@Striker: I have a question, but honestly I think it would be best if the whole party were in on it. I've been thinking that Pollux might be better if he were using the Evangelist cleric archetype. Right now his channels inflict wounds, and he can only spontaneously convert spells to inflict wounds which is, for lack of a better word, sub-optimal. I think we would do slightly better with a cleric that can be a better buffer and I don't mind giving up channel dice (considering how useful they are right now). I'd lose a domain but honestly this early in the game, and considering how I've settled into RPing as Pollux, that would also be a non-issue RP-wise, it would actually be a tad more faithful to him as a character.

It'll also be fun to inspire people with the profane truths of hell... Especially because I'm already failing at having Pollux speak in iambic tetrameter and pentameter. Though in reality Pollux would opt for more general sayings as opposed to heavy-handed "praise Asmodeus!" speeches.

All that being said, what are your thoughts?

Well the changes wouldn't turn him into a healer. But he'd hopefully be better at helping us kill things before they hurt us too seriously.

So I changed out improved init for lingering performance, which means my init is + 2 instead of + 6, I mentioned it previously but if that's not allowed then I'll still be at the order I'm in. If it is that then we're looking at Xaivan then me I believe.

I'd like to hang on to the spellbook for a bit.

The way witches gain spells from books is tricky; first you have to have someone scribe a scroll from the spellbook, then you have to spend an hour/level brewing the scroll into a special potion, then you have to feed the potion to your familiar.

Unfortunately I do not have the Scribe Scroll feat. Aravashnial might, but he's blind, so I don't know if he could still do it.

@ Xavian: If you want the cloak take it, I'm pretty good in the resistance department, the cloak would have made me even better at saving throws but if you feel you need it it's no problem.
