps if you guys maybe try to do things together instead of all posting random independent actions. I'm going to assume the party is moving to the northern doubledoors (which no one has moved their token to) and Urgeon is attempting to open the door first

The wizard steps up to the door and yanks on it ... it doesn't budge. He realizes that it is locked and steps aside for the mechanist to take a crack at it. However, the complexity of the lock and the positioning of the boards make it just too difficult for him to tackle.

Male Android Stalker 7 :: AC 22 (t17, f15) :: 53 hp

Razorend signals to move back to the hiding spot.

M Human (Kellid) Blight Druid, S16, D10, C14, I10, W19, CH10, HP59, AC17, Init 1, Perception +14 Level 7 Druid

Ridic will follow back to the hiding spot.

"At this point, I think we should just bust in. Make whatever noise and deal with them at that point. Either that or we make a bunch of noise removing boards from the other door. If we remove the boards, they are just as likely to leave through the locked door and flee."

Male Android Stalker 7 :: AC 22 (t17, f15) :: 53 hp

"We could set up an ambush at the door, and hit them when they leave. But that may take hours... if they leave at all. And we'd be caught in the open should any of their friends arrive. The more I think of it, waiting around is probably not our best move here."

M Human (Kellid) Blight Druid, S16, D10, C14, I10, W19, CH10, HP59, AC17, Init 1, Perception +14 Level 7 Druid

"I agree, I think we should take this warehouse on our terms."

Urgeon nods and sets himself up for the ambush, "This may be a long night."

Male Android Stalker 7 :: AC 22 (t17, f15) :: 53 hp

"I'm fairly certain I argued against waiting around..."

Indecision clouds my vision ...

Should I stay or should I go, now ...

So do my rolls to try and disable the door silently just not count? I post the same day that you said disabling them would require a check, and up until that point it seemed that everyone was leaning towards trying to get the doors open.

They counted. I included you in the resolution (you're the mechanist) They just weren't high enough

As the party turns around, to depart, Urgeon yanks on a final board, allowing Kovax a quick glimpse of the tumbler he was missing and he clicks the last one into place and with a quiet click, he unlocks the door, cracking it open for a quick view inside.

The warehouse inside is littered with crates, but well lit. The soft and somewhat unpleasant hum gets audible as the door opens. Kovax spies a couple of Ropefist Thugs looking about or leaning against crates. He sees others up top on a catwalk that extends across the middle of the warehouse with handcrossbows at the ready. To the west is an internal door and wooden internal wall built inside the warehouse.

You currently have surprise if you wish to do something right now. If so, roll initiative and post a surprise round action (move or standard)
