Yep, was at work 12 hours yesterday so no time to post when I got home. I will post late tonight, have to go to a party with the wife :-(

Hey! I'm not the only one who played hooky. Woke up late for class and said... Meh...
I just noticed that except for Storyteller Shadow you all have significantly less posts than me. I thought I was recent on these boards, having been active about half a year, but you guys are even fresher. How long have you all been playing here? Have you played much PF outside of these boards?
I've played pathfinder for about three years now... But only got onto the pbp scene recently. Like... Four months... Well maybe five month ago. If that.
For me about 2 months of PbP. This is my first game, but I have another now as well.
I've been playing Pathfinder for almost 3 years but before PbP it was all PFS stuff. After the PFS branch close to me folded I was on hiatus for about 4 months then tried Roll20 but didn't like it so much.
Little less than one year.
I am a 3.5 player in my table top game so I know those rules better. I have only been DMing Pathfinder games fairly recently, the last 6 months. I run a number of game systems - Vampire, Cthulhu, 5E D&D and Star Wars Saga. The bulk of my posts are Vampire posts, keeping up with 13 players in one campaign is a bit of work!
I've been on the Paizo boards for a couple of years now, but I'm not very active. I haven't posted on the regular boards much due to a number of personal reasons. I've tried getting a few characters into pbp games, but this is the first that stuck.
I went straight from 2e D&D to Pathfinder. I played a few one-shots with 3.0 and 3.5, but nothing long term. I have a very active local PFS lodge, so I do that a few times a month.
Congrats on getting into your first game! The selection process can be rough as there are always more interested players than prospective GMs.

Sorry for holding up things slightly. I like the start of this. I like it much better when all the PCs have some motivation towards the same goal. It makes things more cohesive.

There are 13 Vampire Clans so I took 13 players though for the first few years I only had 7.
Love Cthulhu. The guidebook tells you that characters have the life expectancy of gnats and they are not kidding, Investigators who go toe to toe with the Old Ones find themselves suddenly very squishy. It is a game where you really need to out think and out prepare the enemy as you cannot out fight them.

Are we always going to be doing stuff Theater of Mind style or is it just for the intro? Tiel has a reach weapon and positioning is also somewhat important for Irisa's spells (command to figure out when it can be used and how to make different people provoke and next level color spray to figure out who it can hit) while Hiranno is somewhat reliant on flanking. Even a simple map (google spreadsheet with text?) makes things much easier to handle in pf.

I need to get up to speed on Google Maps for some of my other games as well so eventually we will be using maps, just need to find the time to do so. Work has kept me so busy I am struggling to keep up running and playing much less anything else.

Today was family day so that was fun. Some Little Gym, lunch then Return of the Jedi. Then my daughter watched Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone for the first time, she liked is so much we put on the next one and then she fell asleep for Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets...
