Interaction is good and preferable in normal game flow, but when you're waiting for the plot to get pushed along, a simple "Yeah, I'm here" post can also let everyone know you're ready to go. *shrug*
What I mean is, don't feel you need to post if you detest that kind of posts, but in my opinion there is some merit to posts without hooks/prompts as well, especially if you mean to signal that you are ready to have the scene progress - make it clear that you don't intend to add something(and there is no need to wait for you.)

I read the books long before the series came out, and got rather...disillusioned.
I watched the first 2 or 3 seasons and it was nice to see a streamlined new take on it, but I do intend to wait to completion and binge watch then.
So, kinda trying to avoid too blatant spoilers...
(what I'm asking for, I guess: feel free to discuss events or stuff happening, but I would really appreciate spoiler tag usage if so...that would be super sweet. I know I can't dodge all spoilers all the time, but I can try to minimize the damage ;))

Playing in 20+ games and running 26 (soon to be 27) is time consuming. Outside of the boards I have a fairly busy work schedule and of course a life!
Often I find that if I fall behind in updates, I need to make time to simply update a Discussion Thread to inform the PCs of a particular game that I am either going to be posting later in the day or week or will be on a break form the boards for one reason or another.
To save time updating so many damn threads I am going to open this thread and link all of my DM aliases (and PC aliases) to this thread to inform people as to status.
Of course if people feel the need to ask other questions outside of PbP feel free to do so but mainly this will be a thread dedicated to ensuring that my PCs know my status and to assure everyone that even though I may have some absences away from the boards (or particular games) that new thread will be up to date with my status.

I had expected that his identity was without question, him being locked in a cell in plain view with nothing to really hide - else I would have taken steps to verify it was really him.
Even if he was rolled over and seeming to sleep, Flutter could easily pass through the bars and see his face(and be smart enough to do so at least after his suspected death, if only to confirm he really was not breathing from close up.)
Which makes it somewhat awkward that I streamlined things and informed Ameiko off-screen about her half-brothers demise.
There's really no good way out of this for me so Lia will maintain her story, no matter what really happened, my subjective(seemingly wrong) reality becomes hers.

Much appreciated. But the mind is a fragile thing. Lia is not taking chances. If she starts doing that, she may find herself Plane Shifting to a world of darkness and changing her name to Malkav. We wouldn't want that.^_^

It was a mix-up, sure...but I would have needed to make SURE. Checking the dead body, checking for magic, all that. I messed up(even though it was in the interest of streamlining things), and told her a family member died, console her for an hour and moments later she learns that it is not so?
Na, I'm quite certain she wouldn't want to see me right now.
I know if somebody "did" that to me, not properly verifying the identity before dropping that bomb, I would not want to be anywhere near them.
I took a peek at the GENCON stuff and the AP coming out next year after War for the Crown is Return of the Runelords.

That's awesome. I wish I was creative enough to write items monsters etc. One of my friends just finished a Kickstarter where they are doing an entire Campaign Setting. It amazes me how creative people can be.
