Can I confirm if the healing situation is up to date? Everyone was really low from the haunt and Ishta was staggered at zero hp. You're HP totals are much better now but not topped off.

@Ishta If I may; a Blocking Spell of some sort really can turn the tide of battle. Spells like Web, Walls, and even Summons can decide how our enemies behave. Just my thoughts. My favorite class is Wizard...lol.

I was just talking about the wand I was carrying. It had 6 charges left, so I was trying to count the uses on it. Except I think maybe Ser counted them on his as well, so...? :)

But yes, I am fully healed and didn't need any charges myself.

The part affecting Burning Hands, which is a spell I thought I would use a lot but then it hasn't been used much because most of the time I would have fried half of the group. It happens when you've never played a full arcane before, I guess. If the answer is possitive, please tell me how much time and coin would it take.

Invisibility is always useful, and could possibly allow you to position yourself for your more destructive spells without blasting the rest of us.

Burst of Radiance would be my suggestion. It is the best level 2 evocation spell, is easy enough to use from a distance and well, it is just amazing. Also, I think you've been doing well and there's no reason to be that harsh on yourself :)

We are using the normal retraining rules . Traits are not listed but they are usually considered to be half a feat. So you need a trainer or it will cost 1.5x normal. The training will take 3 days (rounding up) and cost 10g * 3 * 5 = 150g with a trainer or 225g without.

Seems a good spell, but has a cap of 5d4, so I think I'll keep it for later when I can use it with Intensified Spell. For now, Burning Arc offers the advantage of not needing to care about AoE friendly damage (though I have a rod of Selective Spell) and a higher damage cap.

On the other hand, I could use Burst of Radiance for blinding and some added damage, and Intensified Burning Hands for pure damage if I make use of the rod (3/day). If I pick BH as the target of Spell Specialization, it could deal 9d4+9 damage. Then at 6th level I would pick Fireball and Haste, change the Spell Specialization to Fireball and would have scribed Burning Arc on my book. By then, I would have an AoE that blinds, an AoE that deals tons of damage (10d6+6) and a multitarget spell that ignores friends. Seems cool as well.

The thing is that it can blind, but always applies dazzle for 1d4 rounds. And evil creatures *always* take the full 5D4. I don't know, I'm in love with the spell. It's the same with ear-piercing scream, a lvl 1 evoker spell. A damage *and* debuff spell in one? Yes please!

No worries. I am going on vacation from December 18th to January 4th. I will have internet, but same with lower priority since I'll be hanging out with family, so if the game slows down I'm actually all for it in this circumstance.
