The system is pretty straight forward however if anybody is interested. The most complicated part is creating and updating characters. Otherwise it is mostly just d20 rolls to hit and resist things. The free online SRD is HERE.

My fellow gamers/adventurers: I hate to have to say this, but I think I’m gonna have to bow out of my PBP games. We all know how real life can rear its ugly head, and I’m just not finding the time to work on my online hobby these days. I can barely keep up with reading posts, let alone posting any actions on my own, and I’d rather not limp along in some half-ass fashion without being able to give the time and energy that these games and our characters deserve. I wish you all the best and thank you for including me in your stories. -Rob

I double checked...while ghouls are not specifically immune to cold, they are like all undead, immune to all spells that require Fortitude saves. That would include Snowball.

That is not quite true the way you worded it. The original text is: and any effect that requires a Fortitude save (unless the effect also works on objects or is harmless).

Firstly: Snowballs is not a targetted spell. I do a ranged touch attack and deal cold damage - against creatures, objects, whatever I attack.
So it very much works on objects. For example, disintegration would very much work on Undead, despite being a spell with a fortitude save - courtesy of being able to affect objects.
Secondly, the "effect" that requires a Fortitude save is the attached "Stagger" effect that is independent from the damage(and a successful save does not influence the damage). - they would be immune to the effect, not the whole spell. there is several spells with additional effects on failed saves so distinguishing is important)
Thirdly, Snowball was considered too powerful and redone in Ultimate Wilderness - it allows Spell Resistance now and no longer has the Stagger Effect - hence why I did not prompt for a Save. So it'S a flat ranged touch attack dealing some cold damage. I picked it up pre-nerf but it's still my best option atm.

As for the question on the Fort save, I agree with Lia. Ghouls, being undead, would be immune to the staggered effect of the pre-nerf version of the spell, but since she was using the nerved version, it's a moot point.

Tonight I hope to have time to level up. Karmid should not take long to get done I feel. I will try and update tonight if I can...I need to update 2 other PBP characters too, but they are much more complicated at the moment.
