There's not an awful lot left to this mission, I'm tempted to push things forward. Only thing is you need to figure out how you want to handle the prisoners and what story to try for the ones you rescued. It seems like there's some ideas but I'm not a if a consensus has been reached.

I'm good with skipping ahead if you want to. I know it is dragging a little... but can we say that we found the masks and the loot?
As far as the prisoners go... I guess I'm with Ishta. I'd rather let them all go, personally. It seems like they were all abused in some way, and I would prefer to give them another chance.
However, I think you said that the actual job was to take them down? Can we take back proof of the ones that we killed, and let the others leave town if they choose to, rather than taking them in?
I am also okay with taking the unrepentant ones in, and protecting the repentant ones with an honest cover story. That they were being forced to comply and they chose to help us when they had a chance to escape.
We need to get all of them some probably magical, but possibly surgical help to make sure they can't be tracked anymore. I think you said we had an idea of where to go for that, but I can't really remember. I don't know how much that would cost, but we have a lot of loot, so hopefully we can foot that bill.
Anything we could roll to have a better idea of where to take them to get the tracking removed, or to know how to protect them from the law? (There is no knowledge politics... maybe knowledge nobility is along those lines?)
Anyway, we probably need a party vote... let the unrepentant go, or turn them over. And any game consequence hints that you care to give us between those two options would also be welcome.
... The rest I think that we already agree on. It is just the *how* that we need to figure out.

I am torn. Playing a paladin seems to favor turning them all in, but I think that Ser Armithia would make an allowance for those truly repentant.
He will Move Action Detect Evil on each before letting any go (although it probably won't help, because of low HD...)

            Re: Natalia, Clara & Jelana:
Ishta votes for not only letting them go, but actively trying to help them by finding a place and probably a new occupation for them. Also, investigating how to end the magic bond. See below for more.
Re: The others:
Ishta votes for leaving them to justice. Problem is they can talk off Natalia just for jelousy, so see below.
What to tell the people about Natalia?
Ishta thinks that, in order to avoid just plain lying everyone and also to face a situation where the prisoners handed to justice contradict what we made up, we should tell something closer to the truth. Something similar to this:
"This girl was forced to work for the guild. They profitted on her not having any other place to go nor person to rely on, and was threatened with her life if she left. This other girl was in the same situation, and was even forced to stay by keeping her sister hostage. In most of the cases, the girls there were victims rather than abusers, but these three were willingly and actively cooperating to dismantle the guild, playing an important role on it and saving some of our lives at some precise moments."
That's very close to what Ishta would declare, given the opportunity, if we agree on it.
Also very important is that Natalia and the others should also agree with what we're telling. We should know what they think about it or if they even want to stay or rather just run away from town.

Kardas is of the opinion that whatever the girls want to do next, they should do next. If they want to go at it on their own, more power to them. If they want us to cover for them in any way or shape, hrm, well I guess Zane deserves Kardas's help in that for all he has done in return for the group.
Kardas knows nothing about Lathander, but I think that the God of Dawn would approve of us painting some brighter tomorrows for these girls on the horizon as if we were a bunch of Bob Ross's. Sure, some happy little accidents might occur, but it's worth the risk when you can turn some lives around. So it does fit the theme of the 'Watchers of Dawn' :)

Okay. I agree that we need to tell the truth so we don't get caught in a deception, but we need to spin it as positively for the girls as we can.
And I am okay with turning over the unrepentant, as I said, although I do think all of them got a raw deal.
So, I think we are basically agreed... turn over the unrepentant (but make everyone aware that they were not completely free), and work with those who specifically are repentant, and help them if they need/want help.
As for the three named girls, we help them become untrackable and make sure they have the means to really start a new life, not just dump them in the street.
... I think Ishta should come up with the speech that we give when we try to save them, but I'd be happy to deliver it, because I have a higher diplomacy.
Other comments?

Zane is cool with turning in the unrepentant. Lathander is all about second chances, but he is no fool. Only those wanting to do better the second time around deserve them. Or at least that's what he'll tell himself so he can go to sleep at night. LOL
Zane will help cover by basically pre-empting anything the 'bad' ones say and let the guards know they'll likely try to drag down the others.

Thank you, guys, thank you. I think if Azarra is going to do the speech, though, she should do it freely and personally, more than reciting what another has written for her.
Now, if Zane is able to deal with whatever the prisoners present to the authorities that could compromise Natalia & company, then it should be all solved and left to be decided by themselves if they want to runaway or not.

How much do we each have available to spend? Are we making purchases; picking from found loot only (old school...lol); or a bit of both?
If picking only, Arm wouldn't mind the +1 mithral heavy shield?

I'm probably not going to have time to do it all at once, unfortunately. I lost my job a little over a week ago, and I'm slammed trying to clean up my condo so I can sell it. I might be able to do it a little at a time though.

Get Second Level Spells (2 known): Cure Moderate and Reckless Infatuation ... You know, I am sure that Invisibility or Sound Burst or something else would have been more useful, but this one is MUCH funnier, and I really hate that you never have enough slots for the funny spells, you know?
+9 skill points (perception, bluff, diplomacy, geography, history, nature, nobility, planes, sense motive)
Bardic Knowledge goes up to +2 (half level)
+9 HP (I must have been calculating it wrong before. I went back to the recruitment post and checked, and it is max HP per level (correct?), so I have 36 with my con bonus, but on my sheet for last level it was 22, so I think I assumed it was half plus one last level, sorry. At least I didn't die.) :)
Oh, by the way... I still have 9 HP damage and 6 con damage until we heal and rest. I just updated the sheet to full.

Thanks everyone. I had the job for 10 years, so it is an adjustment, and I am busy, but I am positive that things will turn out fine in the end.
Actually, after I get moved, thinking about using the money from the Condo to open up a game store/escape room type place that lets people rent games from a game library, and even hire a DM to run a game if they want. We'll see if I am brave enough to try it. :)
EDIT: I went through and put a list of everything I could find on the loot sheet. I didn't look up all the values... only wrote it in if it was mentioned in game. Also there were some safes we couldn't get into and stuff. I still think we missed something on the second floor because there was a mask we never broke up there, but I hope I got everything we actually found.
Also, I was counting wand charges. I can't guarantee I found them all, but I think we used 12 charges, so that should still last us a bit.

            Amazing loot log work!
Are there any 'must have' items we need to be getting? Cloaks of Resistance are always worth an investment, magical weaponry for the melee combatants and a fund of sorts for wands and scrolls for casters?
Kardas already has his magical sword and, I think, has pretty alright saves. Still, 1000 gp for a +1 to all saves is so good.

Ser Armithia-Seendren

Ok. Se Armithia would like to either claim +1 mithral heavy shield or purchase it. How much gp each? Also wouldn't mind some fullplate...lol.

Superb work, Zane. Still, I'm dumb enough to not have clear how much each of us is entitled. Ishta approves on the Resistance Cloak, and will probably try to get done scrolls, one she knows how much she can spend.

Zane Levallis

Well, we won't know how much we each have until we get a clear value on everything. I'm in the dark on much of it...so we're kind of holding for the DM. Some of that unvalued stuff seems like it has a fairly significant price, otherwise I'd say we could go ahead and split it.

Azarra

So, total loot of things that we have values for is 20,093 (21,693 with the reward we got).
Half of the Loot that has to go to the town is therefore 10,050 or so, but we won't have exact numbers till it is all divided (and if you want something from the list, please say so soon, so we don't sell it).
I'm guessing that everyone will get around $2,000 gold each after we figure it out, and split the loot and the reward, so I would say it is safe to shop for something of that price.
That leaves a small slush fund for helping the women we rescued, in case they need it, but if they don't, then we'll probably get a few hundred more.

+1 chain mail 1300gp/2= 650gp (unless someone wants it?)

I'm not sure that anyone would want anything out of the loot (am I wrong?). If we just sell everything and then split it down the middle with the Phlan Council, we each end up with 2,329 gp, 3 sp.
Ser Armithia, that +1 Chain would actually be an upgrade for me...I'd be happy to buy it off you for 650 gp.

Okay, well, that's definitely easier. I'll take off the telescope I was keeping to fix, but you still need to deduct 285 for the spellbook which we are keeping for Ishta and Kardas. Actually... I'll just deduct that from my share for now. Then we don't have to redo everything.
If something comes up for the girls we rescued, I suppose that we will deal with it then.

Am I able to spend a 1000 ducats to upgrade Kardas's MW chain shirt to a +1? Also, Kardas wishes to purchase a Cloak of Resistance +1. If the upgrade is possible, that's 2000 gold. If not, selling the MW chain shirt would bring up the total cost to 2125 gold *assuming* a +1 chain shirt is available.
I'm willing to gift the remaining 329 or 204 gp to our 'scroll fund' so we can get some consumables such as scrolls of Bless, Shield of Faith, Resist Energy and 'amazeballs if you need them' spells like Remove Paralysis and Remove Fear.

I think Ser Armithia is referring to his +1 Chain Mail, not a chain shirt. Kardas, if you want it, it's yours, though I think you were wanting to stick to light armor?

Azarra is going to buy some Pipes of the Sewers. I am assuming there are plenty of rats in town, especially in the areas that need to be recaptured, so I thought that would also be a valuable/fun item. :)

Kardas must wear light armor, so Zane is right. He will spend 2000 gold on upgrading his armor and acquiring a Cloak of Resistance +1. That leaves him with 809 gold from the last group split.
I got to run in a little, but I'll try to update Kardas's loot log sheet later today to reflect his gear. It's easier to keep track of it there, than on his personal paizo page.

Apologies, Kardas, forgotten about that. We can add the 650gp to party funs and I can take it out of mine.

I'm going to purchase a Cloak of Resistance +1 and a Quick Runner's Shirt. And I'll hold onto the rest of it to feed orphans and/or contribute to party stuff. 2,000 gp spent.
